KEV HARROLD (4/5): Great location, but very noisy at night - The rooms were great, staff were exceptional. Location is good, close to restaurants, pubs, shops and beach. The pool area needs a refurb. There is a nightclub across the road, and the music starts at about 9.00 pm and doesn't stop until 6.00 am. If you are into the clubbing scene, then this is your hotel; however, if you want to relax/sleep at night, then I would look for other accommodation. We had planned to stay 10 nights, but we only lasted 5. When we discussed the noise with the management, they gave us a full refund for the remaining nights

Angela (4/5): Missing the finer details and lack of communication. - Photos of the 2 bedroom penthouse was as it to be found. Lovely spacious apartment. However, NOT one window nor balcony door had any forms of locks. The pool area is under construction and not available for use. Our apartment lack some of the basics . Like normal glasses to drink from, dish washing liquid and sponge to clean up after yourself which was rectified by the manager. The noise/ low base from other roof top bar and venues kept us awake constantly. Unfortunately they should have communicated the pool not in service prior to our arrival, as I would have cancelled and found else where you can relax without constant construction noise. No locks on doors or windows. Second bathroom is only a bath and not a shower. No communication regarding the pool not available to use. The couch needs a good clean.

No one would even use the pool area as the whole rooftop looks like it’s been run down for a long time. Place isn’t sound proof enough. Can hear shi shi all through the night with music. Then a pump was in error that was beeping constantly (could hear through whole hotel) the staff wasn’t doing anything about it I pretty much made them find the noise so we could stop it.

This hotel is the epitome of a management team cutting every corner possible to max out profits, the room was badly fitted and you could tell it was all help together (sometimes literally) by sticky tape and glue, it was a small room but describe itself as 'suites' it is nothing nothing like that, its a small boring, poorly up kept room. There was grime in every corner of the bathroom, ants in the bed, lights falling out of sockets.

It seems like there is a music system playing outside, possibly from a casino or venue near the hotel. The loud sound continues all night and only stops around 7 AM in the morning, making it very difficult for me to sleep. Alan (6/5): - It's regretful to have to say, but this place really doesn't meet expectations for the photos listed, the descriptions given or what you would generally expect from a hotel as a baseline - cleanliness and well maintained rooms and common amenities. It was not an enjoyable experience. I will say however, the staff are excellent - very helpful and they go above and beyond to fix issues and remedy situations and they are very professional and nice. They certainly did help me with some issues I had, and while it did make my stay better - this hotel is sadly not worth the price you pay.

Dillon (2/5): horrible, would never stay here again, waste of money and i highly reccomend to stay somewhere else. - very big bed. that’s it. no fridge, aircon was terrible, no lighting in the room nor in the hall ways, toilets didn’t flush well, shower water doesn’t stay in the shower - floods bathroom, room keys didn’t work 50% of the time, hotel right next to a nightclub that runs 7 days a week, 6pm-5am, rooftop pool facility very bad, i could lift the “safe” out of my wardrobe, my balcony door didn’t have a lock on it either, drawers didn’t close in the room, pillows were extremely uncomfortable and there was stains on my bed sheets from day 1.

Jennifer (5/5): Passable - Great location, very central. The shower in my initial room was flooding but thankfully I was moved another room which did not have that issue. Unfortunately I was quite ill during my stay (not due to the hotel), and when I dialled the reception to call for a doctor (it specifically mentions in their in-room booklet that they can arrange for a doctor), I was told he would check with his manager and would let me know. 2.5 hours later, I still hadn't heard back and had to call for an external doctor on my own, who promptly came.
Honey (8/5): Very good - The only downside is that roof top and pool facilities were closed at the time of visit due to renovation. But the location is superb, very close to restaurants, beach clubs and the street just never sleeps. Staff were friendly and we felt safe.

Beata (1/5): Bad - Location is perfect The room was promoted as "luxurious," but there was nothing luxurious about it. The furniture was worn out (torn), and the room had a horrible smell (as it turns out the hotel allows smoking inside (which we were not made aware of). Not all amenities such as showers, toilets, and aircons were working properly. The rooftop pool was not reopened on the 31st as promised and was still closed when we checked out. No one could tell us if and when it would reopen. The penthouse rooms are also on the same floor as their rooftop bar, so if they happen to host a party during your stay, be prepared for a lot of noise, people going up and down the elevator, and drunk people outside your door until early hours of the morning.

Todd (10/5): Fantastic every time! - I have stayed here on 4 different occasions... It is a great hotel with a fabulous restaurant inside. The beds are big and very comfy... lighting, showers, ambiance are great. Highly recommend! I was disappointed that the rooftop pool in the pics was closed and no longer available (covered with more deckspace) ... The staff told me they had an agreement with Mrs. Soppy and I could get in free with the room key-card, but I didn't want to make a trip. Also no gym... Hopefully they can get a few pieces and make one soon... But definitely not a deal breaker.

I generally found the room, furniture and furnishings dated, and in places like the counter top and bathroom floor tiles, appearing dirty and old. Not terrible for the price point but I think I could have got something fresher for same price. Very loud music nearby until 4am.

Rachel (2/5): Tiara a gem; Hotel has room for improvement - Perhaps, the only thing that made the stay slightly more bearable was Tiara, an excellent staff whom I met only on the 2nd last day of my stay. Unlike other service staff whom I've encountered at Imani, she was the only one who was professional, hospitable, and unflappable. When the toilet door knob broke and I was locked in, Tiara and the locksmith was swift to rectify it. Incident aside, the overall cleanliness of the room could be better. The bedroom floor was perpetually sticky. Toilet occasionally had a stench (not sure if it came from within the toilet or from an adjacent building). Check-in process was arduous. I've informed the team in advance that I would be arriving earlier and would appreciate an early check-in. Upon arrival, they didn't have a room ready, but said they could do the paper work first so that later when I return, I could pick up the keys. When I returned at night, another staff, who was extremely inhospitable, re-processed the paper work. On top of that, I was assigned the wrong room.

