- Ruby (9/5): Excellent stay. Recommend. - The staff were friendly, the vibes were cosy, the food was delicious and excellent value for money, the room was simply but clean and nice and comfy Only tiny downside is the room is next to a train track so the train goes right by the window. But given the price and everything else being so nice it didn't bother me.

- Melanie (10/5): Brilliant - Super friendly family run property. Exceptionally clean, great location and fabulous breakfast. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers
- Sara (7/5): -
- Jackie (10/5): Perfect place to stay on the Pembrokeshire coast - fabulous food, rooms and staff. - Fabulous location just a short walk from the beach. Perfect if you are walking the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Our room was great - very comfy bed - spacious room with easy chairs and TV and windows looking out onto the sand dunes. Good sized bathroom with bath, shower and dressing gowns. Everything spotlessly clean. Great evening meal and fabulous breakfast. But the best part - the staff are lovely - welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Thank you New Oerlander. I can't think of anything.
- Frank (8/5): Goed - Prijs kwaliteit verhouding en een stationnetje direct achter het hotel. Gratis parkeren en lopend over het strand of met de trein naar het stadscentrum. Langsrazend verkeer is wat hinderlijk
- Sheila (9/5): A relaxing weekend, lovely friendly welcome and great location - Convenient location for the coast path and driving to other places in the area. Walking distance from the beach. Very clean and comfortable bedroom. Lovely home cooked food. Staff were very welcoming. Nothing at all
- Thomas (8/5): - Friendly clean nice walk to the beach
- Bob (10/5): Very enjoyable with great food. - Accommodation was clean and comfortable & the meals were very good.
- Brenda-May (10/5): Perfect... - We had a wonderful stay in The New Overlander, the food was absolutely beautiful, great breakfast choices too, which I like because I don't always want a full English breakfast. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant. Overall, a great trip, and I'd stay here again as the location was perfect, a short trip into central Tenby. Thank you.. There was nothing that I didn't like, everything was great.
- Paula (8/5): Eggs Benedict, yum ... - Staff really pleasant. Meal in bar very tasty. Room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. Ensuite looked brand new. Eggs Benedict at breakfast superb, perhaps best I've ever eaten! Shower cubicle, although looked brand new is very small. Little room was movement. However water pressure great.
- Rees (8/5): - Friendly staff abd owner. No mini fridge in rooms. Kettle took ages to boil.
- Sylvia (10/5): Excellent from when we got to when we left excellent service , good and people - Lovely location Everything was perfect
- davies (6/5): Our stay at Overlander - We enjoyed the breakfast and were impressed with the variety of selection. We chose the full English and were not disappointed. Cereals, yoghurt, and fruit were also available. The staff member serving was cheerful.
We were directions that took us to the beach and enjoyed the walk. The area surrounding the hotel could have better presented. On arrival, the lack of signage meant we struggled to find the main entrance and received a luke warm greeting at best.
The room was clean, but we found a sanitary item from the previous guest in the bathroom bin. We did mention this on departure, and the manager was deeply apologetic.
Our room was on the ground floor and there was a railway track approximately 30 yards from our windows with regular trains passing by. This initially took us by surprise, but didn't bother us too much.
- Rennie (8/5): -
- Garry (7/5): - Lovely breakfast, well cooked and served with a smile, Blackout blinds would have stopped the lights from the trains,
- Anthony (9/5): -
- Sylvia (10/5): Would recommend and stay again - Excellent location Ease of parking Easy to find Nothing all good
- Gareth (9/5): - Breakfast was fabulous, staff very welcoming, room was clean and tidy, value for money đ Nothing, all was very good
- Christopher (9/5): Penally stay, overlander inn - Friendly welcome, staff helpful.Facilities clean and tidy, comfortable.Good base to explore the area out of busy town with a parking space. Decent breakfast with good choice, evening meal good. Nothing

- Bryan (9/5): Relaxing. Room clean and quiet with all facilities you needed comfy bed, TV,hairdryer and shower. - Quiet, friendly and well situated for local bus and train travel into Tenby centre No refreshments available during the afternoon. Pillows need to be renewed.
- Bryant (8/5): Lovely for shot stay - Very clean, staff friendly.food good value.only down side on a very busy main road one side of the building and a train track on the other side of the building. Very clean and good service.friendly attentive staff.

- Steve (10/5): Absolutely perfect!! - Ideal location, spotlessly clean, staff were lovely-couldnât do enough-and the food was delicious!! Will definitely be back. N/a
- Rowland (9/5): Could easily charge more for the large room given the location and the free parking. - The clean room was very large with two armchairs and a small table that could be used, normally we end up pushing them into the corner as they take up space. So we could kick back at the end of the day, with a drink, and relax. The bathroom was large but with a sloping ceiling so some of the space wasn't usable, shower was okay and had a consistent temperature output. The free toiletries included face wipes/make up remover which was a nice bonus. The room and Inn soundproofing was excellent, hadn't clocked we were next to the railway station until much later.
