- Ruth (9/5): Amazing everything! Their hot water is hot! The bed was comfy, breakfast was great - The breakfast was amazing! They had a great variety. We were there to attend a concert. The staff was amazing that we interacted with. They are on the main strip, so you did have road noise, but they leave ear plugs on the table incase you need them. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!!!

Whether you went with the parking deck or the valet, you were spending $60 a day to park! That’s absolutely ridiculous. The parking for 2 days costs the same as the hotel for a one day stay.

- Douglas (4/5): What People Should Know - The room and the view was terrific. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Charging $45 for overnight parking is pretty outrageous. Fees like that should be made clear before booking, not sprung on guests later. It comes across as shady. Also, I had nothing but problems trying to get into my room multiple times. The magnetic card key wasn't taking the card key to open my hotel room. The breakfast was very bland. Nothing exciting.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help with anything I needed. They went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in, which made my travel experience so much smoother and stress-free. The hotel itself was spotless—everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the space fresh, comfortable, and inviting for their guests. Overall, the combination of outstanding customer service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this a fantastic stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience, and I look forward to staying here again! Something else that I want to add is that this hotel is super convenient and in the heart of everything of uptown. No complaints

- Edward (10/5): The overall experience was Outstanding. - The overall vibe of the Marriott was fantastic. Check-in and Check-out was straight forward. The Staff were GREAT. The Valent service second to none. The room was Nice and Neat. The location Great. We were across the street from The Spectrum Center, where we were going to see a (TWICE CONCERT). The traffic in Charlotte NC can be hectic at times. The ongoing construction in the city can be annoying at times. Which means that this city is no different from other cities and towns going through the same growth pains.
