- HELEN (6/5): -
- Julie (1/5): - The convenience of the motel The small shower , old hard bed ,noisy, needs to be updated badly
- Joyce (5/5): -
- Wayne Macklan (10/5): -
- Sixtus (4/5): - All piles of food waste by the pool yuck
- Tiffany (8/5): Good - Location The rocks
- Mark (7/5): -
- Renata (5/5): Average - They need to top up the bathroom liquids. The room curtains where not good. So the sun beamed into the room while trying to sleep.
- Christine (8/5): Good location but a little outdated - Location. Right across the road from IGA and next door to the pub for tea Old and outdated but was good enough for what we needed. Parking is very tight
- Bronte (7/5): -
- Tenneille (1/5): Less than average. - The room was dirty, stains on the sheets and mould throughout the room. Got. Cold shower on a frosty July morning as well. See above.
- Tracy (5/5): Very average, if that - Stayed in the family room (2 double beds).
Great being ground floor. The bathroom was disgusting.
- Paul (6/5): We will look elsewhere next time. - Location When we tried to ring no answer. Left message no return.
Booked through booking.com
I phone at 6:10 pm to confirm they had my booking, no answer went to message bank. I rang back they did answer and told me to ring back in “business hours after 9:00am”
This is a motel, he was on the phone and wanted me to phone back.
- Judy (8/5): -
- Suzanne (3/5): More attention to detail require. - No breakfast offered. Dusting required of items throughout room.
Not enough coffee cups for each guest.
No milk for having a cuppa.
Bathroom needs a make or at least a bleach or change of shower curtain.
- Julie (1/5): DISGUSTING ROACH INFESTED ROOM AND CESSPIT POOL - NOTHING The property is absolutely disgusting - unclean and cockroach infested, the pool area has upturned furniture and the pool itself is a green cesspit. When I raised a concern with staff I was told the owners are aware of the problems but haven’t done anything about it. They clearly have no intention of addressing issues at the property.
If I could give a zero I would.

- Amanda (8/5): Comfortable with good location - Location was great Dirty towels left behind bathroom door. Very tiny car park.
- Dion (8/5): -
- Susan (5/5): It was ok - Service The publican next door behaved like a pig.
- Sophia (4/5): - Room was spacious, bedding was clean. Plenty of power points. Towels were almost threadbare. No forks or spoons in the room. No dishwashing detergent for a two night stay. As a single traveller, would have preferred an upstairs room. Pink stain on white breakfast bar. No face washer provided.
- Max (9/5): -
- Michael (2/5): -
- Ellise (8/5): -
- Katey-Jae (1/5): Felt very dirty - Close to town Ridded with cockroaches
- Neville (6/5): Even though I had little to no conversation with the Management I would stay there again. - The room itself was very clean & well appointed apart from all the glass surfaces such as windows, mirrors & shower screens were all smeared. The undercover car park was a great bonus as we had a hail storm on the first evening. The pool itself was very clean & well maintained but the surrounding areas were not maintained. The garden areas, pool area & car park areas definitely require maintenance as there are weeds every where. As there were no meals at all available at the motel I relied on the information book within the room to access local food areas but I found that information supplied in the book was outdated as some of the shops mentioned were closed on a permanent basis.

- Michael (7/5): -
- Heather (8/5): - Location and clean Toilet not working properly
- magill (8/5): -

- Gordon (8/5): -
- kelly (9/5): -
- Barry (8/5): -
- Mark (6/5): - I see where there used to be breakfast delivery portals on the rooms. There are absolutely no meal options at this hotel which seems to go against the grain of a friendly country hotel. The departure tine of 10.00am is also a bit incongruent with most hotels nowadays.
- Beier (8/5): -
- ALLAN (3/5): It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't stay here again - No breakfast
The motel location was great Bed was terrible, we had to strip the bed and put the 2 blankets and the bed cover over the mattress to make it a little comfortable
- Deanne (8/5): iver all good stay, needs kore detail in the cleaning - comfortable, large room , good kitchen facilities
- Jane (10/5): - We were expecting a standard motel room and were pleasantly surprised the room contained a small kitchette.
- Heather (8/5): - Comfortable well equipped microwave 👌 Towels not good
- JILL (6/5): -
- Jesse (8/5): -
- Trevor (10/5): We will visit again - Close to everything

