- Jevelin (5/5): just a bed to sleep in - Location near Marymoor Park is great. Great walking to restaurants too. Room was much smaller than the Element room, check in time is an hour BEFORE the bar and restaurant opens. Why? We planned on checking out the bar and restaurant before leaving for the concert, but we had to walk to a restaurant instead. The pool is TINY too, no hot tub either.

After 12 am they don’t have front desk in Aloft, but in a neighbouring hotel. I cried for half an hour before we figured out that reception is on the other side in another hotel. The phone lines were not answered either. The hotel should put signs and instructions for these kind of situations.

- Nicki (6/5): Disappointed - The room was nice and large. The bed was large and very comfy. There was no welcome folder with amenities, times etc, had to keep ringing reception to get answers. I booked at Aloft but was in the other Hotel Experience, with prior warning or explanation. I arrived late and had a shower before ringing and asking about getting a meal, 2130, and getting it delivered to my room. Reception said they do not do room service and I would have to come over and get it, I waa in my PJ'S, so no. My last night I went to the bar and asked to see the bar menu and the restaurant menu. The bartender said I would need to scan the QR code as they no longer had menus. So I did so but my phone would not down load the code, so I asked for a coke zero. The bartender said they only had Pepsi there. So I said thanks but no thanks and went back to my room to eat a bag of crisps. I has booked this hotel over a year ago and they had put me in the furtherest room away from the elevator, with no doorman, baggage help. The Hotel was miles out of town and had a non-cancellation policy, when I realised and tried to cancel, well in advance. With the money I paid for my stay and the fact they would not let me cancel when I realised how far out town they were, I was very disgruntled to find out it would take two-hour to get into the city by public transport or US$55 -US$70 a trip. An unexpected expense. Not worth the money and some staff week for doing the minimum work or effort.
- Yvonne (10/5): Super Kurzaufenthalt! - - freundliches Personal - bequeme Betten - sauberes Zimmer - fantastisches Frühstück (Achtung: eventuell findet es im anderen Hotel statt - die beiden Hotels sind miteinander verbunden), es gab sogar frische Avocado Toast mit Ei, unterschiedliche Säfte - definitiv kein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück! - gute Lage mit dem Mietwagen (genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage vorhanden) - es hätte auch einen Pool gegeben, diesen haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt - wir waren sehr zufrieden!

- Prosper (8/5): Good and comfortable. - Staff was very helpful and responsive to any request. Check in was very straighforward as well as a clean room with functional amenities. The show also has very good pressure and temparature control. The directions to the breakfast area need to be clearer and having to go back and forth from that room the the reception on the other side of the building to fix a non functioning card to access the breakfast room was inconvinient.

- ALNS2629 (8/5): Great experience, great amenities - Easy access to a ton of restaurants, services, parks, and Walkable with train or Microsoft campus. Nice to order hotel food on app for easy pickup at reception. Great amenities for gym, laundry, pool, outside space, bar, community area, canteen, etc. Even had live music and events scheduled, great overall vibe. Excellent water pressure & temp. Pool had limited hours but gym was always open. WXYZ bar staff incredibly accommodating, especially during breakfast. Very clean inside and out. It’s physically connected to Westin Elements. Noise cancelling headphones were needed for concentrating or resting though - Other guests’ dogs are too loud at all hours of day and night though. Can also hear everyone walking around above you, too loud during quiet hours that felt like they were jumping and moving furniture.

- rnbwkat (10/5): Aloft Redmond Seattle: Where British Airways Nightmares Go to Die! - So there I was, victim of the EPIC TRAVEL DISASTER OF 2025™, courtesy of British Airways! What was supposed to be a breezy "land by 11:30AM" turned into the "10PM Zombie Arrival Show" after: - One broken plane - Four hours on the tarmac playing "will they fix it?" (spoiler: they didn't) - A magical disappearing act by ALL gate agents - The classic "where did those 8 passengers go?" luggage hunt - And me missing a conference reception that I was supposed to help lead! 🤦♀️ By the time I finally dragged my exhausted corpse to the Aloft Redmond Seattle for my security conference stay, I was ready to curl up in the fetal position in literally ANY corner they'd let me occupy. But wait! Plot twist! The front desk clerk (my new favorite human) uttered the magical words: "There is a little surprise waiting in your room for you." Lo and behold, what did my weary eyes discover? A BOX OF SNACKS! And not just any snacks—they included SUGAR-FREE REDBULL! Someone actually READ MY DESPERATE EMAIL PLEA earlier in the day (from the plane) with the sad puppy eyes! Jayda and team had actually prepared for my arrival with the nectar of the gods that would fuel my security conference adventures! The room itself? "Very nice" by Aloft standards, but with a fridge to stock additional Redbull supplies, it might as well have been the Ritz Carlton to my travel-battered soul. Would I stay again? ABSOLUTELY. When a hotel actually reads your "I'm having the worst travel day ever" email and responds with caffeine and snacks, they've earned a customer for life. Sometimes it's not about the thread count—it's about acknowledging when a guest has been through the travel equivalent of the Hunger Games and needs a little pick-me-up! 5/5 stars for making a terrible travel day end on a surprisingly sweet note!

- Saskia (8/5): Great location for visiting Microsoft - Great location in walking distance from Microsoft campus, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. I liked that there was an easily accessible microwave and drinking water fountain in the corridor. I loved everything except for the lack of celiac-safe gluten free options at breakfast. I got sick the first day so skipped breakfast on all following days.

- luv_vino_trvl (10/5): Nice stay and will come back - I stayed at Aloft Redmond for 2 nights. The hotel felt new and spacious. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I did not try the food or drinks at the bar as there were nearby restaurants within walking distance so I chose to Uber to a nearby Italian restaurant. I also liked the fact that they had covered parking which had motion detectors and it had a security bar at the entrance. Parking was not expensive compared to downtown Bellevue hotels that have valet. The area itself is in the suburb of Redmond and seemed very safe. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel at this level. Breakfast is at the Element hotel across from it and accessible via skywalk on 2nd floor. It was pretty standard decent quality food and they also had a good omelette station. Will I come back? You bet.

- Segal (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely stay. David in the bar took such good care of us group of moms in for our sons' volleyball tournament. We ended up eating in the bar and the food was good. The common space is much better than some of the places in the area so it was perfect for a group. Will come back again!

I booked this hotel especially for the pool and we weren’t told before hand or even when we were checking in. When we asked about it we were told it would be open the next day, it wasn’t open the whole time we were there.
