- Janina (6/5): Preis-Leistung nicht in Ordnung - Zentrale Lage am Ufer in Friedrichshafen in Bahnhofsnähe, im Eingangsbereich kann man sich jederzeit kostenlos Kaffee am Automaten holen, es war sauber, das Bett bequem sowie das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks war in Ordnung. Mein Zimmer war sehr dunkel und erinnerte eher an einen Kellerraum, die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut. Was aber am nervigsten war: Wir waren eine einzige Nacht durch und erhielten permanent (!) E-Mails des Hotels mit Self Check-In, Self Check-Out usw. Für den Preis einfach insgesamt zu teuer.

- Manuela (8/5): Altes Hotel mit viel Charme direkt am See. - Alles in Ordnung. Das Highlight des Aufenthaltes war auf jeden Fall der Nachtportier. Ein junger Mann, freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, ... Er könnte auch in den feinsten Häusern arbeiten. Alles war in Ordnung.

- Tina (7/5): - Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß, die Betten sehr bequem! Würde zurück kommen! Wir haben den Saunabereich benutzt... Die Sauna selber war einwandfrei, auch dass es Handtücher und Bademantel auf Anfrage gab, war toll. Das Dampfbad braucht jedoch dringend Zuwendung, da es stark müffelt (nach Schimmel, nicht gelüftet/gereinigt werden)! Wir haben die Tür schnell wieder zu gemacht und haben es nicht betreten. War etwas enttäuschend.... Und die Jacuzzi-Becken waren außer Betrieb.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, tolle Auswahl Badezimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung und vor allem sauber und voll funktionsfähig Schade fand ich, dass die zwei Einzelbetten nicht verbunden waren(reserviert als Doppelbett)

- Edith (4/5): Leider enttäuschend - Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist super. Gefallen hat mir außerdem, dass im Lobbybereich ganztägig eine Kaffeemaschine zur freien Verfügung stand. Der Duschkopf im Bad ist fast auseinandergefallen. Es hat minutenlang gedauert, bis statt kaltem Wasser lauwarmes Wasser geflossen ist und dann nochmal weitere Minuten, bis das Wasser eine zum Duschen erträgliche Temperatur hatte und ich bin jemand, der nicht sonderlich warm duscht. Laut Google-Rezensionen scheint das Problem schon seit Jahren bekannt zu sein. Ich habe beim Check-out das Hotelpersonal entsprechend informiert. Ob das Problem nur bestimmte Zimmer oder Bereiche des Hotels betrifft, kann ich nicht sagen. Mein Zimmer lag im dritten Stock. Das Zimmer war ok aber sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grundsätzlich vielfältig. Leider waren die warmen Auslagen für Rührei, Pancakes, Würstchen etc. um 7 Uhr morgens nicht eingeschaltet, sodass die eigentlich warmgehaltenen Speisen kalt gewesen sind. Insgesamt war sehr viel junges Personal im Hotel, das zwar bemüht war aber nicht besonders viel Wert auf Service legt.

Le cadre, la chambre, nous étions heureux d'être dans cet hôtel accueillant et avec le charme des vieux hôtels d'époque. La salle et les chaises du petit-déjeuner par exemple. L'architecture... - Johanna (9/5): Sehr schön um in Friedrichshafen und Umgebung zu reisen - Das Personal war zuvor kommend, und alles sehr schick eingerichtet. Auf dem Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Station mit Wasserkocher, Tassen, Teebeutel und Kaffee. Die Lage ist genial, wenn man in Friedrichshafen sein möchte, wenige Meter zum Bahnhof, am See ist man in unter 2 Minuten Gehzeit, es gab eine Garage Box, sodass das Auto im Winter nicht zugefriert. Das Zimmer war riesig, obwohl ich das normale, günstigste Zimmer genommen habe, davon waren wir sehr überrascht Das Frühstück war Preiswert, hätte aber auch ein kleines wenig mehr Auswahl haben können. Es hat grundsätzlich alles was man braucht, aber vielleicht so etwas wie Beeren für den Joghurt wäre super (vielleicht hat es das aber auch zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr gegeben), außerdem war Rührei und Pancakes irgendwie kalt, als ich es beim Buffet auf den Teller getan habe.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Witz, es gab keine Kaffeetassen! Auf die Frage, wann es Tassen gäbe wurde man angepampt: man solle halt warten!

Einen zu kurzen Duschvorhang in einer winzigen Hotel-Dusche einzusetzen, ist wirklich das widerlichste und unhygienischste, was ich kenne. Der Handtuchtrockner rostet unter einer "Tipp-Ex-Lackierung" vor sich hin und auf die Handtücher. Das Hotel hat Potential, leider wurde das schöne Gebäude nur teils hergerichtet. Plastikblumen und verschlissene Polster in der Hotelbar runden den schäbigen Gesamteindruck ab. Preis-/Leistung stimmen hier, wie leider oft in BaWü, nicht.
