- Jessica (5/5): -
- Fowler (10/5): Comfortable relaxing and convenient. - I didn't have breakfast no Nothing
- Joshua (4/5): You get what you pay for - Price was low Room smelled funny, bathroom was a little small. Beds weren't very comfortable
- Amber (6/5): -
- Makiya (1/5): I would never ever stay here in my life. - Absolutely nothing. This property charged me for 2 rooms that smelled smoked out and full of bleach. The sheets were stained and had cigarette holes in them. I could not stay a night in these conditions and went to the front for a refund and the front desk worker told me that I had been on the property longer than 15 minutes I was responsible for the charges. I had to pay for two rooms at this hotel while going to pay to stay at a different hotel all in a span of 20 minutes. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
- Mccrerey (10/5): - Love it all
- Mara (9/5): - Loved how comfy the beds were

- Kevin (10/5): Nice friendly clean value - Very clean , no complaints Location is a bit noisy , interstate and large trucks. Settled down at night.
- Tijerina (6/5): Good for the value, especially the Spa suite. Very reasonable price, clean. We felt safe and comfortable. - Convenient location, easy on and off of the highway. Close to restaurants. We stayed in the King spa suite loved the Jetter tub. We stayed in the King Spa Suite. Would’ve liked to have had the water hotter. Part of the purpose and staying in a room like that is to take a “hot tub “but it was more like a warm tub. There’s no door on the bathroom. Baseboards were loose in the bathroom. We could smell people smoking marijuana outside our room, which I understand is legal in Oklahoma with a prescription or whatever but, we didn’t really like walking past people who were smoking pot outside their room. Don’t really know what you could do about that, but we didn’t care for that.
- Tijerina (5/5): Probably would stay again. Good Value. - It was Clean. Loved the coffee. Loved the kitchenette area. Love the large larger refrigerator and freezer. People smoking pot outside, I understand it’s legal in Oklahoma with a prescription, but didn’t appreciate the smell in our room. Baseboards in the bathroom were loose and there’s no shampoo or conditioner. Only bar soap available. It’s a bit outdated
- Sprengelmeyer (8/5): - ? Outside area messy
- Monica (1/5): Had 3 nights of the worst sleep ever and with us getting a handicap room. It was horrible. We've stayed there for th - Property is good. They need to upgrade their mattresses
- Julius (3/5): Very inconvenient and uncomfortable night. - The space of room and closet Cigarettes smells everywhere especially in the room I was given. I don't smoke and have never smoked in my entire life. I hate Cigarettes smell.. Ac was making toomuch noise ..

- Joe (7/5): - Pricr Not enough parking had to park at hotel across the street
- Kristin (6/5): -
- Anna (10/5): -
- Karen (4/5): Won’t be back - The location was great. Dingy, could not park near our handicapped room. It appears to cater to out of town workers snd they parked their large trucks up and down the lower floor parking area.
- Scott (1/5): Crappy - Nothing There was poop in the toilet hair in the tub roaches food on the ceiling and wall and not enough parking
- Baeza (6/5): -

- Naomi (10/5): -
- Cody (10/5): - They made sure everything was cleaned every day I never once had to ask them to take the trash or change my sheets

- Hoyt (10/5): Excellent place to stay - Exactly like the picture. Clean, comfortable, and surprisingly furnished. Full size refrigerator,, small microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and an actual coffee pot. Staff were friendly and most welcoming. Plan to make this my go-to stop twice annually. Really loved the place. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
- Jose (1/5): -
- Patricia (1/5): Not safe - Nothing Not safe area, room smell was horrible
- Roderick (10/5): No problems comfortable - Peaceful quiet It was great
- Carol (1/5): - I did not stay there because it was dirty. I got a full refund though so the staff did a good job at getting me my money back. The whole place smelled like a marijuana Factory. They're so worried about me lighting a cigarette but it's okay for people to smoke weed so much that you can smell it around the whole place.
- Keller-Arnold (10/5): -
- James (8/5): - I liked the location and the price was good. I felt a bit insecure as the door didn't lock?
- Teresa (6/5): - The room needed to be cleaner. The comforter had holes in it and was stained. The pillows were flat and the bed was hard. There was someone’s fake eyelash stuck to the inside of the vanity in the bathroom. The guy who checked us in wasn’t very nice I didn’t feel very welcome there.
- Kelly (4/5): Yukon - Just needed a place to sleep overnight
- David (4/5): - arrived and gave away our accessibilty room, but up graded us to a suite for same price but no bars in shower, floor dirty, bathroom wall splattered with red fluid, second night entry card didnt work, office fixed it promptly, third night towels removed but not replaced, staff replaced promptly, staff should check out room for safety as no smoke detector, bath vent fan hanging down, staff said would fix promptly did not do it.
- Porsha (10/5): -
- Tammy (1/5): Flooding - Got there late Friday 09/05/2025 . Next morning woke up with water every where so my husband and son went to tell the office they gave them 1 towels. They went back to tell them 10 towels are not going to fix the flooding . They said wait until house keeping comes at 9am . The owner wouldn't even offer a mop nothing they didn't even come to the room to look at the flooding . So my husband went back to tell them it needs cleaned up that all our belongings was soaking wet . He said its probably from the fridge . He didn't even care he gave us 2 more towels so we left the hotel early cause Noone was coming until house keeping got to our room after 9am . I had to go buy shoes for my son and some clothing and jackets . We got there late so my boys threw backpacks down boots on the floor and went to bed . No discount nothing owner refused. Owner wouldn't even try to help he never left office to even look at it .

