• Efriyani (10/5): 11 out of 10! - I loved everything about this place. I am looking for accommodation that homey and has a nice garden. This place is 100 percent suit my expectations. Loved the garden, the clean and chic room. The amenities in the room is great. They provide hair straighteners that my daughter loved. The rooms are spotless. The staf (gül) is so niceeee. She warmly welcome us. She even prepared us light breakfast the first day we come. My daughters love the fig tree in the garden. They let us picked the ripe fig. The breakfast is delicious. The coffee and tea is perfect. The location is very near of the center of alacati but remain quite. One of our room has a unique layout. It’s not bad but a little odd for me.
• Ian (10/5): Exceptional - The entire place was very tastefully decorated, with lovely art pieces from local artists. Gorgeous garden and breakfast. Very central location tucked away from the busy streets. Their staff Gül was super nice and made Turkish coffee for us to try, which really made us feel at home. The restaurant in the back played music loudly at night when we stayed there. Parking was a challenge after 5pm when they closed some roads for cars. The best place is the nearby otopark which the hotel staff provided us with the location. Don't even try street parking since the streets are extremely narrow and often fully parked. It was super stressful to just drive through these streets. And sometimes you would need to backup a long way to let other cars pass. Just drive directly to the otopark.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, and it’s only mins walk away from the Main Street. Facilities may be dated, but all very well maintained. I have nothing to complain about.

• Kuok (9/5): Superb - During my 14-day trip to Turkey, this hotel quickly became my favorite. Before my stay, they reached out to me via WhatsApp, offering any assistance I might need, inviting me to reach out if I had questions. Upon entering, I was welcomed by the beautiful paintings by the owner, which adorned the open common area. The space had a simple, natural charm, and walking through the doors to the garden revealed a peaceful orchard filled with olive, apple, lemon, and pomegranate trees. As I opened the door to my room, the aroma of wood filled the air. The stone walls of the room evoked a sense of history and warmth. After check-in, the friendly owner kindly shared recommendations on local attractions. In the evening, I was treated to a cup of Turkish tea (çay) from the owner, which I enjoyed in the lovely garden. If I visit this area again, I would definitely stay here once more. Many thanks to the owner for such warm hospitality! Everything about this place was wonderful. The only small issue was the in-room Wi-Fi. I stayed on the ground floor in a stone building, so the signal inside the room was a bit weak. However, just stepping outside the door, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. This didn’t bother me much, as right outside my room was the beautiful garden. Sitting at the small table by the door, sipping （cay ) tea and enjoying the garden view with good Wi-Fi was perfect for me.

The hosts were amazing and very proud of their business. Helpful guiding us to nearby restaurants and beautiful scenery for our journey back to Izmir. • Marcio (7/5): Overpriced little homey Hotel - It is a homey little hotel .Nice hosts, they were extremely helpful and welcoming people, excellent location, close to the main street of Alaçati. Good and well equiped bathroom. It´s not a bad hotel at all but it´s way overpriced for what it offers. I know Alaçati is considered a very expensive city with its boutiques hotels but even though,some items must not be missed in an average boutique hotel room. Seemed much better by the photos. Good taste decoration , but simple and minimalist. No TV!!!, (although it was advertised here as having TV), no fridge or safe in the room also. You can´t get there with a taxi so prepare yourself to drag your luggage throughout cabble paved streets for kind of 200 meters( not recommended if you have a lot of luggage)

• Priyanka (9/5): Superb - Location is great. Located in Alacati village. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Gokce, the manager, was exceptional. He was so helpful, and accommodating to all our needs. They had free breakfast as well, a delicious Turkish breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The facilities themselves are spectacular, with an amazing backyard. The breakfast is delicious with a secret item added to the menu every morning. The location is prime, right next to some of the nicest restaurants and shops in Alacati, but far enough to not be affected by the noise. For someone visiting Alacati, I would 10/10 recommend Sakin Ev!

