• BeyondHelp1 (10/5): Excellent stay! - This is our first visit to Palm Wings Beach & Spa and I’m sure we will be back. The beachfront location is perfect with some beautiful sunsets. The food is very good with plenty of choice. There’s something for everyone. The hotel is immaculately clean with a special mention and a very big thank you to Ozlem who looked after our room for us.

• 10michailn (10/5): Great experience - We spent a brilliant week at the Palm Wings Beach Resort and Spa. It was our first all inclusive experience and I must say I was not disappointed! Food: plenty, tasty, good choice (may be if we were staying for longer it might become repetitive but we only stayed 1 week). Drinks: plenty of soft and alcoholic in 6 bars. Also soft drinks in the room in the mini fridge replenished daily. Room: clean, good size, huge bed, good bathroom. With good balcony. A/C, safe. Clean towels every day. Separate towels for the beach and pool. Location is great if you like the sea - less than 1 minute walk. "Private beach" with lifeguard, umbrellas, and everything else you might need. Also, ancient city of Ephesus is less than an hour drive. We came at the very beginning of the season - great value for money. Later in the season - don't know. Might be a bit crowded but they have a lot of members of staff and they are well trained.
• samanthaoliver2 (10/5): Very clean hotel - Rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday. Our cleaner Ozlem left us flowers on the bed each day and replenished our towels and mini fridge. It’s a very clean hotel which makes me happy!
• stuningacorn (10/5): Fabulous family holiday - What a fabulous holiday we have all just had here. Check in was quick and easy and we were all located in the same block.we had 3 separate rooms and a travel cot was supplied in the room our grandchildren were staying in. The rooms were lovely with various views and were adequate for our needs.The hotel is spotless throughout and there is lovely friendly staff everywhere.we were located in block D which was ideally situated right at the side of the pools and central for everything.We reserved our once weekly à la carte dinner for the Sunday night with the excellent llayde who was so helpful, such a lovely polite lady. The main restaurant is huge with fabulous food. Always plenty of choice with chicken,beef,Turkey and kebab meat. Salads were fabulous as were the sweets. Could possibly do with more fresh fruits but there was plenty so not complaining. The restaurant chefs were accommodating when I asked for some food I took with me to be warmed up. We had some professional photos with taken because we had the grandchildren and Nelson and Aziz did an amazing job! They were both very patient and friendly and got great photos of us all. Even after the shoot they always made time to speak with us and entertain the kids. Ruya the upstairs waitress deserves a special mention to for looking after us always friendly and nothing too much trouble. The 2 young ladies in the kids club also really tried hard despite the language barrier Sude & Arya Thankyou Aysegul & Melisa in the main restaurant too! This hotel is perfect for young families I would say upto 10 years old. For families with older children I would suggest the sister hotel Venosa beach might be more suitable. • lauralU9515PG (10/5): Great hotel resort and spa - Lovely hotel, clean, friendly atmosphere. Located on the beach, with loungers and shades. Rooms are clean tidy. Our housekeeper Ozlem did a great job. Floors mopped and fresh towels each day. All inclusive so great value for money. Onsite spa was good, we had Turkish bath, massages and facial.
• VixDerby (6/5): Not as 5 star as a few years ago - We loved this place in 2019, the best thing was so clean it was and the food was amazing, frequently remarked about as not typical all inclusive. Having checked out videos and it seemed as good, we booked with a view to enjoying as a couple before booking a large group family trip, but we will not be going back. * Pros * Still so clean, it's constant cleaning, the housekeeping staff are exceptional and so warm and friendly too. This is still better than any place we've been for cleaning * The beach, however, check out cons * plenty of places to sit, it has a bar in the main food hall, a bar in the piano reception, a beach bar, a snack bar, and a terrace bar plus a coffee shop * The views, from the location of the resort, the view is amazing, you can see Samos (Greek island) to the left as you look to sea, also left is the National Park peaks, to the right, Kusadasi town and the most gorgeous sunsets * on site facilities, two shops and a photo shop. All are friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. One shop has bags, clothing, hats, all you could need and at fair prices (I paid €10 for a large sun hat) * VIP treatment for my birthday, which was lovely decor on the bed for 3 days and a bottle of wine and fruit bowl in the room * Cons * The food was awful, truly awful. Chicken wings bloody, I raised this on site, the dining hall manager was very supportive and thanked me for the feedback, yet it happened again two nights later. That's such a fail, I'm not taking my grandchildren to a place that serves dangerous food so that was the decider not to return * Pools were freezing * There