Aunque en general todos los empleados son amables y cercanos. Estuvimos en régimen de todo incluido y muy bien. Leí alguna crítica antes de ir sobre las comidas, pero tengo que decir y esta es una opinión personal, por lo que pagamos por 5 noches, es difícil encontrar algo mejor relación calidad precio. Es verdad que hay hoteles en todo incluido más completos? Si, pero no a este precio y hay que ser realistas. ¿Volveríamos a este hotel? Seguramente cuando queramos darnos otra escapada para descansar, sin duda, siempre que mantengan estás ofertas. La animación estuvo bien, solo una crítica constructiva, quizás sería bueno ver la manera de tener más espacio para poder disfrutar de los espectáculos, era muy difícil conseguir asiento para poder verlo tranquilo. La zona de las maquinas de juego está totalmente desaprovechada y quizás se podría mejorar algo.

- Fatima Zahrae (8/5): En résumé, c’est un bon hôtel pour des vacances en famille, avec de nombreux points forts mais aussi - Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant une semaine en famille et, dans l’ensemble, ce fut une très belle expérience. L’établissement est propre et bien entretenu, ce qui est essentiel surtout avec des enfants. La nourriture est variée et convient à différents goûts : il y a certains produits surgelés, mais aussi des options fraîches et de bonne qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence de protéines cuisinées sur place au petit-déjeuner et au dîner. L’hôtel est très adapté aux familles : un lit bébé nous a été fourni gratuitement, la piscine est adaptée aux enfants, et le personnel est toujours aimable et disponible. Le mobilier est assez ancien et la télévision dans la chambre est petite et datée. Le parking est payant, tout comme l’accès au spa et à la piscine intérieure, même en formule all inclusive, ce qui est dommage. Enfin, les animations sont davantage orientées vers un public adulte ou senior et manquent d’activités pour les enfants.
- Rose (8/5): Très agréable ! - Le calme, la propreté, l’organisation du buffet (le service, la gentillesse du personnel) bon rapport qualité prix de la nourriture même si ça manque parfois de variété. La gentillesse des animateurs. Endroit authentique, pas de tourisme de masse, touristes surtout espagnols. Dommage que le club enfants ne soit ouvert que le vendredi, samedi, dimanche. Peut-être parce qu’on étais hors saison touristique… beaucoup de personnes âgées, et pas beaucoup d’enfants on avait parfois l’impression de déranger avec les petits de 5 ans, encore une fois c’est peut être à cause de la saison (avril), après des enfants sont arrivés et les animations étaient plus nombreuses. On avait l’impression que c’était à la demande .. mais l’animateur enfants était super gentil et disponible, les enfants l’ont adoré ! Parking de l’hôtel payant mais il y avait un parking gratuit juste à côté.

La distribución del salón comedor a la entrada estaba muy bien, así como el baño, que podía ser usado al mismo tiempo por varias personas dado su tamaño. La oferta del buffet del desayuno muy amplia, así como el de la cena. Aunque se echaba de menos la cocina en vivo la oferta era correcta. La insonorización de la habitación hacia el pasillo no está aislada. Si vas caminando por el pasillo se oyen las conversiones perfectamente. En recepción sólo había una persona atendiendo y generaba esperas. La actuación de la noche se cambió porque había fútbol...no a todo el mundo le gusta el fútbol y desde luego no es una actividad para un hotel, sino para un bar o otro tipo de contextos.

We were given a free upgrade on our room to suite, which give us plenty room. The hotel is clean and tidy. The spa facilities leaves you feeling relaxed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is great and staff are so friendly. The entertainment team keeps you entertained throughout the day. The bar and restaurant staff have been fantastic providing good food and enjoyable drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Special mentions for their fantastic customer service - Rubin, Manal, Tatiana, Juan. Alicia for the amazing omelettes in a morning. Not forgetting Happy Boy you are so funny keep doing what you are doing.

Et très mauvaise expérience au SPA , parcours détente dans une eau à 28, soi-disant 28°…. Juste pour info pour se détendre dans une heure avec des bains à remous, l’eau devrait être minimum à 35° Payer 40 € pour passer trois quarts d’heure dans une journée. C’est inadmissible de plus certaines douches ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons fait une réclamation à la personne qui était à l’accueil qui pour elle apparemment c’était normal !!! Inadmissible

- Alejandro (8/5): Un hotel de 10, un desayuno que nos salió caro. - El hotel está muy bien a pesar de que le haría falta una pequeña actualización. La suite es de un gran tamaño y tiene todos los servicios. El WC perdía agua y molestaba para dormir. La nevera no enfriaba mucho. En general todo muy bien pero nos sentimos engañados por el desayuno de buffet. No lo habíamos contratado y bajamos a preguntar si podíamos tomar solo un café y una tostada pagando lo que correspondiese. A pesar de preguntar a dos camareros distintos y especificar que no queríamos el buffet completo y por tanto, pagar la parte proporcional, nos acabaron cobrando los 12€ a cada uno, así que podéis imaginar nuestra cara de tontos. Nos sentimos engañados.

- Francisca (9/5): Fantástico. - En valoración de todo, pues el hotel es perfecto para relajarte y disfrutar de sus actuaciones,juegos, etc. También cabe a destacar que la comidas eran muy buenas y el personal del hotel y los animadores eran muy simpáticos y agradables, volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda. Lo único era el spa, porque no tenía nada gratuito como otro hotel de la misma cadena en la que estube y que tenía piscina climatizada y jacuzzi gratuitos y sólo tenías que pagar si querías hacer un circuito o masaje.

- riviere (6/5): - La chambre ,et les repas sont corrects. Buffet à volonté matin et soir! Attention boisson non comprises (aucun tarif d'affiché), et les serveur ne comprennent que l'espagnol. C’était bien pour 3 jours! Le manager et les personnes à l’accueil sont serviables et arrangeants. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct. Hôtel calme et proche de la plage. J'ai été vraiment déçu de ne pas avoir accès à la piscine intérieur. Le descriptif de l’hôtel était erroné sur booking (nous avons vérifier avec le manager+ capture écran) Aucune piscine intérieure en dehors de celle du Spa qui coute 20 euros l'entrée. C’était bien noté spa avec supplément, mais il était aussi noté dans le descriptif : bain à remous et piscine intérieur sans supplément. Les photos disponibles sont trompeuses. Vue la température extérieure nous étions déçus, mais le manager a fait son possible pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Merci à lui

- AITOR MANUEL (6/5): normalito - Buena ubicación y cercanía a la playa, se puede ir andando, se encuentra a unos 5-10 minutos . el hotel en si, se puede apreciar que se encuentra antiguo, las habitaciones amplias pero para reformar, en el restaurante no había mucha variedad de comida, lo justo pero no esperes un buffet prime.
