• Bianca (4/5): - Die Unterkunft ist nur von außen schön, die Inneneinrichtung ist alt die Betten liegen auf einem Holzgestellt und vor dem Hotel ist ein Obdachlosenvirtel wo man sich sehr unwohl fühlt. Wir sind 3 Tage früher abgereist

• Nicki (2/5): Bliv væk fra dette hotel - Jeg vil klart anbefale ALLE at man bliver væk fra dette hotel….ved indgangen kører man igennem en stor parkeringsplads hvor der var en flygtninge lejr. Der var 200+ mennesker som sov på gaden og langs vej grøften. Inden for hotellets parkering plads lagde der også flere mennesker på jorden. Hotellet i sig selv indenfor var også snusket og generelt ikke særlig velholdt. Vi vil ikke sove der og nåede derfor lige efter indtjekning at bestille noget andet. I dag er vi glade for vi ikke sov der. Man følte sig utryg og nok også derfor der næsten ingen andre mennesker var.

• Noor (2/5): - My family and I stayed here for a couple days and we did not have the best experience. The location of this place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The bathroom cleanliness was decent. I contacted management beforehand for an earlier check in time and they told us they could accommodate but when we arrived to the hotel they told us they could not accommodate. They put our bags in a laundry room and failed to tell us the time to collect the bags. Luckily we collected them before the arbitrary time they had set, which after we could have not collected our belongings. The next day a lady at the reception told us to leave the hotel despite, our check out being the next day. I would not recommend taking your family here and would look for a hotel closer to the city.

Cependant, lors de notre entrée dans la chambre il y avait une forte odeur de tabac, les draps n’étaient pas très propre et le chauffage ne marchait pas. Le deuxième jour une odeur d’oignons se dégageait de la chambre. Pas très agréable !

Excellent bus connections Across from a grocery store Cheap Cons Old run down rooms, beds are extremely hard. Very basic facilities TV only a few French stations Good Wifi Good value for money for an early flight.

• Daltyn (4/5): Please Read Prior To Booking - I in no means want to drag this hotel chain because I have stayed at GOOD B&B Hotels. This room in particular was so awful. Someone kicked a hole in the bathroom door and ripped the handle off. The staff decided to put a piece of wall paper on the door to cover the hole. Handle is not fixed. Black mold on the ceiling behind the curtain just near the bed. Toilet wasn’t even mounted to the ground. When wiping it will lift up. Staff super friendly, location was meh, but room 002 is absolutely terrible and no other guest should have to stay in that room. Hotel management you must be aware of these things. Make the necessary repairs and do not rent out the room until it’s satisfactory. Paid $94 for a mold infested room. I wouldn’t have even paid $60 for that dump we spent the night in.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Mögel - Förutom att du kan checka in när som helst var inget bra med detta hotellrum. För det första luktade det rök i båda rummen, ventilationen ut var öppen så att lukten från dem som rökte utanför kom in i rummet och stannade kvar. Inte så trevlig lukt att sova eller vistas innuti. Men värst av allt var ändå att det var mögel runtom hela fönstret och i duschen. Vaknade även till att kläderna var fuktiga efter 6 timmar i rummet. Rekomenderar inte detta hotell om du verkligen inte är i behov av ett rum.
• Fury (10/5): - The hotel and staff were great. Checkin and checkout were super easy. It was a little difficult to find as there are no signs directing you in. It does share a parking lot with an abandoned restaurant and non guests seemed to be hanging around it, playing music and kids running around and we felt a little uneasy unloading beside them. Same with the restaurants that were operable on the other side of the hotel. Other than location, we enjoyed our stay.

• Michelle (8/5): Good value for money great location - This hotel suited it's purpose. It was an overnight stay for a family on the way to the ferry back to England. It is literally off the motorway ( 2mins ). There are security gates onto the hotel. If you arrive after a certain time you do self check in at a machine by the door. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. They offered a good priced breakfast but we had our own stuff. There's an auchan supermarket a 5 mins walk away. Would highly recommend the french cantina 4 min walk away for food. Think high end fast food. Big portions. Negatives are the area doesn't look the nicest and we have a very nervous child so he wasn't the most comfortable and I think had we arrived late eve as planned he wouldn't have liked it. The room was very clean but the hotel did smell of cigarettes. Ultimately you get what you pay for. If you want good location and Functional for good price it's a great hotel.

