• Valérie (9/5): - La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Le jardin est magnifique ainsi que les bungalows. Très bon repas, mais attention, compter 10% + 11% de taxes en plus. Le matelas n'était pas confortable. Je pense qu'il y avait un problème !! La piscine était trouble. Ce n'est pas digne d'un endroit de qualité comme celui-ci.

• laura (9/5): - El sitio es espectacular, y el personal muy amable volvería sin dudarlo, hemos pasado tres días inolvidables. Nada, todo estaba muy bien.
• Izabela (9/5): Bardzo ładny zadbany obiekt, wygodne łóżka, fajny basen - Obiekt bardzo zadbany i czysty, ma sporo udogodnień. Śniadania były całkiem w porządku. Personel starał się być bardzo uczynnym. Bardzo fajny basen. Okolica jest średnio ciekawa, bardzo daleko do centrum Sidemana (godzina drogi) mało warungów czy restauracji w pobliżu, wokół sąsiedzi notorycznie palą śmieci. Ceny w barze obciążane są kwotą 20% serwisu, co uważam za sporą kwotę. Zabrakło też możliwości wypożyczenia żelazka, aby sobie coś przepracować na szybko. Dodatkowo, niestety nie wszystkie pokoje posiadają badachimy. Na śniadanie porcja placuszków ryżowych mogłaby być większa - ciężko się tym było najeść, mimo że ładnie podane.

• Gilles (9/5): Jardin d'Éden - L'harmonie de l'endroit, sa végétation, son calme, sa piscine, les petites maisonettes en bois et leurs lit XXL. C'est vraiment très très beau et très douillet. Le personnel est chaleureux et discret à la fois. Ils sont vraiment professionnels. Les cocktails et la cuisine sont à hauteur du lieu, magiques ! Nécessité d'être véhiculé. Mais taxi assez facilement arrangeable.

Pas très agréable pour se reposer. En tout cas nous déconseillons cet emplacement dans l’hôtel …

• Linda (8/5): Mooie plek, lieve mensen - We zijn hier nu voor de tweede keer geweest, het is een heerlijk plekje uit de drukte van het toerisme. We hebben genoten van de massages, was een lieve dames! Al het personeel is zo lief en vriendelijk. We hadden twee scooters gehuurd via de receptie en daar de prachtige omgeving mee ontdekt, de vele watervallen een prachtige natuur. De wifi deed het in de kamers niet, en het ontbijt was vorige keer buffet, omdat het rustig was moesten we de dag ervoor keuzes maken en die waren zeker voor de kinderen niet uitgebreid als je geen Indonesisch ontbijt lust. En de bar zou open zijn tot 22:00 toen we na een lange dag terug kwamen en wat wilde eten/drinken was alles al dicht en niemand meer te bekennen.

• Nadia (9/5): Beautiful location, comfortable rooms - The property was beautiful, lush greenery everywhere! We were welcomed with a lovely cold drink and they brought a complimentary fruit plate to our room which was a nice surprise. Our room was very spacious and well laid out, bed was perfect for us, so comfortable, AC worked very well, kettle in the room which was handy. There are a couple of small warungs in walking distance otherwise you are really staying in a local village which we loved! The staff were very friendly! It was so peaceful, would definitely recommend and return. The food was very average and tailored to a western palate which was disappointing. The breakfast included in the room was either nasi goreng or mie goreng, we had the nasi and it was very clearly pre-made, mushy rice and lukewarm. We had a body scrub which involved a massage, it was mostly a very soft massage and then a not so thorough scrub. We were then left at the end of the treatment covered in scrub to get dressed and leave. Unfortunately I can not recommend this service, maybe just a relaxing massage would be ok... The paths are very slippery especially when it's been raining so be careful! Would still recommend this resort! But felt I should also share some of the negative experiences we had.

• markaX5773EE (8/5): A Balinese Beauty - We visited Unisidan on the Intrepid Beautiful Bali Tour. This was a really nice place to stay. The gardens are lush and tropical, and the accommodation is in true Balinese styling. It rained quite heavily whilst we were there, but we didn't let that spoil our adventure. We still used the swimming pool as it wasn't cold, just rainy. Drinks available from the bar and we sat in the tropical gardens enjoying the atmosphere. With the exception of the odd tourist, we largely had the place to ourselves. I'm sure in peak time, this wouldn't be the case. Rooms and beds comfortable. The bathroom and shower are something to see. They are awesome, except ours had a damp smell to it. Restaurant on-site was nice. Breakfast was good. Would easily stay here again.

