L'hôtel est situé sur la plage de long beach, idéal pour le coucher de soleil. Il y a des matelas et des parasols pour profiter de la plage. Très bon petit déjeuner. Pas de gel douche ni de shampoing

- BinduSN (10/5): Perfect for peace seekers! - The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It’s the little details across the property that quietly add to its charm. The stay had almost every basic amenity we needed, while still feeling peaceful and intimate rather than commercial. The staff were incredibly warm and kind — true Thai hospitality at its best. They helped us arrange tours, cabs, and local recommendations very smoothly, which made the whole trip stress-free. One of the absolute highlights was the sunset massage overlooking the water. If possible, book the 6 PM slot — the golden hour view combined with the sea breeze makes it a genuinely unforgettable experience. A lot of chaotic travellers may skip this property because it doesn’t have a swimming pool, but honestly, that is exactly what preserves its beauty and calmness. No loud crowds, no chaotic resort atmosphere. And when the ocean is literally 20 metres away, you truly don’t miss a pool at all. Breakfast was surprisingly good and included in the stay. They were also very accommodating with our vegetarian preferences, which is something vegetarian travellers will really appreciate. The mango sticky rice was easily one of the best we had during our Thailand trip. This place feels less like a typical tourist hotel and more like a peaceful hidden stay meant for people who genuinely want to slow down, enjoy the view, and experience the quieter side of Thailand. Nothing I can think of.

The staff were not friendly or helpful at all — they simply did the bare minimum and made no effort to assist or make guests feel welcome. The breakfast policy was particularly frustrating. On two occasions, I arrived just a few minutes after 10:00 AM and was refused breakfast, even though other guests were still eating and the kitchen was clearly still open. This felt rigid and unreasonable. Service overall was poor — I was even served the wrong dish when ordering food, which shows a clear lack of attention. The location is also inconvenient, far from the better beaches, requiring a scooter every time to go somewhere decent. I will never come back, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. This was a very disappointing stay. The staff were not friendly or helpful at all — they simply did the bare minimum and made no effort to assist or make guests feel welcome. - Gloria (8/5): Prima verblijf aan het strand. - De ligging is heel goed. Het strandje met enkele ligbedden was voldoende toen wij er waren maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het te weinig is in het hoogseizoen. Bar aan het strand is lekker en de mensen die er werken zijn aardig en behulpzaam. De bungalows zijn wat gedateerd en ik miste toch wel een zwembad. Het was allemaal prima, maar ik zou de volgende keer toch voor iets anders kiezen.
- Sabine (10/5): Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Paradies - Wir waren nun bereits das 2. Mal im Lanta Castaway Resort und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen! Das Personal ist überaus bemüht, hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Essen ist zu jeder Tageszeit ausgezeichnet und auch die Bar am Strand lädt mit leckeren Cocktails zum Relaxen ein!

Excellent restaurants with in walking distance - especially Joe’s Texas BBQ across the street. Making plans to come back next year.

Wer geniesst jetzt für uns den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang und die leckeren Iced Thai Teas oder die Massage mit Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund? Nichts, alles perfekt.

- Frank (9/5): Sehr schöne Anlage im Thai-Style, direkt am Meer, mit tollen Garten - Sehr schöne Bungalow Anlage im Thai-Style , eingebettet in einen wirklich traumhaften, gepflegten Garten. Anlage und Restaurant liegen direkt am Meer, mit eigenen Liegen und Schirmen. Bungalow selbst war geräumig und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und gutes Essen insgesamt. In der Nähe sind weitere Beach Bars , Restaurants, oben an der Straße auch Seven Eleven. Apotheke, Geld Wechsel , sowie weitere Restaurants usw. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Uns hat alles gefallen :)

We like very much the green garden with the many plants, The garden is very well maintained. the beach and the sea. The bungalow and the terrace are accommodating. The breakfast from the menu is very nice with a lot of choices. The quality of the food is very good. This is also true for the restaurant. The food is excellent. To sit on the beach is very relaxing. The sea is very clear and we liked swimming in the sea. The staff welcomed us very friendly. This time, the beds were not very comfortable neither the pillows. We realized that there many more people on the beach which was not so relaxing.
- Christina (9/5): - Jätte fint läge längst ner på Long Beach med solsängar på stranden. Stranden sluttar litet.Fina rum men små. Små specifika detaljer i trädgården att se. Vacker omgivning. Trevlig personal. Ingen frukostbuffe men den var bra med lite olika att välja på. Bara småsaker som att en toalett stod och rann, gjorde det pissblött i badrummet. Vi sa till och de kunde inte fixa problemet,,,det gjorde jag med lite fixande.