was only stage entertainment on one night, previously it was each night, it was good, Turkish dancers but no belly dancers - we thought there would be one night but it was just guests having a go in a competition - fun, but not exactly what we had before with professionals * The extra we paid for a swim up room was NOT worth it, i shall upload photos, we had a view of a corner of a pool and a group of youngsters on our patio shouting up to their room above, so clearly, just don't pay for the pool, it's used by anyone and annoying * Animals everywhere! Even a cat in the upstairs veranda, cats fighting between dining tables, nothing done by staff and we even had a cat and 3 kittens and the mother cat was quite feral and hostile so I had to watch my legs going into our room from our teeny corner of a patio next to the wall she lives next to! * Entertainment was so hit and miss, it seemed the team was making the most of no money so they did karaoke one night, the dancing guest competition another night but these were indoors in the lounge area - on the last night, the team moved this to the veranda next to the bar! So we adults without real entertainment got a full hour of kids rubbish, like repeated Baby Shark, which was followed by a bizarre dance time that looked like and sounded like loud aqua aerobics but with a bunch of dressed people, stepping and clapping. It actually became a nuisance at that point, and there were kids running about, up and down stairs, under tables among couples and adults drinking and smoking quite miserably at this forced kids club display. As this display consisted mostly of one giant woman who was like an octopus for one of the entertainment team, or was like watching a pink waving arm blow up outside a cheap car lot. This is not snobbery, the team choosing not to use the stage, and not to use the lounge instead imposed kids club style noise next to the bar without an option to get away from it, other than go and sit in reception. TOP TIPS * The bus is called a Dolmus, and it's a mini bus (white with blue) - from the resort, face away from the sea and the bus stop is across the road, just to the right. The staff couldn't tell us this, we found it ourselves. It is 90 lira (currently) or you can use Euros, but the reception staff/ resort will not give you change so have it with you, or on the road again, just to the left there are cash machines and a shop. Kusadasi town has also taken a dive. * PICK UPS * Neither Murphys nor Hong Kong would pick us up from here as a couple, without conditions, this is a scam. They say you can book in and they will collect and take you back, but only if a certain amount of people and spend a certain amount so don't trust or depend on this. The town has become quite tatty, there were conmen lying around pretending to be hurt, then jumping up and doing it again, near the cruise ships area. The shops had people bothering us just walking down the main streets, not just the markets. The Marina, looks horrible and wet couldn't even walk through, it was taped off like a crime scene, and we were again mobbed by desperate staff trying to get us to sit. It's not friendly feeling, it's intimidating. The dog issue is now out of control. Sickly looking stray dogs everywhere, eating from bins and vomiting on the waterfront. The dog outside Palm Wings looked like a wild wolf, I saw people running from it on the beach, which we abandoned due to it being all around the chairs, bothering people for food etc. Dangerous and disgusting. The food, was the cheapest rubbish. Chips and nuggets for breakfast, no baked goods such as croissants etc, very lazy. Lunch, we went to the snack bar and at least this food is hot. The pasta was good, the 'doner kebab' was very not, chicken meat so dry it couldn't be eaten, awful. Main hall, if you like chickpeas, fabulous, cheese, also in and on everything. As I don't eat cheese, it was a shame I couldn't eat a tomato without it. Meat was either minced whatever shaped with chilli, or the best part of the chicken - wings! Undercooked, bbq wings that were not checked and might kill someone. I felt ripped off, with the extra for the room, for the food, and it's just not as friendly anymore. Most of the staff are so so lovely, but the sour faces on the man in the dining hall, with glasses and a phone surgically attached to his ear and the reception with zero help in currency, or even where to get the bus was not nice, not what we paid for and not 5 star behaviour. When we arrived at 11:30pm we were told there would be soup, and angry glasses guy snapped at us and told us to go away. We were not even allowed to get a drink of water. There was no mention of the coffee shop upstairs were we could have sat down, and had a warm drink etc. We waited for midnight, had our cold tomato soup and went to bed unhappy. This isn't about money, that coffee shop was right there and they couldn't be bothered to offer a warm welcome to people who have travelled so far and so long and would be repeat customers if not for feeling they just wanted our money and didn't really care about us at all. In fact, on a near empty resort we got given the most rubbish room we had paid an extra £300 for. I didn't feel welcome, I didn't feel safe and I shall not be going back. We miss what the place was. Such a shame.

