• Julia (1/5): - Jedynie metraż mieszkania. I strongly do not recommend this place!!!! We went through a nightmare — getting into the apartment was almost impossible. On the day of check-in, we arrived after 10 PM. The instructions for opening the building entrance and the key box relied on a remote virtual button on the phone. Of course, it didn’t work — neither on my phone nor on my husband’s. With a small child in our arms, we tried every possible way to get inside. Apart from this apartment, the building mostly contained offices that were closed at that hour, so there was nobody around to help us. After about 40 minutes, a woman happened to leave the building and, through gestures (because she didn’t speak any English), helped us open both the main entrance and the second door leading to the elevators. We finally thought the worst was over, but when we reached the apartment door and tried to open the key box virtually, we faced another disappointment. Even entering the code manually didn’t work. In the end, we had to hit the box hard and force it open. To make matters worse, the baby crib I had specifically requested in advance was not provided. When leaving the apartment, we also couldn’t return the keys to the box, and of course the support hotline never answered. We haven’t experienced such a nightmare in a very long time. A huge disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs!
