• Sidd Ravishankar (3/5): Poorly maintaned hotel, horrible food, definitely a waste of my money, AVOID THIS HOTEL - There wasnt much that was good about this property apart from the thermal bath in the room. Firstly I genuinely think Booking.com should either take out such properties off their list or atleast have some kind of audit to ensure the photos actually match the property. Yes, we were traveling during off peak season but hotel was in very poor condition. The photos on the booking.com page go back almost 10 years and the property doesnt look or feel anything like the photos. - The person at the checkin counter hardly spoke English and used chatgpt to translate from Turkish to English. Not ideal, but acceptable. We had a bit of a struggle to get connected to wifi but managed - When we went down to the restaurant we picked 2 things off the menu, a pasta tomato sauce and a mix grill. Wrong decision, it took the cook 45 mins to get our dishes ready (we were the only ppl in the restaurant) and the meat was raw and the pasta was absolutely horrible. My kids refused to have another spoon and we left to go to a restaurant. We had to pay 23 euros for this horrible meal. - The condition of the inside pool and thermal bath was abysmal. It was poorly lit, with huge holes in the ceiling where there shoul have been lights/lamps. The cleanilness left a lot to be desired - Breakfast was abysmall. Boiled eggs were over by 8:45, the soup was cold without any heating turned on, the bread seemed stale. All in all, if there was a guide on how not to run a hotel, this would be it. - The morning prayer from the next door mosque doesnt help if you intend on sleeping in late, but we had read about this and i dont think they can do anything about it, but it was inconvenient as well. - To top it all, it wasnt cheap, we paid a fair amount or a single night stay in what was without a doubt our most lousy experience on this entire trip to Turkey.

• Fleur Du Mal (8/5): For the price is ok, but spa is bit loud word for this hotel. - Experience to sit in hot thermal pool outside in the middle of the winter and then jump to swimming pool is absolutely unforgettable. Room was good and had everything you can expect from a hotel room. Beds are comfy. Also bathroom has separate tap for thermal water. Balcony had nice view to the pools lot of room and table with chairs. Breakfast was eatable. Location cannot get anymore central and has parking. You can use inside pools all night long as well. WI-FI simply non existent. We tried to connect per instructions, it didn't work. I came down for help, staff member connected me, but when i reach my room this network wasn't available anymore. Probably it only works downstairs. Basement where Inner pools are located definitely need some serious repairments. All old and rusty. However if these facilities were in better condition i assume price would be higher as well. But indeed you can spend sometimes sitting in thermal bath there. There is hammam but it was simply cold room you cannot use anyhow as per purpose. No 15 min of advertised free massage were provided.

• Martha (10/5): Very nice small property - The staff is very kind and helpful. The SPA may need an update, but we had a great time in the hamam and the massages. We stayed two nights, when we returned the room wasn’t serviced.
• Elena (8/5): Можно наполнить термальную ванну в номере! - Очень понравилось, что можно прямо в номере наполнить большую ванну термальной водой из отдельного крана. Вода течет довольно горячая, для ванны в самый раз. Есть также термальные бассейны, крытый и открытый, но мы не ходили в них, т.к. ванна в номере была очень удобной. Завтраки хорошие, базовый набор для турецких завтраков, вкусно и хороший выбор. Большая парковка прямо перед отелем. Ремонт старый, но учитывая термальные ванны в номере, это не напрягало. Самое неудобное для нас был неработающий вай фай. На айфонах он не работал совсем, на андроиде еле-еле, тоже невозможно пользоваться.

Good location near the Karahayit bazaar street leading to the Red Springs & close to the Dolmus bus stop to Pammukale/Denzli. Thermal pools available indoor and outdoor as well as an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Another plus point of a thermal bath tap in the room bathroom! Complimentary bottled water and 15-min massage - ended up with the whole family taking the aromatherapy massage package - excellent massages by Pika! Good buffet style breakfast - as a vegetarian family, we were impressed with the selection of salad greens, salads, olives & fruit! Also had a selection of jams & tahini with bread/borek. Drink selection could be improved. Overall a comfortable & refreshing stay! Would benefit from renovation around the thermal pool areas.

• Carole (10/5): A wonderful fun and relaxed time at the Ece hotel. - We loved the indoor thermal pool and the swimming pool. There were 8 of us in our party and it was the first time we had been together in years. We were made to feel very welcome and the hotel is right in the centre of the town so close to shops and travertines. The rooms exceeded all our expectations, they were warm, comfy and very clean. Each room has its own thermal bath which is huge. Loved our stay. The breakfast was amazing!!!!

There is also a private pool in the bathroom with an extra tap for thermal water. Located very close to Pamukkale and has a bazaar street with a good selection of food and and other items. Parking is free. We stayed for only 1 night.

They didn't provide room service, and when I asked for it, they gave me a bunch of towels and bed linen to do it yourself. I'm really disappointed. The bathroom was the most awkward thing. The lighting was very poor. You have to climb over a wall to get into the shower area, and if the floor is slippery....

Hem kapalı hem açık havuzları devamlı açık. Kahvaltı için beklentiyi yüksek tutmazsanız gayet yeterliydi bence memnun kalırsınız. Kırmızı su tesisine çok takın Pamukkale travertenlerine ve antik kentlere aracınız ile çok yakın. Genel olarak memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim.

• ESTHER (6/5): - The hotel room was so hot when we arrived and it took 3 full hours to cool off once we turned it on. I get that they want to conserve energy when guests are not using rooms, but when you have a booked reservation and expecting guests in a room, on a hot summer day, have the air turned on and the room cool and ready. The staff was super pleasant and the hotel quiet. Very clean.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - all pools and hamam open 24/7. there are outdoor and indoor pools. OUT: one larger+kids pool 32°C + smaller one filled with thermal water 39°C IN: larger one+kids heated ~32°C + thermal jacuzzi 37°C. our room was equipped with floor heating 😁 and in the bathroom instead of standard low shower basin was a small "pool" you could fill in with thermal water - there was a separate tap with crazy hot thermal water hotel was surrounded by backyards which were quite messy and dirty, but this is not hotel's fault

• Watkins (9/5): Central location, relaxing thermal pools and excellent value - The hotel was in a central location with eating places and shops all around. The rooms were comfortable and the staff helpful. The pool and hot tub in the basement were a lovely way to relax when we came back in the evening. Pamukkale and Hierapolis were only a short drive away Not much to complain about really. The ladder in the thermal hot pool in the basement was rusty in places and a little loose. There was a cockroach in the men's shower. Nothing I couldn't handle.
• Mehmet (10/5): Harika - Özellikle 3 yıldızlı olması acaba kötü müdür sorusu kafamda oluşmuştu ancak gidip konakladıktan sonra aslında 4 yıldızı kesinlikle hakkediyor. Sanırım oda sayısından dolayı 3 yıldız ama konfor ve kalite 5 olmasa bile 4. Girişte bizi karşılayan resepsiyon görevlisi Ozan Bey (ismini yanlış hatırlıyor olabilirim kusura bakmasın lütfen) çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odalar çok temiz, ferah ve yeniydi. Havuzlar temizdi. Küçük olmasına rağmen doluluğu kaldırıyor. Açık havuzun ısıtmalı oluşu ve 24 saat açık olması çok büyük artı oluşturdu gözümde. Gece 2 derecede havuza girmek güzel bir deneyimdi. Kahvaltısı öyle aman aman değildi ama beklentinizi düşük tutarsanız problem olmaz. Kısaca güzeldi ve tekrara geleceğim. Teşekkür ederim.