Beach towels, shampoo, water, coffee sachets & creamer provided. Room cleaned & replenished daily. Good breakfast each morning. The grounds are lovely. Not a mass of sunbeds, but enough & they are on the beach and are for guests only.

- Fernando (8/5): Un petit coin de paradis caché. - Bungalows répartis dans un magnifique jardin très entretenu. Le confort et la propreté des bungalows et très bien. Vraiment un endroit charmant avec accès direct sur la plage superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer .Très très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande à 1000% vous ne serez pas déçu. Les plats servi au restaurant en rapport à un 3☆ sans plus. Les chaises en bois très inconfortables et lourdes à déplacer. Le sourire du personnel est visiblement juste commercial.

Our only gripe is the breakfast,for a place where the food served at both lunch and dinner is excellent we find the breakfast disappointing. Particularly the toast which is like cardboard and unchewable. A change in the quality of the bread would make a massive difference.

- Lan (9/5): It is a good choice for resting at Koh Lanta. - It was very chill and beautiful location. Right on the beach with sunbed and nice bar and restaurant. The room is super clean, quiet, huge and spacious. It is perfect to rest here. There are a lot of restaurants nearby for eating out. I didn't get any welcome drink but I saw other guests had. They took away the sunbed on the beach super early to prepare for their restautrant. I think they chould have leave them still available at least till sunset is done. Wifi is not fast enough to have a video conference call.

- Julie (10/5): Perfect stay close to the beach. - A pretty little row of bungalows leading down to the beach. A wonderful beach you can walk on for miles. Excellent food in the restaurant and a perfect spot for sundowners. Plenty of sun loungers and no fights over them in the morning. Excellent reception staff. A good comfy bed. Also close to the road and further restaurants and 7/11 and bottle shop.

- Cédric (9/5): If we go back to Koh lanta, we'll try to stay longer at this place - Beautifully maintained gardens with comfortable, tastefully decorated bungalows - The paradisiac beach and this warm water that invite you for a swim - It's pleasant beach bar and the numerous others that follows along the beach, try one of the many proposed cocktails and have a couch at the beach or try a thai massage ! - Beds are cumfortable - I strongly recommend this place of paradise Disliked · - The scuba diving school seems to have very comfirmed instructors. Unfortunately we learnt that you needs to books several weeks before your arrival or to stay longer than 4-5 days. Good to know for the next time ! - Despite of this, you can go for a snorkeling. You might think you will discover a lot of colorful marine life below those lagoon-like waters. But apart some sea cucumbers, you will find almost nothing. That's not the hotel fault : Coral is dead from north to south of Koh Lanta so you need to book some teip to koh rok of you want to see some marine life.

The hotel was located nearby some river where some slightly dirty water flooded into the sea, hence the water quality was not too good. However walking a little bit away the water was great. The bungalow we stayed in was very small however.

- Martin (1/5): Určitě nedoporučuju! Byli nám ukradeny z pokoje penize. Nejspíš kdyz nám opravovali klimatizaci. Personál se k tomu nepo - Ubytování hned u pláže s lehátky. Kazdy den úklid pokoje. Omezeny výběr na snídani. Na jiných hotelech bylo vždy zdarma kafe - nealko nápoje / ovoce. Tady se vše doplácelo. Neměli jsme funkční klimatizaci.

- Elke (8/5): Erholsam, tolles Ressort, unglaublich gut gepflegt und Beim Personal besteht viel Luft nach oben - Der Bungalow für 4 Personen bot für uns zwei sehr viel Platz. Schöner Strand, alles tipptopp. Viele SeniorInnen, die die angenehme Ruhe, Lage, und Sicherheit wertschätzen. Ich kam mir manchmal wie in der Schule vor, weniger wie ein zahlender Gast. Für eine Gesichtsmassage im Castaway Ressort bat ich die Dame sich die Hände zu waschen, sie verweigerte es. Ihr reichte es aus, sich die Hände zu Desinfizieren. Unfreundlich + unprofessionell. Beim Frühstücken kurz nach 10:00 Uhr fehlte uns noch eine verpackte Butter. Auf Anfrage hieß es die Küche sei geschlossen. Die Chefin schloss die Küche um 10:00 Uhr. 😂