• sonia11th (10/5): May 2025 Visit to Palm Wings - I have been meaning to write this review since last year May 2025. I was staying at this hotel with my husband and 5 other family members. The hotel itself was great, the food delicious the staff extremely helpful, the atmosphere peaceful. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately after only being there for 3 days my husband developed severe pain in his back. I spoke to Tules Jucèl at guest relations, she immediately jumped into action. She arranged for the hotel nurse to see my husband. This visit culminated in arranging an ambulance to take him to hospital. The boy, I think his name was Barak? Helped with getting my husband to the ambulance. Fortunately we always have travel insurance so he was taken to Özel Egemed Kuşadası Hastanesi. This was a private hospital arranged by Tules, we were met by interpreters who contacted our insurers. Once they spoke and confirmed cover my husband was diagnosed, scan confirmed that it was bulging discs L4,5,6. He was treated and got back to hotel in time to travel back with his family. Again hotel was very helpful and showed a lot of care and concern for my husband, getting a wheelchair and support to get in transport to go to the airport. We thank Tules again for the excellent way in which she handled this crisis. We look forward to returning and hopefully no disruption or crisis and be able to enjoy the hotel fully. Thank you.

The staff are very helpful, the rooms are spotless staff are always out and about cleaning and tidying. There is a great selection of food and drinks! The coffee bar is a highlight for us! Cocktails are great and all made fresh in front of you. Great access to the beach. Pools are clean and tidy, animation team are always busy doing bits for guests - lots of fun to be had for everyone. 😊 Would stay again!

• trvelledrichard (8/5): End of Summer Holiday - Overall a nice holiday, rooms are clean and tidy and well serviced daily, mini bar restocked if needed and the entertainment team are friendly and fun, catering for adults and children. Waiters in the upstairs lounge keep your drinks flowing as and when needed and the evening entertainment is varied and good fun. The old town and market is a 30 minute bus ride away and costs €1.50 a person. The bus stop is outside the hotel and easy to catch there and back. (No34 bus) The only downside we found was the snack bar service. Very hit and miss depending on which waiters are working. The food itself is good in both the main restaurant and the snack bar. Would definitely return.

• shellshell45 (6/5): Good and bad - First impressions of this hotel were really good even though its quite far out of Kusadasi. Staff on check in very friendly and bell boy to help with my case and explain everything. I was in block D on top floor (2nd) lovely spacious room but not a lot of sun on balcony but it was very peaceful. Room well equipped and clean with soft drinks in mini bar replenished daily. Grounds immaculate and staff always cleaning everywhere Pool sun beds I found not comfortable at all so spent my time at the beach which did have a few wasps and hornets flying round. Water very clear and shallow. Beach bar closed for season so had to use cocktail bar which was across the path from the beach inside hotel grounds. Water available in fridges at cocktail bar and snack bar but everything else served to you. Snack bar very good and staff great although only open 12 till 4pm Dining room very busy at times witn no tables for 2, good job I met 2 lovely ladies I ended up spending most of my time with. Food average at best with some strange combinations. Salad bar good but fruit and desserts limited and breakfast a bit of a struggle to not have same things all the time. A la carte restaurant was a nice change one evening. Cafe bar above really busy at night as its not geared up for inside entertainment at all which is a problem when raining and cool at night Lobby bar had comfortable seats but not enough of them and the girl behind the bar was miserable and also closed before 12 one night. Only option after that cafe bar which was not good as a walk away from some blocks and also busy. Patisserie was good with a nice choice of coffee Wouldn't return here as not a good option for solo travellers and really struggled with the food and lack of inside spaces to have a drink Mr Cook restaurant in Kusadasi is lovely and they will pick up and drop off with excellent food and service. Shopping ok in the Bazaar a few mins walk from the hotel plus hotel has a shop selling handbags etc plus a mini market

Make you feel very welcome and always very accommodating making you feel at ease joining in on all of the activities. Romeo, the guy in animation team is great made our stay brilliant as did Veli. The cleaner we had for our room Figen (4208) was also fantastic cleaned to a very high standard and always insured She asked us if we wanted a clean even if it was late morning. The only thing that could’ve improved is having a timetable of entertainment and activities so you can plan your week around it but unfortunately the hotel didn’t have this due to it being an end of season.

