Nos dio muchas recomendaciones y brindó gran privacidad. Estuvimos tan cómodos que repetimos reserva unos días después. El sitio se encuentra en una zona muy segura y tranquila. Es un sitio en general pequeño, pero suficiente para una estancia corta para dos personas. Tener lavadora y secadora hace la estancia muy conveniente también El baño quizá fue más pequeño de lo esperado. No es que sea un problema que determine no elegir este alojamiento, pero debe tenerse en cuenta.

- Sean Ichiro (10/5): Cozy apartment in the heart of San Isidro - It’s a cute apartment that is well located, close to the main thoroughfare in San Isidro where there are many upscale restaurants and cafés. The owner lives on site so if you needed anything he was there within seconds. Nice quantity of hot water, the heater worked well. The ability to do laundry as convenient. The apartment had everything you need, and the pricing is quite competitive given where it is. While this didn’t bother me, people who are used to larger living quarters may find it a bit tight — even so, it is bigger than most hotel rooms.

It was spacious for one person and it was so convenient having a kitchen and especially the washing machine / dryer. The neighbourhood was very nice / affluent and felt completely safe. Jose was a brilliant host, he did anything he could to help - he even changed some of my large Peruvian notes into the small change that’s actually used on the streets. He also took me to see the oldest olive tree in the nearby park, with his sweet little dog. Nothing! All great.

José was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. Washer and dryer in the studio was also a big plus. Nothing, it was perfect!

South America doesn't always have what Americans would call normal hot water systems. Make sure you know how to use it to avoid morning unhappiness!! This wasn't the host's fault; it's just the Continent.

He also gave me useful tips for the remainder of my visit in Peru, and was available to help me should I have problems later in my visit. Would definitely come here again for a longer stay. I wish I would have asked for help arranging transport from the airport, I ended up with a strange taxi ride doing it myself.

A casa fica situada num bairro maravilhoso da capital do Peru, onde você tem muito verde, entretenimento e muito tranquilo. Uma casa muito confortável, um quarto com bons armários, TV e extremamente limpo, assim como o banheiro compartilhado. Não deixem de tomar o café da manhã ao lado do Sr Jose. Um café da manhã com geléias naturais feitas pelo anfitrião, suco natural, frutas típicas peruanas e tudo isso com a explicação detalhada sobre cada produto que está na mesa. Gostaria de ressaltar a hospitalidade, simpatia e atenção dada pelo anfitrião. Recomendo e muito!!! Espero voltar com minha família!

- Thomas (8/5): - The property does not include its name on its locked entrance, so one has to guess which unit to ring the buzzer for upon arrival. Owner was not home when I arrived, he arrived 5 - 10 minutes after being called. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Great location near park and shops. The room listed on Hotels.com as having a private bath, but the 2d floor room I occupied had a shared bath. The owner was very helpful in holding my bags on my departure day, letting me sit in a common area before I went to the airport, and calling a taxi for me to travel to the airport after my scheduled transportation to the airport did not show up on time.