- Brenda (10/5): - The motel is a little run down; the comforter was stained, but clean. The kitchenette was great!
- Amanda (7/5): We will be back but hope they upkeep the hotel better - Very convenient, staff is very nice Our ac kept leaking the whole trip, the shower head barely worked but they did replace it. They have long term stayers that ruin it for those traveling.
- keith (8/5): - It had a lot of amenities and it was convenient There were dirty dishes in the refrigerator
- Sharon (10/5): - Excellent!!
- Wheeler (5/5): - It was close to where I needed to be There were no shampoo or things like that. I was in the middle of a move and needed to clean, but nothing to room to really shower.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel was pretty good for the value. Beds were okay.
- Reana (8/5): - I really enjoyed this motel. I got a room on the bottom floor with a single king sized bed and kitchenette. Very quiet even with surrounding neighbors. The only main issue I had was the top cover of the bed- it had stains, which happens. I asked for another and was provided one, but it had holes in it. I didn't bother to ask for another one.
I think refreshing those top covers for customers would be a good idea. Get some new ones. The other sheets and the bed itself was amazing though. I slept so good and normally I have trouble sleeping in new places. I did notice grime and areas on the walls that could use some cleaning. Refreshing paint might be a good idea as well.
Bathroom was amazing. The water pressure and temp in the shower was the best I have had in a long time- and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. I think I marinated in that shower forever because it was a soul ascending experience.
There wasn't a hairdryer. I was sad I didn't have one, so make sure if you stay to bring one. They only provide soap bars, so bringing your own hair care items is necessary and that is honestly okay for me. Very good towels.
I keep my room like a morgue when I stay somewhere and the a/c unit did not disappoint. Kitchenette came with basic stuff. Some of the items had dust and dead flying insects in them because they hadn't been used. I had no problem washing them out, but it might be a good idea to refresh those items during the cleaning routine.