Hotel room was kept spotless with daily cleaning of towels and mini bar refreshed. Pool is excellent with 2 bars and a snack bar. Main restaurant was buffet style which was always restocked and literally food for any tastes. It has is own sandy beach area and lifeguards with plenty of sun beds. The sea is very shallow for a good distance out which is ideal for paddling etc. The water entertainments team are fantastic and very pleasant and a big shout out to Mario who kept us all entertained. Also a special mention to Sevim for cleaning our room on a daily basis and surprising us each day with towel and bed dressings with flowers. An excellent holiday, can’t wait to come back.

Had a problem with our shower the first few days but jet2 rep was fantastic and got it repaired immediately, I was disappointed by the hotel staff not wanting to repair it. It was either boiling or freezing, anyway it was repaired in the end. Room was lovely despite this. All areas exceptionally very clean, all staff very nice friendly and can’t do enough for you. Varied food, good choice of food for everyone

• brianfitz08 (8/5): Nice Stay - We were there for a ten day holiday in August. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, and the staff are super friendly. The cleaning staff were so super friendly, especially Dilek who was such a nice girl. There is a little shop and bag shop on site. A lot more expensive than outside the hotel but same as every other country. There is an A101 supermarket across the road and they are very well priced with a big selection. The bar staff were also super friendly, and the guy (sorry never got his name) in the pool bar made the tastiest cocktails with the cocktail shaker. *Top Tip* Tip him well at the start and he will look after you 😀 Cocktails from other staff disappointed ☹️ (they didn’t use the cocktail shaker) The food was very good I must say. There was so much selection and all so fresh. The only critique re the children’s section, the food is only there for approx the first hour of the sitting which wasn’t ideal as some nights we wanted to come down late but couldn’t as our one of our children is autistic. There is also a lunch spot (beside the pool) which served burger, chicken nuggets, kebabs, hot dogs, halloumi salad, delicious pizzas and so much more. It was a lovely addition. The upstairs coffee/dessert bar was such a nice touch. They have ice coffees, frapachinos, regular coffees, ice creams, and a huge selection of desserts. It was a lovely air conditioned spot to have a break and chill out. The pool was so big and spacious and the temperatures were always nice. The children’s pool was a little cold at times but during the hotter hours, it was fine. Slides are also great fun for kids. The beds around the pool are plentiful however, to get the best ones, you’d need to be down early with your towels. Entertainment team are very friendly and there is always plenty on during the day. There is a kids discos every night (it can become repetitive). There is another nightly show after this and I must say, one or two of the shows were impressive. There is also a little arcade, games area in the reception/lobby area. It would work out a little expensive as you needed to buy tokens but nice to have it as an option. The dolmus (local bus) stop was opposite hotel. One arrived approx every 20 minutes or so and if going into centrum (centre of Kusadasi), get off at the final stop. It’s around 63TL which is very reasonable. Taxis to anywhere close to the centrum are €20 and they basically refuse to do it via meter. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay however, proximity to the centre needs is something you should consider. If you want easy access to clothing/bag shopping then this is not the option for you, it’s too far out (30/35 mins) Finally and while this isn’t a fault of the hotel, and no criticism of any country, we were a little disappointed that there were so little Irish and British, especially for our kids. We found it to be primarily Turkish holiday makers and we did not find them friendly.

Great staff too - Hotel great overall Food great, the snack bar / restaurant offers a great range of food cooked to order. Staff were very nice and always cleaning. Main buffet was good too with enough range for a week. Turkish bath, massage and facial great. Staff wonderful. Mamet looked after us. We did water sports with Hash from Nette situated right outside our hotel, who also looked after us. Private Speed boat, big Martha and speed boat car which were great fun and good value. Animation team were very welcoming too. A la cart restaurant was fab. Pool bars great. A couple of issue but it did not ruin our stay. The shower in our block was so hot you could easily get scalded, one minute it was cold then scalding hot, other couples had this too, you could not let kids use these. We had cold showers for the week. Bedding was not changed the whole week which I’ve never seen before, we always make up our room so maybe it looked like it did not need changing. surfaces in the room were not wiped down. Relaxing break with no pressure which was nice.

