David (8/5): Goon value for your money. - Clean, comfortable and affordable. Perfect for a one night stay. This is probably our 10th to 12th stay. There is always something quirky about the room. This time it was a working smoke detector hanging by its wires and an awful squeal (a few seconds) from the pipes when you flush the toilet.

Lori (1/5): Hardly got any sleep. - There was no one in office at 6:15 when we arrived. We had to call a man and find a girl to get a key. No one in office at 6:45 am next morning to get a receipt. He said he would find my credit card from booking .com. The heat wouldn’t turn off and air wouldn’t come on so it was 27 degrees all night. We had to keep getting up and opening the door to cool it down a bit to sleep for a bit. No hair blow dryer.

Jim (8/5): Quiet, clean and wonderful people operating the motel. - We were unable to get the hockey game on the TV in our room. The staff went far above and beyond to get the TV working. He spent a couple of hours working with Shaw tech support to get it working! Nothing. Our expectations were met and surpassed.

Jocelyn (8/5): Very good motel and would for sure stay again. So reasonably priced. - The value for this little motel is extremely good. Location is perfect right off #1 and easy access. Owner very accommodating. My room door wouldn’t open as it was -28 in Swift Current. He very quickly just gave a me a key for next room. Room has fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Bathtub was nice. No breakfast but for this price you are getting a great deal. He even offered plug ins for your auto.

The room was filthy toilet seat had poop on it, sunflower seeds on floor in bathroom and i don't eat them, bathroom sink dirty carpet wasn't vacuum, pubic hair in bath tub...gross! Will not stay here again.

Kristin (6/5): - The staff were friendly and checkin and checkout were very quick and simple. The room was simple, just what is needed. The bed was comfortable, however, it was against one wall, so the person on that side of bed found it awkward getting in and out. The room was air conditioned, however, the AC was around a corner, not near the bed, and it wasn't powerful enough to keep the whole room as cool as we would have liked on such a hot day. We really appreciated having the big fridge with freezer and the microwave!

This time it seemed alot dirtier....like the walls, fridge etc needed wiping down, which was weird. The bed and bathroom tub sink and toilet were clean though. Fine for one night for the price.

We liked having the AC, good TV options, and the full fridge to store our food. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were like bricks. As emergency service workers, our main concern was the fire detector was sitting on the desk rather than connected to the wires hanging from its home in the ceiling.
Anicka (8/5): Clean and spacious - The sheets and towels smelled fresh and were clearly clean. The bathroom was spacious and felt homey. Loved the extra large parking spots that allow you to keep all your doors wide open while unpacking. The woman at the front desk was so kind and great to check in with. They were also providing free cans of pop and water, which was a pleasant surprise. When we walked in, there was definitely a smell of cigarette, it wasn't noticeable after we'd been in the room for an hour, fortunately. On the back of the door was a policy sign which had all the regular policies and also a note not to smoke in the beds because its a fire hazard. I'm not sure if this is old signage or if they still do smoking rooms or if there's something I missed when booking, but it didn't feel grimy like smoked in rooms get. The headboard was a little dusty, and there was some sticky residue intermittently on most of the furniture surfaces.

The room was super clean and the bed comfortable and incredibly equipped with a full kitchen. Great value for the money!! We would stop here again.

The room is dated but the beds were comfortable and the room well equipped. It was everything we could need for a short stop to sleep. Some areas needed cleaning, but I think the cleaning staff are short and didn’t see the upper shelves and such. Well worth the price.