Breakfast consisted of five cooked options, the full breakfast looked a decent plateful. There was a choice of yoghurts, fruits, cereals and a muesli mix with two fruit juices, alongside tea, coffee and toast.
A large car park was next door with plenty of spaces for guests and others. Check in was easy and stress free, and all the staff we saw were happy and helpful. The evening meal, starter and mains, was overcooked so quite a bit dry for us.
- Joel (8/5): - Staff were very friendly and perfect place to put your head down for the night!
- Geoff (8/5): A relaxing stay. Great location with beach in close proximity and Tenby close by. - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good overall an enjoyable stay. No problem with an enjoyable stay.
- ceri (10/5): - Friendly, helpful, nice rooms . We stayed for Nye and struggled to get a taxi home from the town, they were very helpful in getting us one to make sure we got back safely.
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Wendy (10/5): 10 out of 10 - I cannot praise Karen and her staff enough for the way they looked after us on our New Year stay at the New Overlander. Nothing was too much trouble, and the food was delicious
We shall certainly return at some time. Nothing
- Charlie McCallum (10/5): Lovely place with Lovely hosts, would highly recommend . - Brilliant family run Inn, the food is excellent. Will most definitely come back for another break.
- Jackie (9/5): Great spot on our travels and great value for money - Friendly host x great home cooked food x loved the trains slowly passing at the back of the property x think we had 4 in 24 hours x property clean and warm x little extras like toiletries x Canât think of anything
- sian (9/5): Lovely stay food excellent - Near train station
- Daniel (10/5): New Overlander Hotel - Excellent room and facilities very friendly staff. Good value food and drinks.
Free parking onsite
- Daniel (10/5): New Overlander Hotel - Excellent room and very comfortable
All other facilities were excellent and clean
Food was freshly prepared and good value
- Ian (3/5): Overnight stay at new overlander inn - The food was excellent Pillows were as flat as a pancake. No bottled water in the room.Decor needed updating. There was a vacuum cleaner left in the dining room that my wife almost tripped over.No lighting leading to the carpark and almost tripped in a pothole on the unlit carpark.Generally not value for money at ÂŁ90 a night.
- Graham (9/5): -
- Hinder (10/5): -
- Claire (9/5): -
- Kevin (9/5): Weather was bad but accommodation made up for it - Very clean, comfortable and good food Nothing to say
- Brian (9/5): -
- Richard (10/5): -
- Phillip (10/5): - This was our 2nd visit, fabulous as always. n/a
- Nick (8/5): Well located, great food and very hospitable staff. - Dinner was excellent.
Good choice of hot food at breakfast but given the quality and quantity of dinner the night before, we weren't able to eat a cooked breakfast!
Mother and daughter looked after us very well - thank you. Pity we weren't made aware of the passing traffic - on the busy main road and the other side (where our room was) passing trains - from 0500!
- Patsy (8/5): -
- Henderson (7/5): -
- Janet (8/5): - Great breakfast
Great location...walk to Tenby along the beach
- Philip (10/5): Lovely place to stay, excellent value. - Easy to find and plenty of on site parking. Clean and tidy, comfortable bed, tea and coffee provided as well as bathroom accessories. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water. Great choice of breakfast with both full English and continental. Excellent value for money.
The owner / host Karen was very nice and friendly. There is some road noise as the property is situated on the road side. Which might put some people off, but wasnât a problem for us, as we both slept well.
- Judith (10/5): Extremely clean throughout, quality fresh/homemade food. - The New Overlander Inn gave us a very pleasant 2 night stay, the King size room with Sea View was immaculately clean and fresh, bed very comfy. The Bar/Restaurant area was the same and on both days we had
breakfast which was freshly cooked to order, beautifully cooked and quality
ingredients. Fresh fruits, yoghurts, various
cereals, fruit juices and preserves too. Well
stocked bar, cocktails. We didnât need other meals due to plans, but the Inn seems well supported by local custom.
There is a small train running regularly, the stop is adjacent to the Inn, great convenient service between several coastal towns and villages, connects to main line stations too. The Inn is roadside with a car park and Karen, the owner, has been in place for 27 years. The Inn had everything that we needed, so we were happy.
- Leslie (9/5): We had a lovely time, good rest much needed - Cleanliness, quiet, excellent breakfast and dinner, exceptional value for money Nothing for me, Iâd happily book again if I visit the area in the duture
- Gerald (10/5): Haven of peace - Homely, peaceful and quiet Bathroom door awkward to open.