(JET2) The staff 100% polite and friendly and very helpful, from the desk staff all the way through the hotel. The other guests appeared mainly Turkish with young families, so this was a quiet hotel. THE ANIMATION TEAM! 11/10 FANTASTIC!! Friendly and fun, got people involved ( i don't always BUT did here) water polo, aqua gym, volleyball They are enthusiastic and friendly and FUN! They look as though they Love thier job, and work as a group of friends and colleagues ( EVERY ONE OF THEM NEED RE HIRING NEXT SEASON) The Big Boss 😆 was a lovely bloke and a great character. One night they did thier own comedy show!! 😃 Really enjoyed it!! THE SPA: Went for a Turkish bath to start the Tan, the experience of the Turkish (Roman) bath. Very good start toothed holiday and well worth a Visit. RECOMMENDED WE ended the holiday with a relaxing Aromatherapy 💆‍♂️ Massage. Again RECOMMENDED. These are great, facilities and add to the holiday. FOOD. Always a great choice 👌 one night we used the A la Carte Restaurant ( you can use once for no extra cost) Great food ( Lots of starter, more than we usually eat in one meal) 😋 The Area is fantastic, near a national park which is accessible by taxi 🚕 which can be organised by front desk with local company. The driver was brilliant and, though we couldn't speak Turkish, we managed with Google translate on phones. The local people are brilliant! Proud of thier Nation and love to show its best bits! EPHASUS. And Mary's House A really top day, with a local guide, very nice man and knowlagable. The Apostle Paul was arrested at EPHASUS ( Paul wrote a letter to the Ephaseans. Pamukkale a longer trip 2 hours by road. But a great trip, we had the same guide went to hotel first where we had lunch and bathes in the mud pools and warm mineral rich water. The site was intreasting and Many birds about, Crested lark, Northern Rock Nuthatch just 2 I photographed. The site has a formation of calcite that comes from the ground with the water and looks from a distance like snow! The city can be accessed via public transport very easily. The city is friendly and safe. WOULD RECOMMENDED THIS TO ANYONE.
• R7567MKdianew (8/5): Nice hotel, would come again - Hotel well maintained, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms reasonable, could do with a little more clothes storage for 2 people. Fantastic shower! A special thank you to Figen, who did a great job of keeping my room clean and tidy every day. Huge selection of food, could always find something to eat. Very nice to have table service at the snack bar and very good choice on menu. My only suggestion for the snack bar would be to have areas for smoking and non smoking. As a non smoker it's really not very nice to be surrounded by smoke, even if it is an open space.Entertainment crew worked very hard day and night and always something going on to join in with if you wanted. Pool nice size and could always get a sunbed and parasol. Lots of sunbeds on beach. Seemed to be mainly Turkish, Russian and Eastern European guests for the 10 days we were here, not many English. Nice coastal walks in both directions on a path. Didn't do any excursions but did go into Kusadasi on dolmus number 34 outside hotel for 53 turkish lira. All in all we had a nice holiday and would consider coming back if the price was right.

But what really made our experience special was the evening entertainment. A big shoutout to Sasha from the animation team – her energy was amazing! She brought so much life to the evenings, and our kids absolutely loved dancing with her. Sasha truly made our holiday unforgettable!

