Staff were helpful in booking taxis and providing information. Provided an extra late check out for a reasonable fee. Would not recommend hiring the (free) bikes as they are in very poor condition. Rent one elsewhere for 50,000VND.

On the edge of the oldtown with everything a short walk away. The staff were all lovely especially the lady who I think was in charge. The breakfast had lots of different option, lots of fruit and the most exceptional omelettes The rooftop pool was really nice with good views over the town and out to sea. Nothing - it was wonderful

• Lisa (8/5): This place felt homely and comfortable for the 5 nights we stayed here. Was basic across all areas - The staff were lovely, friendly, attentive and helpful. The location was walking distance to many shops, cafes and amenities. Close to town The rooms are comfortable but a little dated and didn't feel overly clean. The rooms can be noisy- you can hear the sounds from above rooms and people talking in the hallways. The internet kept dropping out, making streaming difficult from the room TV. Breakfast options limited, not many western choices and certainly didn't feel like it was "all you can eat"

Lona & Sue could not do enough to help us! Just ask & whatever you need was supplied with beautiful smiles. Breakfast was fabulous too! Plenty of choices and more than enough to suit every taste. We honestly could not fault Uptown Hoi An in any way. Lift was quick, rooftop pool was refreshing nothing to complain about.

• Jona (10/5): Absolut wundervoll! - Habe für meine Tochter, die Vietnam für zwei Monate bereist, drei Nächte in diesem Hotel über ihren Geburtstag gebucht. Sie war absolut begeistert! Das Zimmer war riesig, ruhig und blitzsauber. Außerdem ist die Altstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und an ihrem Geburtstag wurde sie mit einer kleinen Torte überrascht. So reizend! Die Massage im Haus ist auch zu empfehlen. Sollte ich jemals nach Vietnam kommen, würde ich hier auf jeden Fall einen Zwischenstopp einlegen. ABSOLUT GAR NIX!

Rooms were lovely and was nice to have a shower that had a door! Sue hotel host was great and provided lots of information and answered questions. We were waiting for pickup from a tour and were able to call using Australian number, so she called from reception for us, very helpful. Sue also gave us a small little souvenir magnet on check out. Would defiantly recommend.

Also, our room spelt a little mouldy but they were kind enough to move us to a different room which did not smell. Overall, they’re very accommodating but the hotel could use a refresh. Also for me, it was a little bit far from the old town, but you could take a grab for a couple dollars

The location is convenient too, with plenty of places within easy reach. Overall, it felt comfortable, friendly, and full of thoughtful touches.
• Godvaisa (10/5): Excellent hotel - Really good for value and location the staff was really helpful in showing everything around and if you need to go somewhere free bike to tour around. It's easy to go everywhere from the hotel away from the busy streets which I like. They even gave a little souvenir for me at the end which I didn't expect it was above and beyond. The staff are really friendly and if you need assistance they will be happy to help you out, definitely recommend for families or solo travelers for first time visiting Hoi An. I liked everything, excellent hotel.

From the moment we booked to check out the staff were incredibly warm and went out of their way to make sure we had everything sorted. Special thanks to Sue and Lona, their friendliness really sets this place apart. Sue helped arranging all our nearby tours and transfers around Hoi An. The location is hard to beat; it’s central enough to walk to most major attractions but tucked away just enough to stay quiet at night. Our room was very spacious, with plenty of area to lounge and keep luggage without feeling cramped, and lovely views of old town. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and it was the perfect way to fuel up before a long day of exploring.The pool area is clean and well-maintained, and they have a spa as well. Highly recommend booking here.