- Sandra (10/5): -
- Shelley (8/5): Pleasant stay close to Tenby. - Clean. Parking available and train in to Tenby close. Staff pleasant and good food. Road noise.
- karen (8/5): -
- Diana (9/5): Restful and enjoyable - Breakfast excellent Good choices I would have liked a walk in shower but I managed
- Tim (10/5): -
- Fitzy (9/5): A little gem - The staff were wonderful, very helpful and informative, and provided suggestions. The room was well presented and clean. The inn provided ample parking. .
The restaurant was wonderful, the owner was the chef and she did an amazing job.
Thoroughly recommend. It's on a busy road, so entering/exiting is yricky, but we didn't notice the traffic noise
- David (9/5): Great stay for a short break. Ideally located just outside Tenby with onsite free parking. Will definitely try to return - Very clean and friendly place. Ideally located for a lovely walk along the beach into Tenby. Breakfast freshly cooked to a high standard. Nothing
- Thomas (8/5): Close enough to drive or walk into Tenby and Saundersfoot - Comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast and evening meal options.
- Helen (9/5): Very relaxed and pleasant stay. - Clean, welcoming and great location. We had food on the evening of our stay which was delicious (note they stop serving evening meals out of season from end of Oct). Room was clean and warm. The only thing that was missing was some hand soap in the bathroom. It may well be that it just wasnât there on the day as there was bath gel and other toiletries there or it might not be provided so just an invite to bring your own :)
- Chris (10/5): - Good friendly atmosphere great breakfast would happily stay again
- Palmer (9/5): - The parking was great. When entering ut was clean and tidy clearly sighn posted so knew which way to go a nice little bell to gain attention of the staff who always greeted with a smile. The food was lovely and attention to detail. The rooms where clean and the bedding smelt lovely. The lady that served us breakfast was tidy nice black shirt and trousers very professional and took pride in her work.we asked for more milk tea and coffee in our room and staff was more than happy to get that for us. Big well done all round đ I only have 1 thing I didnt like and probably sounds petti. Although the staff that served the evening meal were polite there was no dress code for them the young lad had a big hole in the heal of his socks. shorts on and crocks. I would personally rather see staff dressed for the job like the lady at breakfast it looked more professional and kept up with standard of food that was coming out of the kitchen. đ
- Lynch (8/5): -
- Gwendoline (10/5): Very comfortable good food and friendly staff - The property was very clean and warm The only thing was the stairs
- steve (10/5): Will return again - Good feel to the place, good food, sensible price
- Sharon (8/5): -
- Evans (10/5): - Everything
- Michael (9/5): Excellent location, just a short walk along the beach in to Tenby - Meals were excellent Nothing
- David (8/5): - Good home cooking - breakfast very good.
- Sheena (9/5): Perfect for walking the S. Pembrokeshire coast path, train station perfect for travelling around. - Good breakfast, fresh fruits, cereals, full cooked - however you like it. Great start to the day.
- Maria (10/5): The stay was lovely but the young lady with long pink hair needs training on her customer welcome very moody and rude - Beautiful place was clean and well presented The bed was very uncomfortable
- Rory (7/5): Great overnight stopover - Our room was very spacious and well stocked with tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and shower was suitable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have loved to try the food in the restaurant but unfortunately it was fully booked as there was a birthday party on the night we stayed.
- Thomas (10/5): -
- Rob (8/5): - Food was great
Friendly staff
Nice hot shower Bed was bit small for larger man with normal sized wife.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Wonderful stay food was excellent, lovely rooms compliments to all staff how loveleu they are - Very welcoming, clean staff were amazing
Good location and with parking spaces
- Julia (9/5): Really good, we recommend this B&B - Hotel is lovely, a fantastic walk along the beach into Tenby, train station next door. A good location Evening staff need more training on being customer focused
- Janine (8/5): Convenient for pembroke ferry - Plenty of car parking space. Breakfast was đ Can't think of anything.
- June (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at the overlander. Lovely friendly staff. - We found the property to be very clean and comfortable.
- Maria (10/5): We will go back for a return visit - Great location near Tenby breakfast was extremely good staff where very friendly and helpful 10 minutes walk to the beach rooms very clean and comfortable There was no negative complaints
- Julia (10/5): A cosy stay just outside of Tenby - The team running the hotel are excellent, very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean, it had everything we needed. Home cooked food was a big plus and we ended up eating both dinners at the inn because we liked it so much. Itâs located right next to the train station so it takes 5 mins to go to Tenby - just check train times beforehand! Because itâs located right next to a big road and a train station it can be quite loud in the evening but then at night there isnât that much traffic and itâs quieter.
- Nadine (10/5): Staff excellent, food excellent whole stay was about and beyond. - The location, the building itself lots of historical information on it. Nothing
- Willem (7/5): -