• YorkshirePunky (10/5): A great family holiday in a great hotel - Our first trip to Turkey so unsure what to expect. I'm a fussy traveller so had done a lot of research but you still never know. We went with Jet2 and I had messaged the hotel before arriving. We had a 15 year old and 10 year old boy so room space for the teen especially was important. They did not disappoint by allocating us a corner room with a double, bunk beds and a further bed which our teen moved slightly to give him a little bit of privacy. There was a large dressing table, decent wardrobe a small table with some chairs as well. We couldn't really find any English speaking TV channels but we hardly needed them - only while we were shower hopping when getting ready for our meal. We had 2 opening doors onto balconies and the room was very spacious. We found the beds comfy, had we realised we might have asked for a duvet which apparently is no problem. Entering the hotel is very impressive and everyone was helpful with quick service. In the lobby area there are lots of comfortable chairs, a 'cafe' offering cakes and coffees, the main bar and it leads to the main restaurant with times displayed. We were on floor 10 which meant a great view but there weren't many lifts and you could wait a while to go up or down and the lifts weren't the quickest. We found our room to be quiet and comfortable, cleaned daily. Free mini bar and lots of freebies in the bathroom though the 'shampoo' did nothing for my hair. The hairdryer is fairly pants if you have any quantity of hair but it worked. Bathroom was clean and did everything you need, shower was powerful and a spacious shower. The pools were great - not quite the abundance of sunbeds some mentioned but we always managed to find some whenever we went but towels are still laid out early. There is one main pool, a pool where the activities take place and then the slide pools - for all ages. Then an adult pool which was very tranquil. We found all to be clean and great fun. Our boys loved the slides, we didn't join in many activities but they seemed well run and popular. Food - there is the main restaurant - we found the food to be good, yes some things don't change but there were different things every night - sushi night, Turkish night, one night a chocolate fountain, you can eat inside or out. Drinks were a bit more limited - no real issue and staff will bring them to you at your table. Then there is the outside snack bar - not far from the pool offering pizza etc. - again a good choice. Then the waffle/ice cream hut as well - we did treat ourselves to a 4pm waffle!! A La Carte you are entitled to go for one meal a week whilst there and you do need to book, we went Italian and it was a really nice meal. Nice to be waited on and in a calmer space. There are 4 options of A La Carte from memory. We felt safe and felt safe for the boys to go off together which was nice. You aren't near anywhere to walk to - the next town is about 15 mins by taxi. All inclusive plus meant there wasn't any food/drink that you could pay for which was great as it took the pressure away. We did go to a couple of shows and they were very good. The air con in the main lobby/bar area was a little weak! And there seemed to be none in the lifts. Air con in our room was fine. The beach - I have to have a sandy beach! And this was a sandy beach, on our first day the sea had a lot of rubbish and we were pretty worried but after that none so not sure what had happened to cause that. The waves are quite strong but it takes a while to get deep. There are paid for watersports and the guys there are very helpful. We did go on a Jet2 boat trip - note to self always take water/beach shoes as the coves we stopped at were rocky - very rocky! We didn't know so hadn't take beach shoes. The coves were beautiful though. On the beach there are free sunbeds with good shade and there were always loads free so no issue there. Generally there was a lot of shade provided and it does get hot. We had 2 medical issues whilst there - don't ask! And the onsite medical staff were amazing, as were the clinics we ended up going to - they picked us up in a car and took us and brought us back. There's a 24 hour medical centre in the hotel - just one member of staff but it's the first time we've needed medical help when away so having that there was amazing. Staff - overall very friendly and helpful. Some a bit sterner faced but generally really lovely. Spa - we did have a treatment and it was lovely and the staff were lovely. Shop - one general shop with toys/trinkets/sun lotion etc. - not silly prices but not cheap. Then a clothes shop with hoodies, t shirts, shorts etc. Then a handbag shop. There is a hairdressers as well. The shops aren't large but we got some bits there. Shopkeepers seem to prefer cash - Euros/Lira or Pounds. But all take cards and yes, if you go into town be prepared to haggle and walk away! There are a couple of nice areas to sit outside and enjoy drinks in the evening. Mossies - we didn't find a huge issue - we did use sprays etc. and yes we all got the odd bite but I've been to worse and the hotel does spray at night to try and help with this. Overall for our first experience of Turkey we were very impressed (and I'm that picky one) and we are looking to go back, we might even go back here so that shows we loved it.

• elenikv (10/5): Nice hotel best massages ever - This was our families first time in Turkey and I can't say enough how pleased I am with our choice. The hotel is good, clean, nice rooms and amenities as well. Animation team was loads of fun for kids and adults alike. The best feature of the whole hotel in my humble opinion was the SPA and it's main guy Bülent. This gentleman has God given hands and I did the best investment in the recent years in my self when I purchased a big pack of 8 massages. The Turkish bath experience is fenomenal and I even repeated it at the end of my stay with my husband so that he could have the same experience as me. There are very nice aquatic activities near by the outside of the hotel although we went with a far less expensive and still at the same level experience a bit further away from the hotel. If there is something to criticise about the hotel it'll be the normal working ours for the gym that should be at a 5 ⭐ hotel Open 24/7 with a badge reader thus an all inclusive client can use it whenever he/she want. Second would be the fact that some of the night activities that the animation team/company organised are payed extra. This kind of thing has never happened to me in an all-inclusive in europ. Apart from that the rest is only positive. Loads of things for kids to play and that's why we chose this particular hotel. I recommend it.