La literie est confortable, les chambres plutôt bien insonorisées et le petit déjeuner plus que correct. La proximité avec l'aéroport est appréciable. Adresse à retenir
• Nourdine (2/5): Mauvais séjour - Quand nous sommes arrivés la salle de bain était déjà très mal entretenu avec des vis manquants dans la salle de bain,les joints de douche étaient rouillé,le sol qui se décollé à cause de l'humidité, les cousins n'était pas assez confortable et étaient trop petit, pas de chauffage qui fonctionnait et pour finir un les femme de ménage qui ouvre la porte sans arrêt pour nous faire quitter la chambre dès le premier jour alors qu'on a payé pour plusieurs jours c'était vraiment désagréable
• Catherine (6/5): B & B Hôtel Paris Nord Villepinte. Seine St Denis - Bonjour, pour la chambre c'est convenable pour le prix, propre, calme. Pour le parking, la barrière bug, de plus il faut sortir de la voiture et faire le tour de la barrière pour ouvrir et celui-ci est non sécurisé. La réceptionniste est très désagréable, non souriante, hautaine, elle ne donne pas envie de revenir. Elle cherche des bêtes où il n'y en a pas, elle veut nous demander une caution pour des dégats possibles avec des cigarettes alors que nous ne fumons pas, la chambre était déjà réglée mais elle voulait la carte bancaire, enfin cela refroidit car c'est la première fois que l'on est reçu de telle façon dans un hôtel. Espérons pour les autres clients qu'ils n'aient pas à faire à cette réceptionniste !
• Nordine (2/5): Client ùécontent - Horrible, une nuit blanche, bruit toute la nuit du ventilateur dans le chauffage malgré que je l'ai éteint il continuait à tourner, une odeur nausée à bonde fallait pas s'attarder, le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas, j'ai fait intervenir la personne de l'accueil, il n'a pas réussi à la régler il m'a dit que la femme de ménage enlever le programme de fonctionnement, on se pose des questions si vous vérifiez les chambres avant de les attribuer aux clients ???

• REINE (2/5): - Lors de mon arrivée le 1re juillet un monsieur très gentil et poli m’a reçu et a compris ma situation. Par contre le lendemain je suis tombée sur un autre monsieur qui m’a traitée comme une moins que rien et m’a demandé de partir alors que ma chambre d’hôtel était en règle. Ma première nuit était payee et ma deuxième nuit allait l’être aussi. J’étais encore dans mes droits pour la première nuit lorsqu’il m’a agressée verbalement j’étais sous le choc et tellement perturbée que j’ai décidé de ne pas passer une deuxième nuit dans cet établissements. J’ai demandé à ma soeur d’annuler là deuxième nuit sur expédia. En plus il y’avait constamment du bruit durant la nuit dans cet hôtel. Non je ne recommanderai jamais cet hôtel à quelqu’un. Expédia devrait retirer cet hôtel de son site. Merci.
• Moreno (6/5): - Dopo un inizio terribile (arrivato alle 22 stanco, ho avuto una camera dove nel lavandino non c'era aqua fredda ma solo calda; in camera c'era un rumore continuo di una ventola rumorosa proveniente dal climatizzatore (spento) che non mi ha fatto dormire; alle 03.30 vengo svegliato da musica e da un vocalist proveniente da un locale vicino dove facevano un party. Sveglio fino alle 04.30...) mi hanno cambiato camera e tutto è andato bene. Altro appunto: manca comunicazione tra lo staff.

• Jason (8/5): - We used public transportation to get there late at night and it was very frustrating to find. The address got me to the street where it was located but the hotel is tucked waaaayyy in the back past other hotels and parking lots. Once you are on that street there is no sign guiding you down to where the property is at. If I was driving or ubered there it would be no issue but we arrived after 11 pm with suitcases and no wifi so it was kind of scary not finding the place and had no way to call with a kid in tow. Luckily a front desk clerk from another hotel helped direct me. After that horrible experience though things went great. Staff was excellent and the room though very small was clean and functional for an overnight stay or two.

I didn't even know places listed that but they do and why I looked, its because they DONT! 10 suitcases had to be carried up the stairs with no offer of help from the staff so yes they LIE! The vending machines didn't work and when you asked them, they just said they don't work. We had 2 rooms and the AC didn't work in either of them, lucky it was cold outside so we just opened the window. the shower in one room leaked through the shower on the floor thru a hole in the base. No Ice machine no refrigerator.. Would have never stayed if we would have known about the elevator.

• Allison (10/5): - The family room at B&B works well for our family. The rooms are small, but adequate and affordable. Our welcome was warm and I was able to borrow a hairdryer. The room was clean. The food choices are limited, although there is a large Auchan grocery store across the street. We at at an Asian buffet, L’Or Grille, which we liked. Great choice before taking a flight out of CDG.

• Bertrand (6/5): Service de réservation insatisfaisant! - Bien que les prestations de l’établissement soient tout à fait correctes, je suis particulièrement insatisfait du service au niveau de la réservation et de l’enregistrement. Ma CB a été prélevé du montant total de la réservation, soient plus de 1200 euros alors que la réservation avait été effectué avec paiement sur place, à l’hôtel. Ceci est inacceptable !
• dayanahc (2/5): No way - B&B hotel near la courte paille restaurant… i had a cockroach in my room… on the 5th floor!!! Couldn’t even bother to ask another room cauz if they reach there that means they are everywhere already. Breakfast wasn’t as nice as French breakfast is supposed to be! No kettle in the room, nothing to hang business clothes… shower looks like the RV room… next year we won’t be staying there for sure
