Hotel.com doit agir! - a mon arrivee, personne sur place et gerant injoignable car le tel sur l'app Hotel.com noetiid pas fonctionnel!! une nuit passee dehors non remboursee jusqu'ici!!! toutes les difficultes pour obtenir enfin une chambre le lendemain! incroyable, le gerant ne disposait pas de connexion avec hotel.com et n'etait donc pas au courant de ma reservation! peut-on croire une chose pareille... Aucune excuse pour le derangement et toujours aucun retour, tant pour excuse que pour remboursement de la nuit induement encaissee.
- Jennifer (6/5): - In general, this place was fine fir resting my head at night. The Expedia confirmation said check in could start at 11, but they were not ready for me for at least another hour. It is advertised as a bed and breakfast, but it definitely does not offer breakfast. The room could be noisy if the window is open and there are people on the patio.
- mike (8/5): great as base camp - The place is brand new and modern styled. The owner does not stay on property but communication with him was excellent. The only down thing is that Augusta has nothing to offer for a tourist....so its great as a base stay if you have a car and can travel around as it is in the middle of the coastline between Messina and Siracusa

- Aymee (8/5): Nettes kleines Hotel im Stadtzentrum - Das Hotel war sehr nett und gepflegt. Unser Taum war groß und eher einfach eingerichtet. Das personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Augusta ist an sich schon eine kleine Stadt und es war alles in der nähe. Es ist ein relativ simples hotel - es kommt einem eher wie ein Airbnb vor, außer das die Putzfrau jeden Mittag das Zimmer reinigt.

Ieri ero strafelice della camera bella e nuova purtroppo oggi devo dire che le pulizie non sono state fatte al contrario di ciò che fu da voi pubblicato e promesso su hotels.com e sono rimasta un po' delusa. Essendo sincera e trasparente le dico in totale franchezza tutto." Aggiungo infine che in questa struttura era citato il fatto che fosse pulito giornalmente e non è stato vero mentre in altre strutture B&B (testate successivamente e nella stessa settimana dopo il Xifonia), dove non c'era riportata questa voce l'hanno fatto senza nemmeno farsi chiedere come invece comunicato dalla struttura Xifonia. Paradossale e fuori da ogni logica commerciale. Bisogna investire per ottenere!!!
