• irhaa (4/5): - It looks nice in pics and outside building looks good also but when enters room its not the way its expected, strange bad smells in toilet and dirty needs cleaning so i have to ask him to change the room but same problem in other room also, no doubt all the rooms a massive in size with family to stay but the main purpose should b cleanliness and comfort which i didnt find it in my 2 nights stay, very old style building and rooms needs new things inside such as beds, curtains, quilts, bathroom showers and sink, taps lights and more alot, looks like we r living in 70's era, host needs to start spending some money to improve standard to march the current decade lifestyle rather than just taking money from guests and keep it in his pocket but not spending anything in hotel, infact the host itself was friendly, polite and helpfull but this doesn't change the condition of a hotel so i suggest plz ask the host to send u full rooms video on whts app which u going to stay before u nook it here. Her yer yamalı duvar kağıdı kaplı. Artan duvar kağıdı parçalarını masanın, mini buzdolabının ve daha başka şeylerin üzerine koymuşlar. Her şeyin dokunmaya korkulacak derecede çok kötü olduğu bu odada şaşırtıcı derecede iyi bir TV vardı. Tek olumlu şey diyebilirim. Kahvaltı domates, zeytin, aşırı kaynatılmış soğuk yumurta, ekmek ve küçük paketlerdeki ürünlerden ibaretti. Kahvaltı daki tek iyi şey ise çay. Kahvaltı salonu da temizlikten ve yenilikten nasibini almamış kötü bir alan. Otopark var yazıyor sitenizde, ama gerçekte yok. En başta zaten biz rezervasyonumuzu Mevlana Palace otel olarak yaptık. O otelin fotoğraflarına, bilgilerine bakarak seçim yaptık, ödeme yaptık. Sonrasında telefomda otelin tadilatta olduğu ve Mevlana otelde kalacağımız söylendi. Halbuki internetten araştırma yaparken Mevlana oteli biz zaten beğenmeyip elemiştik. 1 gece olduğu için iptal etmedik. Hadi madem böyle olsun dedik ama keşke iptal etseymişiz. Çok kötü bir konaklamaydı. Kimseye tavsiye etmem. Tadilatla ilgili hiç bir bilgi olmadığı ve seçmediğimiz otelde konaklamak zorunda bırakıldığımız için de ayrıca kandırılmış olduk. Umarım bu durum da ayrıca tarafınızca dikkate alınır.

• Elif (2/5): Berbat ötesi. - Mevlana palace otel restore mi bilmiyorum bir nedenden dolayı kapalı idi. Penceresine Mevlana otelinin adresi vardı. Gittik. Koridorlar kapkaranlık, leş. Rutubet kokusu koridorlarda başlıyordu. Oda leş. Nem, rutubet. Tuvalet banyo leş. Oraya duşa kabin denirse. Çoğu odanın tuvalet banyosu bile yoktu. Çok kirli aşırı eski berbat bir oteldi. Odayı gördüğümde 1.5 saate yakın ağladım. Hava nemlendiricisi götürmüştük yanımızda iyi ki götürmüşüz. Tek iyi yanı merkezde olması ama çok otel vardı zaten merkezde. Bu özellik asla diğerlerini yok etmiyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Çarşaf ve yastık kılıflarımı iyi ki götürmüşüm.

Ama tadilata benzer içerde herhangi bir durum yoktu. Bir gün öncesi aradığımda rezarvasyonunuzda herhangi bir sorun yok denilmişti. Odalar toplam 8 m2 lik odalardı. Kilima gürültülü çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı son derece yetersizdi, peynir bile yoktu

The only hung is the location at night it’s not safe for women walking alone . Must accompany with someone or taxi . It’s close to going Shemz and Mevlana but there’s a side road called Istanbul street it’s not safe at night . But there’s a side hotel staff are very polite and helpful Bit more bright colours would be good .

• Anze (2/5): - we have no words! we came to the room and went directly to the center for lunch and didn’t look around the room. we returned very late and saw the room was dirty, sheets looked like they were from previous guests, a lot of hair and stains. dusty walls, moldy shower. i sleept with one eye opend. whish we could see the room conditions immediately to ask for a refund. do not stay here. breakfast is included, but we didn’t even think about to have it.

• Rawan (2/5): I don’t recommend - It was a terrible experience. Luckily the receptionist was kind and took care of me. But speaking of the cleanliness, it was terrible and the towels had stains on them as well as the bedsheets. There was a sewage smell at the toilet which was annoying. I could hear through the walls even toilet flushing from other rooms which is why I couldn’t sleep well. They need to renovate this place!

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Failure of personnel to deal with the issues raised. Low breakfast with little variety and cold. Receiving 7 dollars more than the rate registered on the booking site under vague and illusory excuses. I do not recommend it at all. It's really a pity that Rumi's name is placed on this undesirable place.

• Ekaterina (2/5): Shouldn’t be on booking.com at all - Good location in the centre, large beds Strong cigarette smell in the room (day after when we moved to another hotel our pyjamas were still stinky), yearly dirt in the corners, wallpapers that are hanging torn off the wall, broken tap, bed sheets were not fresh - i tried not to think how many ppl used these beddings before us.

• Muhammad (1/5): The worst place l've ever stayed. - There was nothing to admire. I booked a room with two double beds but upon payment and checking the room, I found one double bed and one single bed with only two pillows and two blankets. I informed the reception that this wasn't the correct room as I had booked a room with two double beds. After a lengthy debate, they mentioned that this was the only available room and offered that you can cancel reservation, but without a refund if I chose not to stay. The reception, manned by two young boys, exhibited poor behavior. The room was extremely dirty; the conditions were so poor and very strong cigaret smell that no one would want to stay there for even free. I will attach pictures for reference. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a broken commode. I will attach pictures to illustrate the issues. The breakfast was disappointing; there was nothing provided, and the basement where breakfast was served had a strong unpleasant sewer smell.
• Spongybugcar (1/5): Not even for a 1 night stay - Comfortable beds No clean and dry towels - when we checked in we asked for towels immediately, they only had wet towels. We told them to give it to us after they dried, after we went round for a couple of hours we returned to the hotel and we were given wet towels Place is not clean Breakfast items finished when we went down there were only hard boiled eggs left. It was not replenished.
• Marjana (5/5): Traditional - Big clean rooms. Located i. Center town. Friendly staff. Bathros need upgrades. Old and worn out.

La tapa del WC rota completamente. Baño sucio y viejo sin jabon. Los muebles viejos y sucios. Los corredores del hotel sin luz..... Dava miedo caminar... Todo el hotel apestaba a cigarro y a viejo. Las puertas del elevador sucias. El desayuno sin cafe . sin leche. Mediocre. Muy malo.el comedor para tomar desayuno.oscuro y sucio. No recomiendo este hotel ni para una noche las fotos no son las que aparecen en el hotel. Son cuando abrio.ahora esta todo abandonado.
• Kim (6/5): Disappointed in Konya - The property is centrally located. Street parking available. We booked a bigger room so our cat had space to move. What we got was a room full of beds which were comfy enough but have never been moved to clean underneath. Our cat kept finding rubbish from under bed edges and dust. She even cut herself on something. When it rained water dripped from the roof in the bathroom and we weren’t on the top floor. A basic hotel, comfortable for a night but needs a good clean and maintenance.

• Zafar (10/5): - Very friendly staff. The property is located very near to the Mavlana. All the facilities are near by including shopping, eating and Masjids. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Konya.
• saqib (10/5): - Great hotel for the price, brilliant location right in the heart of mevlana with all amenities nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful expecially Adam and Murat who catered to all needs.
