- JOSEPH (8/5): decent -
- lisa (1/5): I really want my money back- the welcome desk is a walk and I would not do it alone. Not safe area - It was so skeevy we never went in! Should have looked at the reviews. Would never stay here ever. Sketchy neighborhood, did not feel safe
- asmaa (10/5): was AMAZING - The room was really wonderful and was very close to the beach. We had a great time. The hosts were very professional and nice Loved it ALL~
- Kimberly (8/5): -
- Bourassa (10/5): I had the perfect stay! - It was very nice and clean on the inside. Very close to the beach. The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the stairs. They’re not very sturdy in the center of them.
- Choen (8/5): - Very pleasant
- Samuel (10/5): - Location waa great, anyone going to see an an event at the Hampton Ballroom would love thr close proximity to the her venue and beach. Never drove the car after our arrival. Everything was in walking distance. Will definitely stay again.
- Christine (5/5): -
- Bonnie (8/5): Comfortable, clean, no frills, spot. Ok for 2 nights at the beach. - Excellent location. Able to walk to beach, and restaurants. Very clean. Comfortable bed, sofa, chairs. Could use a mirror in the bathroom, a few lamps (the only lights are super bright overhead), and screens on the windows. Also, the microwave is very small - it did not even fit my coffee cup! It would be nice to have some sort of coffee/tea maker, and some cups.

- Tiffany (4/5): Not a family friendly place to stay - How close it was to the beach. The person checking us in was not polite to any of the customers checking in. I told him on the booking app it said we could check in at 1 o’clock and they said we couldn’t until 2 o’clock. He said to take that up with your company and that was not his fault. We parked in a tight drive way and a person that lived there said at the office they were supposed to give us a parking pass to park in a parking lot across the street. Their was a gentleman that would come out of his room when we would leave our room and just stare at my family on the porch every time we left. My family felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving. We rented the room for my daughter’s birthday because all she wanted to do was stay at the beach for the night and go back in the morning the next day. This is not a place for a family to stay.
- Samantha (10/5): - Location was great
Easy walk to the beach very close
- Crystal (10/5): Bad experience - Well to be quite honest when we check in its not at the same location where we stayed at, so that should have been noted at the time of booking and not been small print on the way there i happen to check for details. The free parking was a joke so small that your passenger had to get out before parking. At check out, i went to the office and let them we no we were checking out and he wasnt friendly at all.
- Michelle (5/5): - Bed was comfortable We were an hr early before check in, we were able to park there but had to pay $20. Very noisy with traffic, door didn't shut totally
- T (7/5): -
- Alexander (7/5): Good for the price - Really close to beach. Unlock and lock room door right from your phone or use passcode. Had to go to a different location to check-in. Parking lot was a 3 minute walk, doesn’t seem far but when you have little ones and luggage, it is.
- Tom (6/5): Relaxing - Nice place. Clean room. Parking 10 minutes away.
- Mathieu (8/5): -
- Adam (6/5): - It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Parking is kind of rough because it is so far away. But not a bad place to crash and go to the beach
- Wright (6/5): - Close to the beach and reasonably priced Fridge was small no coffee maker
- Diane (6/5): - No cups no shampoo no tissues the lighting in the rooms was n ot all that good
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Gloria (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kerry (10/5): Planning on coming back next year! - First vacation I've taken for years. A friend and I decided on our last visit to Hampton together that we wanted to come back and stay a night or two. We booked this stay on the way home after a day trip from Massachusetts. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location was absolutely perfect. We couldn't see the beach itself, but the boardwalk was visable, and we were able to watch the wednesday night summer fireworks from the walkway outside of our door. There wasn't much in the way of a kitchenette (we weren't expecting one, there is a fridge with a tiny freezer shelf, and a microwave) but we walked to a lovely store on the boardwalk (less than a two minute walk away) to get coffees and sat overlooking the beach each morning for our caffeine fix. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The advertised sofa bed turned out to be a day bed which was a very pleasant surprise. In the pictures I included you can see the view from the walkway outside our door, as well as the rooms themselves as we found them. First of all the parking situation was a little awkward, and further than we were comfortable with initially, however it turned out to be safe, if a little hard to find to begin with. We didn't use the car the entire time we stayed as we were just off the boardwalk and neither of us are adverse to a little walking.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - No breakfast We were upstairs
- Bobbi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmen (9/5): Superb - Extremely clean!
