- kp0vey (2/5): Not a good experience. - Stayed here temporarily when my flight was diverted. It was without doubt the coldest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room heating was useless. There was an electric jug but no coffee or tea bags and I had to boil water and pour it into a glass to try and keep my hands warm.Only a dim shaving light in the bathroom and no hot water. TV useless. Food terrible. Well worth avoiding.
- Domenico (4/5): Da non ritornarci - Ho pernottato nella struttura durante un viaggio di lavoro fortunatamente solo per una notte. Assolutamente non un 5 stelle come dichiarato ma decisamente un 3 stelle. Appena arrivato in hotel alle 18:00 la mia camera non era ancora pronta e ho dovuto aspettare per circa 25 minuti nella hall, la cena all'interno del ristorante era servita solo a buffet, tutti tavoli della gigantesca sala del ristorante non erano stati sparecchiati, dopo aver girato per circa 5 minuti alla ricerca di un posto dove sedermi un cameriere mi ha liberato un tavolo, alla mia richiesta di un coltello mi è stato porto quello lasciato nel posto accanto al mio non ancora sparecchiato. Inoltre per tutta sera fino alle 23:30 è stata suonata della musica pop a tutto volume udibile dalle camere. Wi-fi pessimo
- Funkus1 (4/5): Housekeeping :-/ - Since this is an airport hotel, it is the one many airlines use to house stranded travelers. In fact, they seem to have rooms and floors designated to such guests. Last night about 50 of us ended up here at about 2:30am after missing a connection. I didn’t even really get to sleep until about 3:00-3:15 and yet housekeeping is using an industrial vacuum to clean the rooms with the doors open and even the hallways from 9am this morning. Come on! People go to hotels to sleep and you are fully aware we didn’t get to bed until very late after a rough afternoon of travel.
- pisetc (4/5): Last Choice Hotel - Very remote from downtown, and from the main road, it is situate on the (grass) field. Even the local bus driver get lost in this labyrinth and almost had a fight with our local tour leader finding the way (LOL) If you expect the 5-star hotel in this 2-star hotel, you will surely be disappointed. Don’t try this at home (LOL) air con cannot be turn-on, so that give us an answer why we have 2 flies flirting with each other in our room (LOL). What you see the nice pics of the hotel is totally different from what you will be experienced. (Their PR is good, we should hired them (LOL) we even have NO glass in our room. Like other comments, the hotel should be improved immediately. We sympathize all the staff working here for we see no future in the business of this hotel. Let’s guess who will be the last in this hotel :D
- Susan (4/5): - First of all it was very difficult to find the road that goes to the hotel. The staff was very nice but the condition of the room was terrible. We could not find a way to turn the lights off, so we had to unscrew some of the bulbs... then when we thought the switch finally took care of the last lamp and it went off, a few seconds later it turned into a strobe light and kept flashing on and off until we removed that bulb also. The wood on the molding and door were rotting away from moisture or a leak. There was not a single cup or glass in the entire room. No water in the room and no mini bar. Bed was not comfortable. Wi-fi password did not work at all, so basically there was no wi-fi. I thought I had booked the room for 3 people... they said I didn't, which is possible, so I paid extra for my son to stay there. They took the money, but didn't give us a third towel. Overall, it was disappointing.
- samoz67 (2/5): Terrible service, aircon doesn’t work - Great breakfast buffet but that’s about it. Customer service was appalling. Aircon is just for show- doesn’t cool the room. WiFi is also for show. Could not get connection anywhere but the lobby area. For such a classy looking hotel, this place sucks. Never go there again.
- tamanna2017 (8/5): Good experience in gerenal - I enjoyed the buffet , the food and also the coffee. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful and it is a very big hotel, but the rooms are not what you expect from a 4*, they're pretty old and not like the pictures online, but clean. The wifi isn't always good. Overall, I enjoyed walking around and exploring the area and the hotel.

- 730arifa (10/5): Perfect Location for Business in Ankara - This hotel is located very near to main government offices and business district. Transfer to airport is approximately 30-40 mins. Hotel is very comfortable and the sevice quality is quite high. Gym is available and satisfactory. It is located just next to one of major shopping malls where you can shop or eat.
- Takformaten (2/5): Worst hotel ever - Arrived late at night and the entire hotel was dark. To save cost, all lights were turned off, even on the floors leading to the rooms. Check in staff was incompetent to check me in, after 10 minutes they called the hotel owner, who was bluntly rude and asked me to simply pay the room again, he "would promise to give me money back next day". In the end the staff of the hotel booking engine solved the issue and I was brought by staff who spoke no other language than Turkish through rotten floors, with big holes in the carpet and wall paper to a huge room with four beds. The room was dirty, filled with mould, wallpaper falling from the wall and when I turned on the water in the shower, dirty water flooded the floor. When I complained to reception, they brought me four bottles of water... Next room was even dirtier, I didn't set foot into it for long. Yuck! Room three was the least dirty so I stayed, it was too late to go anywhere else, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere... In short: horrible hotel. Do not choose.

- Ramis (6/5): 2 stars max - It says 5 stars but would probably barely deserve 3. It wasn't clean to start with. The buffet was quite poor for Turkish standards. The place was remote to anything. The room smells like cigarette although all rooms are apparently non-smoking rooms. The only positive thing was the helpfulness of the staff.

Akşam yemeğine davet edib sabah yemek parası diye 110 ₺ masraf çıkardılar. İnternet berbat, banyo berbat. 5 yıldızlı otellerle aynı fiyat kalite yıldızsızlarda bile daha yüksek.

- Heineken80 (8/5): Very nice castle - Hotel is a bit far away from the city, that's why I called him castle. That's one of lacks I found, but truly it's very nice and comfortable place. It's very spacey hotel, with a lot of facilities, I really enjoyed Turkish bath and sauna, indoor swimming pool, because it was pretty much cold in May. And the strongest impression was food for sure, the most amazing tastes and specialties, different types of menu, available at any moment, so as much as you're picky, you can find something good to enjoy.
- sitem2_e (4/5): Avoid unless you are not photographing airports!!! - Located next to the airport in Ankara, this hotel is unfortunately below 5 star hotel standards, not only looks tired in general, but also not well maintained!!! If you are not photographer of airports or aeroplanes there is no need to stay here!!!