- Raelene (5/5): - Hard bed
- Dawne (7/5): Good property for a central location - Satisfactory Parking bays were quite small
- Dianne (4/5): Expensive for the 3 nights as units are very dated, the hot water broke down the day before we left. - Location No Hot water, beds need mattress topper
- Rick (7/5): Nice comfortable room in a good location in town - Location central and next to pub and bottle shop Air conditioner was extremely noisy
- Justine (7/5): -
- Wayne (5/5): Average - location Crowded parking. Very hard to park a ute. No Breakfast. No staff sighted (except cleaners). Showers were bad. If you didn't get the first shower, then you had to have a warm to cold shower. Just a place to sleep.
- Ray (8/5): -
- Obrien (7/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): The perfect stay . - Easy to locate, convenient to our needs. Clean, comfortable and was just ideal for our stay overnight.
- Csilla (6/5): Not bad but not good - Easy to book, very nice staff Stained sheets, moldy bathroom ceiling, dirty shower
- Kelepi (7/5): I was happy - every things was fine None
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- Desley (7/5): Good -
- Andrew (6/5): Pleasant -
- Robert (5/5): Passable - It was convenient to the town centre. Under cover parking. Rooms were clean. Twin room double bed was uncomfortable & pillows too thin. Security light on verandah shines in over the blinds.
Family room, beds are uncomfortable & shower head was duct taped together.
Definitely didn't meet value for money $175 per night even for a 3 star motel.
- Robert (6/5): Served its purpose - Walking distance to everything Old, dated.
Towels need replacing.
Pillows were smelly
- Margaret (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Really good after a long drive. Very convenient with iga across the road. The guy on the desk very friendly
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Adrian (8/5): Fantastic customer service and accommodating for late check-in - Very clean and tidy, great location in the centre of town No fly screens on the bathroom windows allowing insects to come in throughout the night.

- Jan (8/5): Very good -
- Ben (7/5): Good -
- Nikki (5/5): Passable -

- Maureen (10/5): Loved my time there. I intend to stay there again next year - Good position Nothing.
- Shane (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check in
- Cathrine (9/5): Was a great visit. - Location was awesome. Everything we needed was close. My grandkids were disappointed there wasn't any free basketball courts they could practice on.
- Veng (8/5): Very good -
- Shane (7/5): Good -
- Danielle (3/5): We couldn’t wait to leave. - Staff was friendly, it has lots of parking on-site. Good location. The beds were not comfortable, the heating was not adequate, water wouldn’t heat up for shower, the kettle was disgusting and unusable, there were cockroaches in the kitchen and microwave was unclean.
- Gail (8/5): This was an overnight stay and the room was ok - The room was clean and comfortable There was only one cup in the room
- Jasmine (1/5): Bad - Rooms smelt like a men’s urinal, first room they checked me into I asked to move out of and into another room. Very outdated and not very clean. No toiletries provided. The towels and bathroom linen may as well have been thrown out as they were absolutely horrid. No hot water the first night.
- Naomi (3/5): Good location but overa not the best place to stay - Good central location Rip in carpet floors, mould in showers and not overly clean. Linen was very poor quality and out dated
- Harding (2/5): Very poor -
- Harding (2/5): Very poor -
- Norman (6/5): The guy that checked us in was helpful - Convenient location Looked like dried glue or vomit patch on the carpet
- Camilleri (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and tidy. Location great. Little hot water on Saturday night, none Sunday morning.
- Russell (8/5): Short walk to the pubs. - Excellent location, in heart of town.
- Louise (8/5): Very good -
- Gregory (1/5): Unpleasant - The location was great for eating & places to visit. Room was not very clean - dust on window sills,
Carpet was dirty & very stained ( building product) was stuck to carpet.
Whole unit had a septic smell throughout- had a can of air freshener in unit to use!!
Had to keep bathroom door closed @ ALL times & had to place kitchen plug in “closed” position with water in sink to try & alleviate smell!
Booked & stayed 3 nights - 2 nights “NO “ hot water - Luke warm.
Not a pleasant experience.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good - Spacious, warm, clean, and convenient All ground floor units were taken. Couldn't be helped.
- David (10/5): Great - location Upstairs only issue. Didn't ask for downstairs.
- Riitta (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (3/5): Poor - bedding wasn't very fresh
- Stephanie (5/5): Passable -
- David (5/5): A work trip - Proximity was good Noisy plumbing
- Glasgow (8/5): OK -
- Stephen (9/5): Great - No breakfast. It is an old motel well cared for and run well. Nothing more and nothing less. I don't need gold planted facilities, just what I need and humans running it. The weather.
- Courtney (8/5): Very good -
- Melissa (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nicole (1/5): Schitts Creek look alike - If you're keen to stay on the set of Schitts Creek, this is the place for you. The bathroom likely can’t remember the last time it saw a cleaning product. You'll also enjoy other people's hair and dinner in your bed. Free mould, dust and dirt. As for the towels.... I'm with David, time for new ones, it's a write-off.