- Alexandria (9/5): Superb - Convenient location. Plenty of room. Clean. I didn’t like that parking wasn’t closer, but it wasn’t a huge deal!
- Lance (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joyce (5/5): Passable - Great location just need to have a few things like shampoo. Would be nice to have a coffee maker.
- V (8/5): I can not wait to visit again - The view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom there is an area to sit outside to take in the views. The new flooring is beautiful the bedding was nice the hostess was fantastic!!! Parking was a little iffy but it was the best they have to offer they also have parking spaces in a lot nearby
- Gaudet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lorna (3/5): Poor - Location Frig didn't work. In order to get to your room, you had to squeeze by a vehicle parked in front of the building with all your items. Hair in tub. Downstairs looked awful, messy. The pool was located at another location .
- Christine (5/5): Passable - The smell was horrible. I have COPD and had a very hard time breathing in there
- Robert (5/5): Passable -
- Melissa (8/5): Very good -
- Katherine (1/5): Horrific - Nothing It was disgusting. We even checked for bed bugs, didn't see any thank God. Had to park in a really tight space.... couldn't even fit getting out of the car. There was furniture being held up by wooden pieces. The stairs felt like they were going to fall down. We left at six am.... bed was uncomfortable and sheets were dirty... thought about sleeping in our car but it looked like people were living downstairs and watching us when we went outside. There was a guy chain smoking all night long and our room was filled with smoke. We woke up with sore throats and headaches. I would never ever go back
- Ralph (8/5): Verry nice - There was no breakfast Everything was good
- Десислава (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scott (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (7/5): Enjoyable - Quiet but close to everything with Ocean View from porch!!! Bit beat up, but that made it "beachy".
- Deirdre (5/5): Terrible - I liked that it was on the quieter side of Hampton Beach. I didn't like the parking. You had to park in a public parking lot which was on the other side of the place I rented. Totally inconvenient. A car was parked right in the front of the stairs for those on the second floor, like myself, making it hard to carry my stuff up to my room. There was only one air conditioner located in the bedroom, which was filthy inside, and the clean filter light was on. The filter was clean, it was all the black gook inside the AC! it did not keep the whole area cold. The sheets and pillow cases had some sort of animal hair on them. I'm allergic to dogs and when I laid down I started rubbing my eyes and sneezing soon after. I inspected the bedding and that's when I noticed the hair. The ceiling fan is loose and made noises, you have to pay for the internet if you want to use the TV which is ridiculous considering the rate per night, it should be free. There was no coffee maker either and the fridge was too small. I will not stay at this place ever again.
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Marchant (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sedina (6/5): I’m overall happy with the stay, the front desk women is very kind and welcoming. It’s definitely a cute little place, g - The location was great, the room itself was cozy and ideal if you don’t like normal hotels. Parking was a bit of a nightmare, there was some confusion but after that was figured out it was a breeze.
- Nathan (3/5): Poor - Very close to the boardwalk and close to two convenient stores and very friendly staff The parking was a good 5 min walk away from the property. The room we hung out in looked nothing like the photos. Had to give 100 security deposit due to us being young renters and the property being “newly renovated “ 5 out of 10
- Chris (8/5): - Nice location. Nice staff. Parking was super convenient.
- Brenda (10/5): Very beautiful right off the beach so relaxing I loved my stay - Very easy and the host was so polite and lovely I liked everything highly recommended
- Bonnie (9/5): Superb -
- Alyssa (3/5): I wouldnt. - I liked the clean beds and floors. The fact that the ac was off it was 98 degrees in the place. Used tooth brushes in the medicine cabinet. Make up.
Questioned if someone lived there and I took there home for a night. No shampoo or conditioner.
