• Albani (8/5): Excelente! Repetiría sin duda - La ubicación era fantástica, al lado del metro y de todos los locales comerciales! Además el personal muy amable, hacían todos los días aseo a la habitación si así se lo pedías, y tenían muchas amenidades para reponer (café, azúcar, crema, etc). Las habitaciones un poco chicas, pero dentro del promedio de Japón estaba bastante bien.

• Philbert (7/5): Great location, friendly staff, clean compact room - Very good location with shinsaibashi station being only a short walk away allowing easy access to the whole of Osaka. the room was regularly cleaned. With easy access to any amenities needed located in the lobby. Staff were friendly and professional. The room size seemed smaller in person but still standard for Japan hotels. Very intimate.

TV with YouTube. I feel like the hotel is better for shorter stays, because the room was slightly smaller than expected and breakfast options were slightly repetitive.

• Alma (9/5): Lovely friendly staff in a good, clean location in Shinshibaishi ,Namba. - Location is 3 min from a metro, walking distance to the mayhem of dotonbori but quiet at the same time. Good restaurants everywhere and vintage and luxury shopping. It’s clean and simple, typical Japanese business hotel. Breakfast, skin care and toiletries superb. The staff is super friendly,nice and efficient. It’s not a complaint…The only suggestion is if guests requests “no room cleaning “ it’s usually not necessary to change towels and slippers too. I think it’s a waste of energy to bring a bag of towels. Maybe you can include this on the sign.

• katia angelie (9/5): - The location is amazing everything was walking distance away and a 7/11 next to the hotel. Staff was helpful whenever we needed them. You could also do your laundry there. The rooms are not that big it’s difficult to open all your luggage’s but that something that’s in most of the hotels in Japan so for us it was fine!

If you are the type that brings several large suitcases it may not suit. We only take a backpack and one medium suitcase each as was able to make it work AOK with two to a room. Close to subway and plenty of food and shopping options. About a 15 minute walk to Dontonbori etc Excellent value but dont expect large rooms. Staff very helpful at check in on first floor. Nothing really, was as expected. Though when we booked a cab it went to wrong Via inn as another one nearby and the driver got them mixed up (not hotels fault)

• Benjamin (9/5): Top Unterkunft im Herzen von Osaka - Wir konnten unsere Koffer in einem Kofferbereich selbstständig verstauen, abschließen und jederzeit wieder daran kommen, da wir etwas zu früh da waren. So konnte man bereits ein wenig in die Stadt und war sein Gepäck los. Der Check-In lief dann problemlos an Selbstbedien-Terminals, auch die Frühstücksmarken konnte man dort erwerben und bezahlen. Die Zimmer waren im Vergleich zu unseren Vorgängerhotels eher geräumig und wir konnten unser Gepäck gut verstauen. Alles wirkte modern, sauber und durchdacht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls das Beste, was wir auf unserer Reise durch Japan hatten; vernünftige Frühstückszeiten und zu jeder Zeit waren alle Speisen vorhanden. Der Kaffeeautomat machte ebenfalls guten Kaffee. Als Europäer findet man genug um satt zu werden, man kann aber auch die ein oder andere "heimische" Speise kosten, also eine gute Abwechslung. Direkt unter dem Hotel ist ein 11-Eleven, in dem man alles nötige für seinen Tagestrip oder für einen kurzen Snack findet. Die Lage ist top: Dotonbori ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar und die U-Bahn Haltestelle (Shinsaibashi) ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Man könnte sich fürs Nächste Mal überlegen, auf eine Unterkunft in Kyoto zu verzichten und stattdessen alle Tagestouren von Osaka aus zu machen. Uns ist nichts aufgefallen.

A great mix of Japanese and Western options, offering a balanced yet culturally rich experience. Slight downside—nearby construction meant some noticeable drilling and machinery noise during my stay.

En la habitación tienes bañera cosa que se agradece para descansar al menos los pies. También disponen de lavadoras (que puedes seguir en directo desde la habitación) y puedes enviar las maletas sin problemas y tienen en el hall una pesa para ver el peso de estas. También tienen muchos amenities a tu disposición. La ubicación está genial. Las habitaciones para ser Japón era bastante grande Estamos muy contentos con este hotel. Sin duda, repetiriamos

• Mingming (10/5): - Location is perfect. The downstairs has a 711 store, quite convenient. The other thing I like is that the room is very clean. Every time you flush the toilet, the water runs for a long time， longer than a normal toilet, and it feels a bit like wastewater. I have to say the old man at the reception is a bit impatient with the customer. Other than that, it is a great hotel.
