- Kerry (4/5): - Walking distance to marina area. Easy (on street) parking. Mould on walls. Door wouldn't lock from inside. Bathroom smelt very damp and looked dirty. Hairs on floor. Nothing in kitchen- no jug, no cutlery, no crockery, no cooking facilities. Had to go and ask for bedding as they had simply given us a thin blanket with no sheet or duvet. Very thin walls meaning we heard all other guests and road noise (right on a main road).

Jeden Morgen gab es den gleichen Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Die Preise, die ausgeschrieben waren, wurden beim Einchecken durch die Betreiber erhöht. Sie gaben an, vergessen zu haben, die Preise nicht geändert zu haben.

- Cihan (2/5): Anlayışsız otel - Gece 1 gibi hotels.com uygulamasından dikkatsizliğim nedeniyle aynı gece yerine ertesi geceye yaptığım rezervasyonum ücretsiz iptal seçeneği olmadığından iptal edemedim. Otele vardığımızda 1 boş odaları olmasına rağmen anlayışla karşılamadılar ve ertesi günkü rezervasyonumu o günkü geceye alamayacaklarını belirttiler. Hotels.com müşteri hizmetlerini aramamı söylediler. Aradım ancak gece çalışma saati dışında olunduğu için yanıt verilmedi. En sonunda otel sahibinin telefonuna ulaştık ancak o da ekstra ücret talep etti. Biz de 190 tl ye rezerve ettiğimiz odada 350 tl ye kaldık. Ve çalışanların yaklaşım tarzı hiç hoşumuza gitmedi. Gecenin bir vakti böyle şeylerle uğraşmak bizi o kadar yorduki zaten odamıza geçmemiz gece 3 ü buldu. Toplamda 6 7 saat kaldığımız otelden huzursuz ve tadımız kaçmış bir şekilde ayrıldık.

Находится вдали от центра (1 км с горки) , и общественного пляжа (1.5 км с горки). Окна пластик, особо не чувствовалась главная дорога. Автовокзал в 1.5 км.

Although he didn't seem to know what could be the black marks on the mattress, which appear to me bed bug fecal matter and is very similar to pictures you can found on the internet, he did not believe me and asserted that it was humidity mold and lots of his mattresses have that in the hotel. He told me we can't trust the internet. But did not seem to care to do proper investigation. He said that if I wanted to prove him that it was bed bugs I should go to Police, Hospital, or whatever authority that could certify it. Asking: "what do you want from me?!" He accepted to wash the clothes that were in contact with the bed but would not take care of decontaminating the rest of our luggage and clothes unless an authority certifies the presence of bedbugs. He still gave us a new room for the last nights. On departure day as we were waiting for our clothes to be clean we could not go to our next destination that was 8hrs away. I asked to have one more night at the hotel for free as compensation. He said there was no reason for him to do that. But would do a discount. The price he offers us was double our original price paid, he argued it was because we have an upgraded room now. After debating that non sense I managed to get basically same rate as paid for previous nights. When time to pay he makes conversion from euro rate he offered to Lira 7% above normal rate. - Halil oktay (2/5): Paranıza değmez - Otel odasında sabunluk kırıktı ve tatil boyunca bu şekilde kaldı. Kocaman köpük sabunluk kutusu elimizde dik tutacak yer aradık.Lavabo musluğu bozuktu. Mutfağa konulan kap kaçak kullanılamayacak durumdaydı. Mobilyalar çok eskiydi. Otel caddeye baktığı için çok gürültülüydü. Gecelik fiyat otele göre çok çok fazla. Kısacası bir daha tercih etmem