No parking! Having to go acrossed town to get the key; then having to bring it back after the stay is absolutely insane!
The price should be cheaper for the simple fact you have no where to park.
- Cormier (2/5): Very poor - not much it was rachet af
- Holmburg (8/5): Very good - It was close walk to the ocean boulevard. Everything was clean and quiet. Parking fir place is way to far away. Quarter mile down the road. No place to unload stuff and park. Paid for parking next to us.
- Rivera (10/5): Exceptional - Everything 💪 Closed to the beach ⛱️🏖️ nice place
- Krista (8/5): Very good -
- Lorie (10/5): Exceptional - Check-in was easy. We had 2 rooms side by side. Both rooms were clean and well equipped with everything needed for my kids and grandkids. Great location. Rooms were clean, staff friendly! I would recommend anyone staying with a group of people to stay here. Location, Cleanliness. Ease of check-in/out. Friendly staff.
- Newton (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raymond (7/5): Good -
- Charlotte (5/5): It was okay for one night. I would not stay there if it was more than one night. - What breakfast? Alot of traffic noise. The location. Had trouble getting in because there was a car parked in front of the stairs. I also did not like the fact that we had to park somewhere else.
- Deb (4/5): Disappointing - I liked i got away for a weekend. The microwave was broken and they didn't have a coffee maker.and you couldn't park on site and it didn't have a tv in the bedroom.
- Michael (4/5): - Great room for 20 bucks, but it was over 150. No heat, Thin blanket, no onsite parking. You need to go most of a mile down the road to check in/out. No cable TV. Look at the outside using Google street view, the inside is just as bad.
- Melissa (1/5): Never again - Hot water in shower Checkin half mile from building, parking a block away, door not very secure, refrigerator didn’t work, empty candy wrapper on table, exposed light bulb on ceiling fan, poorly patched holes in wall
- Janet (6/5): - I liked it as it was was close to the beach, and the boardwalk, but not on the highway. It was a bit confusing as to the office and parking being off site.
- Moises (4/5): Disappointing -
- Fran (1/5): Never again - Only good thing about this was the location. Parking - scratched my car in a space because the space is too small for an SUV. The door was not secure and there was a big gap in the door that you can see outside. Did not trust the cleanliness of the sheets so slept on top of the bed cover. Awful experience.
- Norman (3/5): Poor - Felt it was a bait and switch. My goal was to have a pool. We were able to use the pool about 1/2 mile ate the big hotel. Nothing at 12 Ashworth. These were not suites they were low end rental unites.
- Aidan (10/5): - Good
- Kristyn (7/5): Good -
- Taylor (10/5): Great location and decent price. Definitely needs some updated. - Location
Fridge
Microwave Staff is stereotypical because of our age.
Bathroom door is loud and doesnt close
Bed is not that comfortable
Light comes in through window a lot.
Closet woukdnt even open
Floor was not clean.
- Shepard (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great, very clean and accommodating. Sample size shampoo and conditioner wasn’t supplied. Wish I brought some
- Zac (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (1/5): Bad - It was sunny Closet door broken no TV. no parking had to walk a ways 2 blocks away..building is shifting.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Was very clean & had a window AC that saved the day! Off of the loud strip, but still close enough walking distance.
- Amy (7/5): Good - Plenty of room and quiet loction
- Ekaterina (4/5): - There was bed bugs the shower was leaking and falling apart the parking was extremely difficult and inconvenient. The only positive part about this hotel is it was across the street from the beach.the room also smelled like cigarettes and said it was non smoking. I have 2 young children with asthma we all had a very hard time breathing in there the ac had mold in it and was filthy. Definitely will not ever be staying here again and do not recommend we also ended up checking out a day early cuz we couldn’t take the filth any longer.