• Frank (10/5): - This is simply a little paradise, we loved staying here! This location merely consists of small villages. There are no other restaurants in the neighbourhood, so you'll be dependent of the resort. But their kitchen and chefs are very good, so you woont miss much. There are several very interesting waterfalls nearby, but that's about it. Scooteronderdelen to Mount Batur takes about an hour, so that's not too far.

• Alex (3/5): Nur was für Geruchslose - Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Uns wurde ein Roller organisiert, Preis ganz normal für Indonesien. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft ist unterirdisch. Selten waren wir in einer Dusche die mehr verdreckt war. Bei kurzem wischen mit Klopapier war dieses braun. Es stinkt enorm in den Zimmern. Wir wurden zwar in ein anderes verlegt wegen des unangenehmen Gestanks, im neuen größeren Zimmer wars noch schlimmer. Alles muffig und klamm, Betten stinken, alles in allem nicht aushaltbar. Laut Mitarbeiter ist es nur das Holz das riecht, aber es ist Schimmel, alter Schweiß und mangelnde Hygiene. Wir sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist, die zweite haben wir umsonst gezahlt, aber wollten einfach nur weg...

Het bestaat echter uit twee delen en wanneer je verder weg de kamer hebt, dan zit je min of meer tussen de locals. Mét hun honden, hanen en kikkers die om 06.00 uur de dag beginnen. Het is een bijzondere ervaring om daar te overnachten naast bijvoorbeeld de familie tempel. Zie bovenstaande, kamer in het andere deel raad ik af vanwege geluidsoverlast van, met name, de blaffende honden.

• laetitia (8/5): Mignon mais je pense que l’on peut trouver mieux dans le coin - Jolis bungalows et joli jardin Ultra bruyant : notre chambre était a côté des cuisines. Ils ont commencé à faire du bruit, à parler et rigoler hyper fort à partir de 3h du mat. Il a fallu aller leur demander de faire mon de bruit. Par ailleurs même si très mignon, très peu d’intimité d’un bungalow à l’autre. Enfin emplacement qui nécessite absolument un chauffeur pour sortir dîner, rien aux alentours. Pas pratique

• Claudia (7/5): Leuke plek in de natuur - Leuke plek in het regenwoud. Huisjes om een zwembad met meerdere terrassen om te zitten en een restaurant. Wel redelijk afgelegen. TIP: Huur scoorters en dan kan je super leuk en mooi touren. Redelijk rustige wegen. Leuk opgezet park. Let op welke kamer je boekt. Wij zaten in de 'wooden houses' en dan zit je eigenlijk niet op het parkje zelf. Je moet een stuk het park aflopen. Er liggen dan 6 houten huisjes om een eigen kleiner zwembad.

• Laurens (6/5): Geen oog dichtgedaan - 1,5 jaar geleden hier geweest in november. In een woord: fantastisch. Nu zijn er tig huisjes bijgekomen (er zijn nu totaal 35 huisjes) en is het enorm verslechterd. Het nieuwe deel helemaal achteraan midden tussen de huizen van de locals en hun honden, hanen, muziek. Ook de weg er naartoe is een drama met trappen en steegjes. Zeker als je slecht ter been bent. Met inchecken hebben we 40 min moeten wachten, terwijl we er om 14.00 uur waren. Huisjes zijn er leuk, maar heel gehorig. Je hoort iedere scheet van de buren, maar dus ook oeh aaaah oh jaaaa, seksende buren. Te weinig bedjes bij het zwembad voor het aantal huisjes. Ontbijt karig voor het bedrag dat je betaalt. Als je om 9.40 bij het restaurant komt is het beneden allemaal al opgeruimd en moet je dus (ook als je slecht ter been bent) de steile trap op naar boven). Zo zie je maar dat groei niet altijd een verbetering is. Het bed ligt overigens heerlijk. Zie hierboven. De herrie van de buren, zowel gasten als bewoners rond de accommodatie. Karig ontbijt, weinig bedjes bij het zwembad.