• nickysQ9218KE (6/5): Great apart from the entertainment - My only bugbear was the timing of the kids disco, which was on every single night. This was in June, before the schools break up. We were happily relaxing after dinner with a glass of wine, watching the beautiful sun sets and then the disco would start at 9-10pm. Very loud, very repetitive and on far too late. The only options left for some peace and quiet was to go to the bar in reception, with no sea view and no atmosphere whatsoever or go back to your room and shut the doors. Sadly 7 nights of Baby Shark and Follow the Leader ruining my evenings means I will not be returning to this hotel.

Very clean (daily cleaning), very good food and diversified, pool facilities and beach - excelent status, very good quality daily entertaining program. The staff very frienldy and helpful. The view is really special, great sunset view every evening, mainly from the restaurants' terraces. When reverting to Kușadasi, for sure we will choose again this hotel.

Our highlight of the holiday has 1000% been the Animation Team, especially Hanna, Romeo and Jayden! They have brought so much laughter and joy to our holiday and encouraged us to do more things out of our comfort zone. Including darts, yoga and aqua aerobics. They even got my husband up dancing and that’s something he never does but he secretly loved every second and so did I. The energy and relationships they build with you over the course of the holiday are brilliant and gives such a personal feeling to the experience. Thank you so much The Animation Team!! The shop onsite is brilliant, has all essentials you may need while on your stay. Especially as there are very few shops locally so travel may be needed. The only down side was that the food in the canteen was very repetitive, although it did taste beautiful. The snack bar, was definitely our favourite place to eat, highly recommend the margarita pizza. Overall very clean and the staff that worked here were so pleasant and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile and couldn’t be more helpful to us if they tried. Even the bar staff by the end of the holiday knew what we were having to drink, without us even needing to order!! Thank you for a brilliant holiday Palm Wings.

Drinks were good, Efes, Baileys and Johnny Walker were our choice.€1 dolmus to go to Kusadasi, but there is also a small market about a 10 minute walk away which we did some shopping at. Would we return, definitely, and a special shout to Dogan at the terrace bar where you got beautiful views of the sea,beach, sunsets ,gonna miss sitting up there with a cold drink, weather was good of a day bit cool of an evening.

Traveled from LBA on an early morning flight. 2nd visit to this hotel, we spent two weeks in May at the same hotel. We returned for two weeks in late September/October because we enjoyed our holiday there. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff work hard to achieve this. A very special mention to the executive chef Mustafa and the premier manager Ali. You really did make us most welcome. The hotel itself is jet 2 four stars but 5 star by Turkish standards. Being a trained head chef, I found the food excellent for a 4 star hotel, Bear in mind that they are catering for a dozen or so different nationality so be prepared for different food choices. Ali the premier manager made us most welcome and remembered us from our previous visit, which was nice. The hotel has a good swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds the beach is easily accessible with plenty of sunloungers. A total of 5 bars, but I must admit to not using the disco bar. The rooms are reasonable and fit for purpose. Though some said the beds were hard ,but no complaints from me. The only downside. The hotel is a 25/30 minute bus journey from Kusadasi and costs 45 lira on the dolmas, buses are frequent but do be aware that the hotel is on the outskirts. All in all we had a lovely holiday at this hotel, made some good memories and friends. We will definitely be back.
• Chris (8/5): - This is a really good all inclusive hotel, the food is above average and the drinks are average. The pools are really nice and the hotel is right on the beach. Although the hotel is remote (about 30 mins from Kusadasi or 100 lira taxi). The rooms are nice but the beds were extremely uncomfortable, also we felt the daily cleaning was slightly below par, although on the whole the room was clean, there was a stain on the carpet and sink wasn't cleaned well each day. This was our second stay (after 7 years) I was really pleased the maintenance around the hotel is excellent and looks brand new still! The spa is lovely but the spa guys are faily persistent around the pool which was a little annoying at times. The animation team are good, the evening shows are a little strange but the activities thoughout the day are well organised. The main pool is a good size and never felt overcrowded despitr hotel being full, although the music all day is tiresome and repetitive, also the sun loungers are not the best, we sat round the kids pools which had much nicer loungers. Overall a great hotel, and I would recommend, but probably not for 2 weeks, we stayed in Istanbul for a couple of days before and this was a nice relaxing holiday after the business!