- Madison (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kimberly (4/5): Not a kid-friendly stay and very uncomfortable - Close to the beach Smelled like dust and cigarettes. Bad neighbors. Not kid-friendly. Extremely uncomfortable bed and only 1 pillow per person
- Whooley (7/5): Everything near the beach is tight especially parking but worth it. - Location excellent
- Mike (6/5): Pleasant -
- La (7/5): Good -
- Nadeau (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (7/5): Good -
- Jordan (10/5): It was the best ever - Everything I loved everything
- Robbie (1/5): DO NOT BOOK HERE - Nothing First we couldn't find the office it's located at the other end of the street. After 45 minutes of searching I had to ask another hotel where to find it. Parking was a long walk away and the room was disgusting. The closet in the living room area still had a dresser with someone's mail and personal belongings in it. The medicine cabinet had someone's stuff in it. I've never been more disappointed and disgusted in a room that have rented. After talking to other people later I found that I had paid almost twice as much as some had for better clean rooms. The sign on the office said no refunds so I'm pretty sure that I'm not the first to be repulsed by the rooms.
- Anonymous (5/5): the rooms are nice and close to the beach, but beds are stiff and parking situation aren’t great - The property was very spacious and clean and the staff was very nice . It’s a close walk to the beach the main bed was very stiff , ended up sleeping on the couch most of my stay. the parking situation isn’t really good , had to pay for parking In the lot next to property otherwise I would have had to walk two blocks to use the parking they gave me. the stairs are also a little sketchy, they feel like they could snap at any moment
- Kevin (2/5): the picture of the room is what the TV looked like when we walked in the room!!! - it was clean! The TV was broken and didn’t work. The parking was atrocious. But it was close to the Casino Ballroom.
- Tammy (3/5): Not the rooms fault the weather was bad - Location and closeness to the beach The room and the bathroom and the parking was a half block away
- Ram (7/5): Good -
- Pamela (4/5): If you just need a place to spend a night so you don't have to drive home, this works. - Had to drive to a different location to pick up the keys Heavy smell of cigarette smoke, floor creaked loudly, no cups available, had to park down the street in public parking
- Anonymous (1/5): i was completely robbed and mislead. they promised me a suite for 4 people with hot tub at ashworth ave. the adress was - this is a scam do not go there!! i am very very unhappy this is not the hotel that is pictured in the advertising it does not have the same adress and is not called the ashworth ave like they say they are. the adress that is listed is not even a hotel. so we go to pick up the keys for the man comes down and tells me no hotel you stay here. i wanted to cancel but they already took 5o percent and said refunds are not allowed and that there is not hotel at the adress listed on the ad. he said I can stay there or leave but I would not get a refund . i asked if the hotel room was nice and specified it was a special occasion and i was expecting the suite with the ocean view that is advertised. I’m not sure how they get away with straight robbing people, they advertised a suite at the ashworth ave that does not exsist and gave us a horrible room I would pay to not stay in. also they have not answeredy nonsto phone calls and emails stating this is unexceptible I want my money back, please if you go there bring a Cameron and film these guys so justice will be done. they completely lied and deceived us they are not able to be reached and when I finally did meet him he said no refunds you stay here it is very nice. it was not the ash worth but the flagstaff motor in they can’t advertise as one thing and give you another I am calling the news
- Susan (1/5): Bad - They rented to someone else and we got bumped 1 mile away from our venue. That had to walk too. Instead of across the street
- Erik (2/5): - Doesn't exist. Scam
- Lisa (4/5): Disappointing - pain in the butt! you have to drive to the opposite end of the strip to check in. property not easy to find and parking was a joke. will not stay there again
- Joanne (8/5): Comfortable nice location quiet -
- Jesse (1/5): it was the worst experience - nothing The place was nasty, floor was sticky. The dresser was in the closet and there was a plate under the dresser with weed. A pair of women’s underwear with blood. The electric outlets are a fire hazard. Could feel the cold air through the floor around the tub.. it had cob webs in the corners. phone died and was not able to get it to charge. the box would fall out
- Alan (1/5): Stayed 5 minutes and checked out because it was so disgusting and owners would not give refund. Avoi - Did not like anything. Terrible place. Keys were a mile away. Absolutely disgusting location, hole in floor, car parking few blocks away, hair and dirt on bed, we were there for 5 minute and checked out and owners would not refund or partial refund.
- Dylan (1/5): Bad -
