Nathalia (5/5): Lack of transparency and empathy from the staff. - I liked the room, the view on the 12 floor, everything was very clean. I stayed one night at the hotel as a guest and didn’t like the room I was assigned — it had no view, and the sheets and towel were torn. Later, I stayed for two months as a resident, and it was very unfair that after just one week they permanently closed the pool without informing me when I signed the contract. The kitchen utensils were insufficient, and I had to buy some myself. They also took away the glasses and towels. Most of the staff were not very friendly, except for one worker, and I felt they lacked empathy toward customers and cared more about their own convenience. If you’re only staying for a couple of nights, it’s fine because the location is good and the rooms are clean and nice. But if you’re staying longer, I recommend carefully reviewing the terms and conditions before signing any contract.

Rachel (10/5): A delightful retreat! - A delightful retreat! Great value hotel with friendly and helpful reception staff. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts one could wish for. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed stunning views of the city’s skyline from my window. The location is incredibly convenient. There are many affordable cafes, restaurants, and local spas right around the corner. For your daily necessities, there are also several minimarts and 24-hour supermarkets in the vicinity. Awesome views from the rooftop pool. Convenient luggage storage service is available. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended! Nothing!

Sergey (7/5): Perfect, if not internet - Tbh everything is amazing and worth its money. They clean daily, rooms are nice, the lift is fast and the pool, on the roof, is awesome. The only BIG problem for me was wi-fi. If you need you wi-fi for a work or at least for business calls without video....forget about this place or get yourself a SIM card. It was just incredibly slow.