Sona musiqueta relaxant per tot i el personal és molt simpàtic i agradable No es pot sortir a sopar per les immediacions. Amb una mica de sort podràs fer una large Bintang en algun Warung local a 5min en moto, però no gaire cosa més.
• AW (7/5): Mooi Balinees resort met verbeterpuntjes - Mooi opgezet klein resort met authentieke Balinese huisjes en vriendelijk personeel. De fietstocht is een aanrader, met name de stops bij boeren in de middle of nowhere en basisschool. Een paar verbeterpuntjes: het toelaten van zo'n 15 jeugdigen van zo'n 15 jaar is natuurlijk hartstikke leuk voor zo'n groep, want die gillen, schreeuwen en hebben de grootste lol met elkaar overdag in het zwembad en 's avonds in het kleine resort. Maar dat maakt het niet plezierig voor de andere gasten. Dan lijkt het meer op een Malgrat de Mar dan een Balinese vakantie. Ook het ontbijt was ronduit slecht. Zeer weinig variatie van een bedenkelijke kwaliteit (slechtste in Bali). En yoga les is ook leuk, als je er tenminste voor gekozen hebt om mee te doen. Want als dat achter je huisje gehouden wordt, dan is het niet fijn om 6:30u wakker te worden van het Balinese gepingel (muziek) dat erbij hoort. Hebben we niet voor gekozen, beetje jammer. Wifi was niet op alle plekken aanwezig.
• Maren (8/5): - Unser Häuschen hat uns gut gefallen, war sehr gepflegt und sauber, lediglich für drei Personen mit Gepäck etwas beengt. Die Anlage ist wunderbar grün und ein fantastischer Ort zum Entspannen, das Personal äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lieblos, wenig Auswahl und definitiv bisher das schlechteste hier auf der Insel. Das Abendessen hingegen war gut.

Joli mais manque d authenticité ( touristique ) Pas de rideau occultant comme souvent a bali. tres mal isolé pour le bruit, bruit important le matin a partir 5h30, coq et chien +++, bruit de la route, et temple… Management pas tres commercial, nous sommes resté 3 jours, le 1er jour nous avons demandé si il etait possible de partir avant ( a cause de la meteo ) et il n on meme pas voulu nous rembourser au moins la 3iem nuit je trouve cela pas tres commercial. Petit dejeuner moyen.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us feel right at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh local ingredients. If you’re looking for an eco-conscious and culturally immersive stay in Bali, D’Umah Bali is a great choice. • Suzanne (10/5): Super chill with exceptionally lovely people - The staff are super efficient and so friendly, great layout with beautiful surroundings. The food is good and the cooking class is great fun.

• nikkiinSA (10/5): A real gem, very restful - Extremely welcoming staff and excellent service all round. The bungalow rooms are fabulous, lovely big shower with waterfall flow. The restaurant served great food. Very restful location. Beautiful gardens. Walls between bathrooms in attached units are not sound proofed

• Eduard (8/5): - Very friendly staff, nice big swimming pool, nice gardens. Close to beautiful temples (Pura Kehen) and many waterfalls. There was some activity going on, with some non staff and non guest people walking through the complex. From what we understood related to a ceremony related to the owner of the complex. We got a free room upgrade as a result, so no complaints and likely a one-off event. A small fridge in the room would be a plus. Given our room upgrade we were a little underwhelmed with the bathroom (could be a bit greener as usually found in accomodations on Bali). Some more breakfast option would be welcome (just simple egg dishes for example). Food options are somewhat limited in the village itself but with motor no issue.
• Lee (10/5): It was amazing. I would come back here anytime! - The location is beautiful, calm, peaceful, quiet. The facilities are gorgeous as well. The pool is clean and a nice temperature (not too cold). I loved the option to rent a bike and explore the village by bike. I think this hotel was perfect for me and the service was excellent. The breakfast was a simple breakfast menu (à la carte) because there weren’t any tour groups staying there at the time (they offer a full buffet for groups). We had the buffet with our tour group previously and it was very delicious (bacon, scrambled eggs, herbed potatoes, juice, coffee, etc.) so we were a bit disappointed we didn’t have the buffet menu during our stay this time.

