• Andrew (9/5): Amazing hotel for a city break in Budapest! - Great location for the city center, metro access & airport bus. Very nice room with a comfy bed. Staff all amazing and very friendly. For the price this place is amazing. The street outside can be a bit noisy, but this isn't the hotels fault at all

La camera va bene per due persone e non per tre come avevo prenotato. Letti purtroppo non molto comodi. La colazione, che viene servita in camera con confezione da asporto, è troppo costosa per quello che viene offerto. Impossibile da consumare visto che l'arredamento della camera non presenta alcuna possibilità di seduta per tutti. Da evitare assolutamente

• simona (6/5): Ottima posizione, ma senza acqua calda! - Posizione fantastica, proprio in centro, al primo piano di uno stabile. Poco rumorosa, si sentivano solo i rumori delle pulizie delle strade al mattino alle 6, ma di notte niente . Ragazza della reception molto gentile, parla un ottimo inglese ed era sempre sorridente. La seconda sera siamo rimasti senza acqua calda! Dopo una giornata intera a girare la città non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia e la reception chiude alle h 20. La mattina seguente abbiamo riferito a una signora alla reception che non parlava inglese e non ha capito l'accaduto. Consiglierei di lavare l'imbottitura della poltrona in camera perché macchiata e migliorerei la pulizia del bagno ( capelli sia sul ripiano che vicino al wc).

Lovely spacious room, super comfortable bed and within walking distance of all the main sights of Budapest! Since it’s right on a main street and not super high up it was a little noisy at night time! But still a great stay nonetheless.

One small suggestion— one coffee pod per guest per day would be nice (vs one per stay, even over multiple nights). Late-night street noise; this was expected though (it is city center).

Staff were very good with communication prior to the trip where arrangements were made for a birthday celebration and also advice of things to book on our trip. Miscommunication with entrance code. We had a late checkin so not staffed - we were given a code to get into building at 9pm but could not access. Fortunately other guests let us in after a bit of a wait and the hotel replied not long afterwards. The first night the aircon did not work properly and the room was up to 30degrees through the night so very uncomfortable for sleep. The lady on reception was able to rectify this when we spoke with her on the morning and the rest of the stay it worked fine.

• Lena (7/5): - Super Lage, sehr zentral, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Tolles, stylisches Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, Gutes Frühstück, welches aber bereits am Vortag gewählt werden muss und im eigenen Zimmer gegessen werden muss (was uns aber nicht sonderlich störte) Keine Frischluft möglich, da Fenster nicht geöffnet werden können. Nachts war es manchmal etwas laut, da das Zimmer direkt an der Fußgängerzone war und dort auch Geschäfte sind, die dann Lieferungen bekommen haben. Aber sowas ist mir noch nirgends passiert und war bestimmt eine Verkettung unglücklicher Umstände, aber dennoch möchte es hier weitergeben und somit dem Ein oder Anderen helfen: Der Türcode unten am Eingang (das Hotel liegt im 1.Stock) wurde kurzfristig geändert, als wir Abends unterwegs waren. Leider standen wir dann bei Rückkehr vor einer verschlossenen Tür und konnten nicht mehr rein. Da die Rezeption nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist, konnten wir auch telefonisch keinen mehr erreichen. So standen wir da und wussten nicht was wir tun sollten. Das war kein schönes Ereignis, weil ich da nun am späten Abend mit meinem Kind alleine da stand und mich ziemlich hilflos fühlte. Glücklicherweise kam ein anderer Bewohner des Hauses und konnte mit seinem Code die Türe öffnen und wir konnten mit rein gehen. Was wäre gewesen, wenn keiner zufällig da rein musste!? An unserer Zimmertür hing ein Zettel mit dem neuen Code, aber wie sollten wir den lesen, wenn wir unterwegs waren!? Die Dame von der Rezeption hatte mich über Booking informiert, ich habe es aber leider nicht gelesen. Es wäre vernüftiger gewesen, mich telefonisch zu kontaktieren um sicherzustellen, dass die Info bei mir ankommt!. Das war kein schönes Ende eines sonst tollen Aufenthalts!

The room itself felt very premium, with a high-quality finish and a comfortable, well-thought-out layout. The shower facilities were excellent, and the WiFi was strong and reliable, which made it easy to take calls and join meetings without any issues. The location was also a real highlight - it was easy to get into town and explore, while still feeling like a calm and comfortable place to come back to. Honestly, nothing - if anything, we just wish we could've stayed longer!
