(8/5): - 電車が動かず急遽当日に予約。一泊するには十分なホテルだったと思います。壁が薄いのか他の利用者さんの声が大きかったのか夜寝る時に音が気になりました。あと朝も目の前の道路が工事しておりその騒音も気になりました。 ベッドのシーツの内側に自分ではない髪の毛があったり、バスルームにも髪が落ちていたり少し清潔面では気になるところはありました。 でもベットの横にusbをそのまま差し込んで充電出来るのは便利でした！部屋なベランダからの景色も綺麗でした！朝食のパンはすごく美味しくて、チーズの種類が豊富でもう一度ここの朝食を食べたいです！ 朝食のレストランで働いていらっしゃる女性の方がとても感じがよく、コーヒーを準備してくださり、お一人ですごく頑張っていらっしゃいました！！ トータル満足でしたので、おすすめします！
- Aaron (10/5): Wonderful staff and right next to train station - We booked this hotel at the last minute due to realizing a different hotel we had booked was much further from our destination than we thought. The staff were extremely friendly. When we told them that we would be checking out very early the next morning, they made us a packed lunch to take on our trip. We also received 20% off dinner at their on-property restaurant which ended up being the best meal of our trip.
- Tina (6/5): - Check in process was smooth but I had to ask questions for breakfast hours, available restaurants, and checkout process. I was told to provide payment at time of checkin but opted for before check out the night before or after 10am on the day ofcheckout. Noone is in the Reception area in the afternoon or evening. I had to ask the bartender. I dont feel a sense of customer service with foreigners. The staff is definitely cordial when attended.

- Brent (10/5): - The staff makes this hotel!! Sophie patiently waited for us and other guests arriving for a late check in. She was so lovely that once we got to our room, we decided we wanted to stay for a second night so Sophie moved us to another room so we could spend both nights in the same room. She kindly gave us ice from the restaurant which was closed upon request. She assisted in recommending a hotel for our next destination.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Basic - D+ - A very Basic Hotel for the High Price, Breakfast was very basic and without English Breakfast Tea, Room was clean but I had to ask for extra Pillows and more Clothes Hangers, as a Hotel known to be used by business travellers there was also no laundry service. Hotel Bars and Restaurants were also very uninspiring
- Biljana (6/5): Gut aber viel zu teuer - Grundsätzlich sehr sauber. Bad relativ neu Das Bett ist jedoch nur für Personen bis 160cm geeignet. Viel zu Kurz. Leider finde ich der Preise für 2 Personen für eine Nacht für 294CHF unangemessen hoch. Wirklicher Wert ist eher bei 120-150 CHF. Das Zimmer ist eher spartanisch und alt. Frühstück gilt: wer zuerst da ist, bekommt die guten Sachen. Wir nicht mehr nachgefüllt.
- Claudia (6/5): Gute Lage aber Preis-/Leistung nicht optimal - Ja, natürlich ist das Haus direkt am Bahnhof praktisch gelegen. Durch die Hotelbar unter dem Fenster aber bis sehr spät sehr laut und in der heutigen Zeit sollten auch Einzelzimmer nicht mehr nur kleine Einzelbetten haben, insbesondere dann nicht wenn der Uebernachtungspreis wie hier bei 122Franken hoch liegt für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel. Immerhin mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Aber die Konkurrenz direkt am Bahnhof hatte mit günstigerem Preis im EZ deutlich mehr geboten daher wird meine Wahl künftig klar für die Konkurrenz ausfallen.

- Peter (10/5): Comfortable hotel next to Visp train station - Super convenient location across the street from the Visp train station. Breakfast included is a nice perk. We only stayed here for a night in between Geneva airport and Zermatt but its the perfect stop off because of the train transfer. We would stay again for sure.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Durchschnittliches Hotel - Zimmer sauber jedoch etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind eher hart was mir persönlich zusagt. Leider kein Fitnesszugang. Frühstück ok aber könnte besser sein. Es gab Rühreier aber keinen Speck.

- Andy (6/5): - Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic with no coffee or tea making facilities in rooms. Room was not very well sound proofed and was near lift and stairs. Therefore had a disturbed sleep both nights I stayed there. The restaurant had a good selection of food for dinner but breakfast was very basic and limited.

- Verified traveler (4/5): I wouldn't go there again. - No one at the reception at any hour. There is a phone, but I couldn't really figure was I was supposed to dial/speed dial. Calling the hotel number wasn't possible. The hotel room has no shutters, so in summer it will get very hot - either with the morning or evening sun. Curtains do not help. Room service came in the room at 8.00 am, mentioning I should have put the door sign... Never seen that before (so early I mean). Later they blocked the corridors while cleaning rooms. The bathroom was nice - renovated recently. With shutters and better service it could be a decent option.

- Ian (8/5): Pleased Enough - The lady at the reception desk warmly welcomed us, she was lovely. The hotel is right opposite the train station which was very helpful for us with our toddler. It is also situated just on the edge of the fairly small old town. Visp itself could offer so much more, but we still made the most of it on our one night stay. Breakfast was complete and adequate and the elevator in the building i an unexpected surprise!