WiFi didn’t work very well on our floor, we weren’t able to watch any tv at night or use our phones in the room (which wasn’t a huge issue as we had our own esims)

We then stored our bags and made use of the pool etc. The hotel was full so could not check in immediately but when we were able to we were given a free upgrade to a beautiful room. The hotel is in a great location and we could easily walk down to the markets and river. There were free bikes although we didn't use them. Staff were so helpful and organised tours and transport for us. Would happily return to this hotel again Nothing

• Sheridan (9/5): Great stay in Hoian, lovely staff & hotel - Sue contacted me before arrival to check timings & also arranged airport transfer & onward transfer to Da Nang. The breakfast was good & had plenty of hot & cold options. The room was a good size & the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect for heading into old town, which is around 10mins walk. We also took advantage of using the pool on our arrival day. They even helped us arrange a trip to Ba Na Hills which was great as it was a half day (much better) & it was around the same price as using Get Your guide or Klook which had limited options for half day. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful & speak excellent English. The only slight negative is that the decor is a little tiered in places, some chipped paint in our room & the pool looks much better in the photos, which is a shame as this could be a great selling point for the property.

Desayuno completo y variado. Amabilidad de todo el personal. Y los masajes del hotel 100% recomendale. Aparte del descuento para huéspedes, las dos masajistas trabajan muy bien. El hotel está bien ubicada a pie de la zona turística y del centro, fuera del bullicio. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas.

Ma il punto forte è lo staff: le ragazze sono meravigliose, ci hanno coccolati durante la nostra permanenza e ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. • Amy (10/5): 100% reccomend - Honestly could not fault this hotel! Upon arrival was greeted by reception who gave us a printed out map of what was around the area - things to do and our way around. Warned us about scams in the old town and advised the best food places to eat at in the area. You get free bicycles included which we was on everyday! (Cycling through the rice field - 15 min bike ride from hotel) The room was clean, spacious and perfect! Comfy bed - lovely staff who always engaged in conversation while passing through and also let us check in early as we arrived at 5am via sleeper buss. Will definitely come back and stay again. Also got a thank you gift when leaving which was lovely. Nothing was perfect!

• Maxence (10/5): Would go back anytime - Everything, from its location to the staff. Super friendly and will do everything to make your stay the best they can. You can grab bikes anytime you want and go cruise for the day. We took a night bus on our last day, and were still able to shower before doing it. Would recommend 10/10.

• Helen (10/5): Superb stay in Hoi An - All the staff were so helpful and organised trips and transport for a very good price. The room and bathroom were great. The staff were so cheerful and always gave us a good welcome back. Great choice at breakfast. Got excellent recommendations for tailors and easy rider. Didn't fathom out how to change the air con temperature but that didn't spoil our stay.
• Laura (9/5): Great location and communication! - Great communication and service from the wonderful ladies at the front desk! Excellent location to explore everything in Hoi An. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was fine with fruit and other simple selections and egg products to order. All good!
• Jessica (10/5): Fijn middenklassehotel - Comfortabel middenklasse hotel nèt buiten het mega touristische centrum. We kregen een fijne, ruime kamer. Bedden zijn hard. Ontbijt prima. Erg fijn dat je zonder toeslag fietsen kunt gebruiken. Wellicht ietsjes prijzig voor het gebodene...Loop vanaf de hoofduitgang rechtdoor ( van de rivier af) en meteen rechts over de drukke weg is er een supermarkt met redelijke prijzen. We huurden een airport pickup via het hotel en de taxichauffeur gidste ons direct naar een wisselkantoor waar we belachelijk veel commissie betaalden (10%). Moet je niet mee willen samenwerken als hotel. Naast het hotel is een Vietcomvank met een normale koers.
• B&J (9/5): Great hospitality - The hospitality is 💯. It's about 15 min walk old town. The street in front of hotel is very busy. No hair conditioner, and body wash smells like oud. No pool towel/lifeguards available. Beds were springy.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable; everything is spotless and well maintained. Daily breakfast was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The location is ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to Hoi An Old Town, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful stay away from the crowds. Uptown Hotel & Spa delivers comfort, quality, and heartfelt hospitality in every detail. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again. Nothing
• Isabel (9/5): Great place for a few days stay, staff were beyond helpful - Super friendly and helpful staff, good location about 10 mins walk from old quarter. Nice to have the pool there for a quick swim Breakfast was quite basic but it did the job!
