• Kelly (2/5): Terrible Night’s Sleep - Good breakfast selection and very helpful and friendly staff The building is designed terribly. The floors are all wood tile so they echo every sound from the hallway into guest rooms at all hours. And the incessant loud a/c unit does not have a way to turn off just the fan so you are left either suffocating or having to fall asleep to a very loud a/c. I could not get a decent night’s rest.

• Joy (8/5): Nice place to stay in a great location. - The hotel location was a close walk to 3 different subway lines. The lobby was bright, comfortable and welcoming. They had coffee in the lobby in the mornings. I didn't like that Hilton doesn't award points if booked through booking.com. The front desk warned us but the shower in the accessible bathroom drained outside of the shower.

• Lyasanika (6/5): My stay was generally ok although the uncomfortable bed made it unpleasant - Good location, generally clean & lovely staff The bed was extremely uncomfortable - mattress too soft. There should be provision for firmer mattresses
• Debra (7/5): Nice spot in Manhattan and the rooms are okay. - We liked the location of the room and the view. There was a leak from the A/C on the carpet and no-one could figure out how to stop it. There were no available rooms until the next day and we liked our view, so we just put towels down and avoided it.

Ne zele vam staviti mobitel na punjac na recepciji dok cekate taksi na check out. Tuš kabina zastarjela te slab mlaz vode, tesko za tusiranje. Uticnica kraj kreveta ne valja.

Wymiana reczników pomimo nie zgłoszenia tego dzień wcześniej (zasada "on request") - super lokalizacja, super wyposażenie, bardzo pomocna i uczynna obsługa. Cicho i przyjemnie. Otwierane okna (wyjątek jak na Manhattan)! Super widok na rzekę. Wszystko było super.

Mikrofala i ekspres do kawy w pokoju były bardzo przydatne. Widok z okna na plac budowy.(Taki pokój się trafił). Papierowe kubki w pokoju ( poprosiliśmy i dostałyśmy normalne naczynia, więc było ok).

Επίσης το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο! Στα αρνητικά το ότι το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση, δεν είχε σεσουάρ μαλλιών και το ντους δεν είχε αποσπώμενο τηλέφωνο για καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση.

• Ivana (10/5): - Perfect location, the room was clean, comfortable and practically equipted. The staff (especially Mr. Martin and his "ladies company" :-) ) was very very helpful and kind! If we traveled to the NYC again, we would stay here again for sure! The only aspect that I can negatively evaluate is the price of the breakfast. I think meals are really expensive. The coffee and tea should be there for free (there are at the reception and not at the breakfast!). You can buy breakfast for the half price everywhere in the city.

Everything was neat and clean and the service was great as well. I especially enjoyed interacting with Kay at front desk, she was the sweetest ever and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable! Thank you, Kay!
• Tatyana (8/5): - Perfect location, quiet, clean and cozy. Window opens, which is a rarity in large hotels. Excellent small gym, laundry services as well as room amenities. Staff very responsive and accommodating. Shower doors wouldn’t close property resulting in water leaking onto shower floor.
• Philip (8/5): Comfortable bed, great location. Perfect for a NYC stay where you spend most of your trip outside - The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was very happy with the bed. The staff were also helpful and the location was excellent. The restaurant options were average, so was the little shop at reception. Both could be improved greatly.

Also no air diffuser or ventilation for toilet which is very frustrating after you used it and the space is small and manned it uncomfortable for the other person and actually yourself

Arrived very late after delays to our flight and a difficult journey to get there, met by friendly lady on reception who got us checked in and up to the room as quick as she could. Bed was very comfortable, and had fantastic views of the Staten Island Ferry. Room changed daily with coffee pods and machine supplied. Would stay again.

• lucy (8/5): A waterside location near Wall Street - It was as expected, reasonably good facilities and kind staff. The location was good despite the construction work going on outside the property. I didn’t like the sliding doors to the bathroom which didn’t stay fully closed. I had booked a sea view but it was only a side sea view as there was a very building right in front of the property. Also there was construction going on, which took from the look of the property.