Verified traveler (6/5): Too noisy, roof top pool underconstruction work - We were first placed in the first floor in room 101 and we had to change room for it was far too noisy, from the outside and inside as well as it resonates a lot in the main hall and rooms are apparently not well insulated. The change was handled quickly and professionally. Room 104 was better in terms of noise although the A/C was a bit weak. Both rooms were a bit old and would need a refresh but overall they were comfortable and spacious. Another big disappointment was that the roof top pool which is probably be nice in normal circumstances, was closed due to construction works. It should have been mentioned at reservation. We also got a awakened by mistake by the staff at 5:30 due to a room number mistake (early pick up of another guest I suppose) which added up a bit on our perception even if this could happen. We had however a nice refund of one of our three nights, which was the minimum required to lift up our rating to 3, for we had a bad experience for a rather high rate compared to what we could have paid in other hotels. Otherwise, good location for beach clubbing and partying (hence the noise) not as good for shopping.
Trae (6/5): - Great location as it was close to many places my friends and I were wanting to visit. The room itself wasnt bad. My friends and I stayed in the family suite, it was quite comfy. If you can over look the things that needs to be fixed in the room and bathroom its a nice room. Also got warned about noise late at night. Closing the doors isolates this. Staff were quite friendly as well. One of the main reasons why i chose this place is the amenities. Heard great things about its roof top bar, however when I stayed there it was mostly closed. When it was open, bar staff had said that the bar was actually closing even though it was 6PM. When i asked what time they open, the bar staff had no clue. They recommended the hotels restaurant instead of the rooftop bar. This made no sense as the rooftop bar is apart of the hotel. The pool - unsafe and dirty. Only 1 point of exit, and the stairs itself looked unsafe to even stand on. The chairs surrounding the pool and bar was also dirty. The breakfast menu is a set menu that does not change. I was allergic to 80% of the menu, so the fact that they didnt change it at least 2nd daily made it hard to eat here. Lucky the place is close to many other restaurants. Aircon works so that was a plus. Also place does airport pick up. However found it strange that they requested for us to pay cash only for this. Would recommend only if youre looking for a place to just sleep, and walking distance to ideal locations like potato head and seminyak square
Lad (4/5): Imani pool was in restoration. - Imani pool was in restoration when we arrived. We were told that a leak was detected just a day before and that the restoration will take only few days, which was exactly the length of our stay. We discovered that they were busy with the restoration already 2 weeks and not one day, so we canceled the booking at the reception. I did not like that they did not tell the true! The hotel is in busy street and using other hotels pools was not a option as location is more suitable for young adults and not children (even though teenagers)
Verified traveler (6/5): It is just OK! - We thought it is on the ground floor, but it is on the fifth floor. The living room is great except there is no view from the living room because it is blocked by the tree wall. Bedroom is kinda small and the bathroom is so slippery. I found a dead cockroach in my bedroom!
Scott (4/5): Not true reflection of reviews - Location is loud day and night. The 2 rooms we had were dark, especially the bathroom. The deck looks old and abandoned. Wouldn't recommend.
valérie (8/5): Séjour agréable - Hotel très bien situé,proche de la plage et des commerces,proposant tout confort(clim,coffre fort,frigo,bonne literie wi fi),très bon restaurant Libanais,piscine en roof top, personnels accueillants,seul bémol attention aux chambres coté rue bruyantes car petite boite de nuit en face,après changement de chambre nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits (plus aucun bruit)
Verified traveler (10/5): Hidden gem - Room was modern and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable and soft. As it is located right in the busy area, at times it was noisy, and I could hear people talk outside the building at night through closed window. But that location is great for shopping, eating and to hang out. Don’t miss the rooftop bar/restaurant, the sunset you see from there is amazing! Complimentary breakfast is not to miss! They do it well! Potatohead is only 5 mins walk. Seminyak Beach is only 10 mins walk. Staffs are very friendly and always there to help.
Isolette (10/5): An absolute gem!! - This hotel and staff were absolutely AMAZING!! The complete definition of a true boutique hotel experience :)) I spent a total of 5 nights there and felt so pampered and at home. Everyone from the front desk staff to housekeeping were so genuinely friendly and had an uncanny way of anticipating my needs. The welcome drink upon arrival was the best I had in Bali (I stayed at a few hotels while there including 2 private villas) and the scented towel was also a lovely touch. Breakfasts were also sooo delicious, you get a choice of a hot and cold beverage (includes lattes and cappuccinos), as well as a fruit bowl with yogurt which had the best fruit I had in Bali. In addition, there is the choice of eggs with tomatoes or pancakes with fruit - or was hard to finish breakfast each morning :) I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Seminyak area. The hotel is also steps away from Potatoe Head Beach Club which was an amazing place to watch the sunset. The W Bali is also across the street. There are soooo many wonderful restaurants close by as well it was really difficult to choose where to have dinner each day. I love the Petitengent area and it would be my first choice if I was to return to Bali. Thanks to everyone at Imani Suites for making my time in Bali absolutely memorable experience (especially Inca - not sure if I spelled that right but she was such a sweetheart and Augus who served me breakfast most mornings and always had a smile on his face)!
Eu Gene (8/5): New hotel! - The hotel is quite new so everything in the room is new :). We stayed at Executive Deluxe room as we are traveling with toddler. The room is very spacious and the bed is very comfy. Not much choices for the breakfast - only 2 options is available and is same everyday. Location is good as situated along the road with many restaurants and shops.