• Olga (10/5): Lovely place with super attitude to guests! - When you travel it’s not only places you visit matter but also people you meet. Here you’ll meet best company and would feel yourself at home. Actually it is a home in super wonderful location in downtown but quite enough for the rest and good sleep. Definitely you gonna enjoy your breakfast place within small cozy yard with trees shadow to keep you covered from sun. Rooms are decorated with antique furniture and love and care! 💜

• Rashi (10/5): Exceptional - Like it’s name, it’s a beautiful Serene House. Everything about it is perfect - location, rooms, food and people. It’s the people who make the house beautiful and it’s true for Sakin Ev. Apart from above what stood out was the fact that you could refill your water bottles. As an eco conscious traveler it’s a very big factor for us. This was the only stay in Turkey which didn’t use plastic water bottle and for that reason we loved it all the more. Thank you team Sakin Ev for everything. We will definitely come back.. hopefully soon

We were given recommendations to eat- visit and everything and they were solid 5* places. The highlight of the trip was their fleet of electric mountain bikes! Amazing stuff! Words cannot explain the fun we had so I will attach some pics!! I have kid and all of us had a brilliant time at Sakin Ev! From the owner to everyone there, thank u very much! Highly recommended!!

• Armizah (10/5): Sakin Ev is a place to return. - Amazing experience with Sakin Ev! Location - in the heart of old city. Few steps and you dive into street life of Alacati. Great team managing the hotel - extremely supportive and helpful. Building itself despite being old is very fancy inside, boutique styled and fine tuned with modern set-up, what makes you feel relaxed from the very entrance of the hotel. Inner yard is great to spend time during breakfast and at the eve. Breakfast itself is fantastic, everything you need to know about Turkish breakfast. Hope we'll have a chance to return for longer stay - thanks for feeling like home) The only detail which people should keep in mind - building is located on walking street, so it takes some time and map to find place during first time. Also would be good to have small electrocar/scooter for guest transfers to/from nearest bus station (as option).

• Ilke (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is nicely designed and decorated, creating a warm, welcoming, homey feel. Our room was very spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable. Having a local, tasty breakfast under the trees in the garden was really nice. Location was very central; just a few steps from all attractions and yet on a quite street. Although there was no direct parking space, it was easy to park for free at a 2 min walking distance. We also appreciated the emphasis on sustainable consumption. Above all was Caglar Bey’s helpful explanations, prompt responses, restaurant recommendations, and the daily friendly conversations. Thanks for making our nice stay even nicer!

İlk günden itibaren inanılmaz bir ilgi ve hizmet gördük ama bunların yanında kendi alanımızda da kalabildik. Çok sıcak ve samimi bir atmosfer var. Vegan ve glutensiz beslendiğimizi önceden belirtmememize rağmen bu konuda oldukça yardımcı ve yaratıcı oldular. Sakin Ev'in içi güzel olduğu kadar bulunduğu konum da harika. Kesinlikle bir dahaki gelişimizde düşünmeden ilk tercihimiz burası olacak.

• Nevena (10/5): The most friendly and cute hotel in the area! - We stayed in the hotel for a few days during our long trip in Turkey and I have to say it was the best hotel experience( better than some 5 star ones). The hotel in located on the quiet street, but right in the middle of the center, so in 2 minutes you are in the busy street, but you do not hear any noises when in the hotel. I really , really loved how the friendly and nice were the owners! The guys tried to make sure we have everything we need, even helped us with doing the laundry (for free) and transferee out money back when we by accident forgot some cash in the hotel! They offered an amazing breakfast, fresh products and tasty homemade things. I also really appreciated their attention to details-hair conditioner , shower oil of crazy good quality and even hair straightener together with nice dryer. Really cute place and super nice hosts, I felt like staying with dear friends! Really recommend to everyone!

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very cute hotel with lovely owners. Our room was very clean and there is a working wifi which might be an issue with other boutique hotels in Alacati. We weren’t able to have our breakfast as we were in a hurry, however, the owner of the hotel sent us off while throwing a water behind us which is an old tradition in Turkey (so that we would have a safe travel moving forward:). Would consider staying there next time!

Bahçesi çok sakin, geniş ve keyfliydi. Otelin ve odaların dizaynı, ışıklandırması, mobilyaları görsel açıdan zevk vericiydi. Otel alaçatının en çok insan çeken bölgesinde olmasına rağmen adı gibi sakin ve huzur vericiydi. Eksik olarak kaldığımız odada (lara oda) internetin ve telefonun çekmemesini ve otel içi fiyatların yüksek olmasını gösterebilirim.

• Verified traveler (10/5): peaceful boutique hotel and very nice staff - We started with the warm welcome of Berrak Hanım and spent two peaceful days in this hotel consisting of three stone houses. Meeting Ülkü Hanım and listening to the construction story of the buildings were great. Interior decoration, the refined taste of the furnishing and the peaceful garden with flowers and trees impressed us a lot. Rooms were outstanding with really comfortable beds, and breakfasts were delicious with special cheese spreads and local tomato paste mixes. Down-town was 5 minutes by walking and shopping along the way was fun.