- Cherie (5/5): Never again - Location Rooms are dirty, walking around barefoot inside shouldn't turn the bottom of my feet black with dirt, staff was rude when I left since I checked out at 630am and woke them up for my cash deposit to be returned, this is an extended stay site, so lots of interesting activities happen at this location, specifically asked for a room downstairs, was denied when I showed up, was told I have the last room, should have received a call about that before I showed up and was stuck staying here. Will never return, this is my 4th and last time giving this business any of my money and time, I have family out here and this is the cheapest place in town, not even worth the cheap amount, good riddance.
- Holder (8/5): -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Tonia (5/5): Passable -
- Powers (5/5): Clean inside, outside not so much. - It was nice they had plates and cookware in the units. Burners did not work, we reported it the first day and nothing happened and we were there a week after having to find a place to stay due to unfortunate circumstances.
The management was quick to point fingers at noise complaints, other residents stated this as well when we spoke with them, they want to blame and not investigate. when right next to us was a family of similar count who let their kids stay outside until 12 AM, they were no older than 3., while walking my dogs and letting my 3 year old assist my 3 year old picked up a collection of Nude Photos from the parking lot.
Dog poop pick up seems optional as the premises is littered with mortar dog piles around the outside areas, and don't even think about going to the dog disposal station, it has no bags, and nobody seems to care to pick up after their pet seemingly as it's almost impossible to get to the disposal without stepping on said mortars. It's like the litter is migrating away from the epicenter where you are to dispose of the waste.
Also having to dodge beer cans and other litter was also something. They have no grounds crew it seems or anyone who cares to use the many waste bins scattered around the establishment.
- Mir (1/5): Bad - I booked for two nights but I stying for one night I paid for both nights but they did not refund my many and online was showing breakfast but was nothing available and the room have three scorpions a few I could not sleep was very bed smell coming too I will never styling this place again thank you Yes they have good things about you can cook yourself
- Stephanie (9/5): I would stay again because Owners/Managers are friendly - The motel was great, they don’t mind our little dog. They did not clean our room or bring clean towels and wash clothes.
They did not even ask if we needed that or knock on the door.
- Richard (2/5): - First off. Our room door wouldn’t securely shut or lock. The room was extremely dirty. The rubber molding that runs along the floor was pealing back , the rooms said no smoking but the guy at the front desk said if we want to smoke he didn’t care and the room reeked of smoke. The floor was incredibly sticky. The bed smelled like b/o and the pillows were definitely not washed. Felt like they just re made the bed with the same sheets as the previous guest. Overall gross 10-10 stay away unless ur a crack head or homeless person
- Bruce (10/5): - An older property. Pretty basic condition. Convenient to the freeway. Allows dogs, but the people staying there feel it's not necessary to clean up after their dog. There was a lot of dog poop in the grassy areas, and the box for bags was empty and the garbage can for the bags was jammed full. Obviously, the staff doesn't patrol or clean up.
- Craig (10/5): - Great location.
- Mark (7/5): Good - We stay here a couple of times a month and normally have been satisfied with our room. However the last 2 stays we've had minor issues with our rooms. This week the phone didn't work to call the office/front desk and the AC unit leaked water on to the floor inside the room.
- Grant (7/5): Good -
- Brian (2/5): Not a place I would recommend anyone stay in if traveling. - The location was convenient. The room was dirty. The toilet stool leaked. The shower head leaked. The kitchenette had grease on the backsplash. The white towels had stains on them. The room smelled highly of cleaner and had to be aired out before being able to stay in the room for any length of time. I booked through a service and was quoted $74.47 for the night and was actually billed $94 and change. There was another reservation for 3 days that I did not make that had to be canceled before I could get my 1-night reservation.
- Christy (4/5): Short - Convenient to the highway Bathroom was full of black mold. Sink backed up.
- Jill (10/5): Great place to stay if traveling with pet - Pet friendly
- Le (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (8/5): good value - we have stayed here two Friday nights a month as we come to OKC for over a year so far. dogs barking this trip
- Art (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Same ol room - We got our normal room 103. It was clean and comfy. Having to pay almost $70 to lay my head on a pillow. But it's not a bad rate for what we get compared to other hotels.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Roaches! - The room had a terrible smell when i arrived. A mixture of cleaning supplies and stank. As i was picking up my clothing, a roach was seen next to them. Another larger roach was seen as i was packing the car. I have stayed here several times and it just keeps getting worse. I arrive late and the counter person has been either half awake or completely drunk. This will be my last time staying here.
- Ernest (4/5): Disappointing -
- Britany (1/5): 0/5 would not stay again - Stains on the wall, drugged out people hitting the wall non stop. It was horrible, I left and couldn't stay any longer.
- Wesley (2/5): - The blankets were completely stained with huge burn marks/holes in them. The place was disgusting. Pay an extra $10, it’s worth it.
- Galo (1/5): Extremely unfortunate - Convenient location The owners illegally charged for my service animal. I filed a complaint with the HUD and tried explaining to the owner they suggested he refund the illegal charge. He refused. My room was infested with roaches. The surrounding property was filthy, feces, garbage, glass, cigarette butts, oil and even dead fish! An employee also entered my room without knocking or alerting and it was very invasive.
- Devon (2/5): - Nothing it was awful
- Desiree (8/5): Very good -
- Dearmond (7/5): It was ok. -
- Roger (6/5): - Brief stop on my way home. Hotel was somewhat difficult to find. Check in was terrible with interaction with t shirted clerk through what appeared to be bullet proof glass. Not very reassuring for safety of the considerable amount of stuff I had to leave in my car. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was outstanding.
- frederick (10/5): - What's the Oklahoma City downtown
- Amanda (4/5): Not bad, clean rooms and very nice staff - Very close and convenient to restaurants and places in town The beds were very hard
- Kevin (4/5): Disappointed - I specifically reserved an accessible room. The shower was in a tub that I struggled to get into and there wasn't any slip prevention
As I feared, I fell as I slipped getting out of the tub and got bruises on a few places.
The room they assigned me was right next to a grassy "pet area" that each square foot of the area had old pet stools.
The front desk agent seemed mechanical and indifferent.
- Chance (10/5): - good
- Danielle (10/5): - It was very spacious, the water pressure was great, the bed was firm, it was a one night stay and the price was definitely worth it
- Anne (8/5): - Good
- Grant (7/5): Good -
- Ryan (2/5): - Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and pot. Door safety lock broken, toilet seat broken, shower handle broken. You should find somewhere else to stay.
- Mark (8/5): Very good - As normal we stayed in room 103 as that's the room we normally always stay in as we stay here 2 Friday nights a month as we are in OKC to serve in the LDS Temple on Saturday. Just need more parking. But that's not going to happen so we will just live with it.
- Patti (7/5): Good - Pet area needed to be cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean before we were out. Luckily we had showers and were packing. An additional chair would have been nice and a place to put our luggage. Also room needed to be sprayed for cockroaches.
- Donald (8/5): Very good -
- egberto (10/5): - Staff and property is good
- Sarah (10/5): - Thank you!
- Gentry (1/5): Bad - Everything
- Robert (1/5): Our stay was horrible. - We were put in a room that the staff knew the door had been broke on, had to change rooms before we could even get in. Then when we got in the room was not even completely clean and it was extremely uncomfortable. When I made a complaint. I was given a 20% refund and told that was all they could due for my inconvenience. We have stay here before but wont be back if this is how customers are treated. The reservation was under my husband's name Robert Jones.