• Wiktoria (8/5): Bardzo nam się podobało. Miejsce fajne dla grupy znajomych - Miejsce magiczne. Idealne na odpoczynek od zgiełku. Personel przemiły! Powitalny drineczek, talerz owoców. Czystość 10/10. W pokoju klimatyzacja i przepiękne szlafroczki. Lokalizacja- po środku niczego wiec zalezy co kto lubi. Na szczescie graby dojezdzają :) brakowalo mi mleka owsianego do kawy ale to szczegół. Masaże na miejscu były bardzo drogie dlatego z nich nie skorzystalismy. A do innego najblizszego spa najblizej 20 min skuterem
• Simone (10/5): Einfach nur perfekt! - Es war einfach nur wunderschön. Total authentisch und total sauber und schön. Das Personal so lieb und freundlich. Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt und wollte gar nicht mehr weg. Es ist etwas abgelegen aber genau das bringt einen mal dazu etwas runter zu kommen. Es sind kaum Touristen in der Gegend aber ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen. Einfach einen Scooter mieten und rum fahren. Hatte mich erst nicht getraut aber es ist wirklich der perfekte Ort um es auszuprobieren da es nicht so busy ist. -
• TIRABOSCHI (10/5): Très bel hôtel dans un cadre luxuriant - L’environnement magnifique et le personnel très gentil. La nourriture était très bonne. À côté de plusieurs cascades et temples.
• chrisAtovar (2/5): Got sick. Hotel didn’t care. - Got sick. It happens. My wife ordered me food not knowing I wouldn’t be attending dinner with our friends. Unfortunately, in the words of the resort it’s not their problem that I didn’t eat or show up for dinner. The cost of paying for meals isn’t the pain point, the surprising lack of understanding hurts. Hopefully they are more patient with their clients in the future.

• Michael (10/5): Wunderschöne, saubere Anlage mit ausgezeichnetem Essen und sehr herzlichen MitarbeiterInnen - Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. Das Essen und die Qualität der Speisen war ausgezeichnet. Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit ist 1 A! Die Lage ist perfekt für div. Ausflugsziele. Was uns am meisten überzeugt hat war die Herzlichkeit mit der wir empfangen und betreut wurden. Durch einen Denkfehler meinerseits, sind wir einen Tag zu früh angereist, was ich erst 5minuten vor Ankunft im Hotel bemerkt hatte😅. Die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption, hat sich dann um alles gekümmert und wir konnten nach einer kurzen Wartezeit, einen Tag früher, einchecken ☺️. Leider war ich am ersten und zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes etwas kränklich. Die Angestellten des Hotels haben sich rührend um mich gekümmert und sich in regelmäßigen Abständen nach mir erkundigt und nachgefragt ob ich etwas benötige oder sie mich zum Arzt fahren sollen, der Tee den ich bekommen habe, hat mir sehr schnell wieder auf die Beine geholfen. Wir wurden hier so herzlich behandelt, wofür wir uns an dieser Stelle nochmals bedanken möchten. Wir hatten das Gefühl zuhause zu sein🥰... Sollten wir eines Tages wieder nach Bali reisen werden wir hier auf alle Fälle wieder ein paar tage verbringen. Vielen Dank für alles ❤️
• weronika (8/5): - Remote location, jungle vibe, facilities, comfy bed, cocktail options & tasty food Be aware that the check-out from 8 am onwards (the receptionist is not at the property and we couldn't checked out). Staff was a bit confused most of the time. Upon check in no one told us where to go and that our room was located at the bottom of the village and it was quite a walk from the restaurant and main pool area. As the joglos' numbers are the same for the upper and lower locations, we were trying to get into a different joglo with the same room number.

• jose (9/5): - Assez grand hôtel, les lodges sont confortables, il y a 3 piscines. L'ambiance est plus proche d'un grand complexe que d'un petit hôtel. Le jardin est magnifique, l'environnement parfait. A noter que nous avons pu louer un scooter a petit prix. Le petit déjeuner quelconque. Il manque un plateau de courtoisie et de l'eau a volonté. Nous étions à Bale Kayu, soit la zone en contre bas, donc assez éloigné de la partie principale.
