• Jelenar (10/5): Loved it, need more parking - I loved how their was shops right down and you could walk around everywhere and get food and coffee while still being next to your hotel room it was clean nice good priced I ALSO PUT A PICTURE OF THE COFFEE SHOO NEXT TO THE HOTEL IT WAS LIFEEEE CHANGING The only complaint is the parking very small or you have to park on the street which I didn’t want to do I wanted to park in the parking lot which it was lucky if you found a spot

• BRENISHA (1/5): My stay at the Aloft Hotel in Richardson was extremely disappointing & unprofessional - I loved being able to walk to the restaurants, etc and and the hotel had an exceptional bartender who provided outstanding customer service. I had an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience I endured at the Aloft Hotel, which resulted in wrongful accusations, unauthorized charges, and targeted harassment toward me and my family.On or around May 31st, False Allegations: Staff made baseless claims without proof. No warning was given to lower the volume or shut the door, which would’ve resolved any supposed noise issues. Recording Minors Without Notice: Staff claimed to have recorded noise coming from the room but failed to warn the children first or notify me, their parent.Unlawful Charges: Charges were added after a receipt indicating a refund had already been issued. A staff member was even caught on video saying, “I bet she won’t get her money back.” The hotel staff violated your own policies by charging me a $250 smoking fee without proof, despite the Richardson Police Department confirming there were no drugs, smoking, or loud music involved. Your staff also had the opportunity to check the rooms directly but chose instead to escalate the situation in an attempt to publicly embarrass my family. Defamation and Emotional Distress: My family was publicly humiliated and targeted, ruining a special day that was meant to celebrate my son's achievement. Discrimination and Stereotyping: The tone, treatment, and actions of the staff indicated bias, particularly when your manager chose to escalate instead of resolve.

She was playing pool but then I came back down and she was standing behind the checki-in desk talking to the staff. Another Parking was awful. No availability in the parking lot. Had to park in the parking garage, which was not even close to the hotel. Also, we were supposed to get complimentary breakfast vouchers as part of the online deal. But there was a charge for these at check-in! There was no breakfast in the morning, so these were a waste of money. Kind of a bait and switch by you guys. Very disappointed with this place overall.

• Horne (10/5): Aloft bougie hotel 🏨 - Nice size rooms. Excellent location with a big outdoor fountain and park area with many food venues. Free outdoor music event every Friday and Saturday 8-10pm.

• Natalie (9/5): Lovely place for families,couples, and solo travelers. - The hotel was clean, friendly and informative check in, good breakfast, and great area. There are several restaurants options in walking distance. I really enjoyed the live music outside on Friday and Saturday evening. Hotel needs more sound proofing. We could hear a child running around until after 11pm one night, we were on the 8th floor.

• PATRICK (9/5): A peaceful place that doesn't cost a fortune - The rooms were spacious, clean and designed to my taste. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can not find anything I did not like about the Aloft hotel. This is my third stay and I shall return.

• Octavia (8/5): Awesome Stay with a Few Kinks - I loved how the friendly the staff were, the atmosphere, and everything was great! The only four complaints I had was it was very noisy if your room were by the stairs, the elevators were super slow, pool was super small and out of date, and lastly I booked two of the same rooms and one of my rooms didn’t qualify for the complimentary breakfast and one did. Was told it was because of the room type but they were the exact same room type just on different floors.

• Jeff (10/5): Super awesome except for the being trapped thing. - This is a very nice property and for my purposes was in a terrific place. The fact that it had a bar on premises and a whole neighborhood of shops and restaurants was a plus. I got stuck in the elevator for an hour and a half Sunday morning. No one at the hotel greeted me when I was freed and no one with the hotel has even inquired about my well-being. If it has never happened to you, then you can't understand.
• Tasian (1/5): No hot water - Clean property and nice staff The room has no HOT water and you do not get a refund for your hotel room. I advise you to book at another hotel until their hot water is fixed. You will shower with cold water and the front desk and maintenance will do nothing.
