- Sara (8/5): Nice stay - The flat is really nice and so well decorated. Great the parking in front We liked the flat, the welcoming was extremely rushed. Not really caring
- Baran (7/5): Good - They answer the phone quickly, provided a room a couple of hours earlier, as it was free. There is parking. Comfortable pillows and warm blankets. Ideal location for tourists. I don't like it when there is someone else's hair on the bed and floor and in the bathroom. You can't walk on the floor without slippers, but disposable slippers are provided. The entire shower in the bathroom is covered in mold. Overall, the renovation is not the freshest.

- Zofia (7/5): Well located, quiet, good view. - Great view from balcony, great central location, quiet. Host was great and helpful- printed off our boarding passes for us. Great airconditioning. The upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door and is two single beds with very small windows. Be wary of this if you’re staying as two couples or with older kids- lacks privacy.

- Christine (6/5): We enjoyed Akyaka very much but the apartment was , despite its excellent location, a disappointment. - Location The manager was helpful when we identified repairs needed and we feel he did his best for us. Needs some basic maintenance work. It was impossible to read, day or night, in the lounge as the lighting was so poor. There was a permanent bad smell in the bathroom. The seating area was uncomfortable. There was not adequate storage in the bedroom. We paid for a sea - view but the main view was rooftops, AC units and satellite dishes. I would refer to it as distant glimpses of the sea.

- Karin (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything with this housing. I came for a combined work, kitesurf and self-treating trip. I needed a clean, quiet and functional place close to the beach to walk to the kitesurfing. The apartment I stay in score 10/10 in every single way, it's clean, quiet, comfortable bed, light, private (a banana tree covers any insight) and good atmosphere inside. The lamp in the bedroom is amazing, like a meditation session to look at the light moving on the walls. There was a table to have the laptop and monitor on and the Internet was ok (Teams without camera on worked better). Cleaning happened after one week. The landlord is very friendly and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. There is space to park the car, though one has to practice a little bit to be able to reverse in as the road outside is veeeery narrow. The landlord helped me the first evening I came :) I'd absolutely come back to this place. Perhaps there are cheaper options in Akyaka but this was worth every cent! The only thing missing is something to put the clean dishes on so they can dry :) Very minor detail!! .

- Sergey (10/5): quiet relaxing holiday in a cosy atmosphere - Nice cosy apartments, equipped with everything you need. There is a parking. The apartments is in the centre, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but the apartments are located on a quiet street. We would like to emphasise the hospitality of the host. Constantly in touch with any questions. Regular cleaning with a change of linen. I recommend for accommodation in Akyaka. We were happy with everything.

Would have liked to stay longer but was unavailable due to other bookings. Beds really comfortable, good shower pressure. Nice balcony to sit on amd have tea. Location was perfect, just off main restaurant/shopping street and the beach / marina. Highly recommend

The host was very helpful and communication via WhatsApp was easy. Free parking space in the property. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. There is a big terrace with nice view. - Gina (6/5): Plenty of things that can be improved - Good location, just five minutes or so to the beach. Nice walk by the sea. FYI the main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are downstairs, the spare bedroom with two single beds was up the stairs. The photos look way more fancy than it is. Some of the crockery was dirty - eg the coffee maker had old coffee in it. The laundry machine is stuck behind stairs making it hard to use it. Wonky bed-side shelves - about a 10-20 degree angle making it unusable (see photo). Very thin walls - could hear the neighbouring guests too well. Bad WiFi - gone for half a day at a time. probably not be the property's fault though. The corridor always smelt like cigarette smoke. No drying towels in the kitchen, no spare toilet paper, no spare bin bags. Cleaners seemed to only come clean rooms when people left.

- Kadriye (10/5): Pleasant experience - I and my husband stayed in the first floor for 6 nights. The hotel manager was professional and the cleaning standards were satisfactory. The living area was quite and bright, the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom were clean and modern. Our recommendations for the hotel management: please install a lock on the apartment entry door, and replace the washing machine (old and rusty). If you are arriving in a car, please be aware that the parking space is only limited to 3 small or medium sized cars, as a larger car/SUV/van may not be able to squeeze into the parking space. Otherwise a great choice for couples or smaller families. Highly recommended.

Oturma odasındaki bazı detaylar da (yıpranmış halı, masa ve merdiven tabanı) tesisin kalitesine gölge düşürüyor. Yine de tesis 8-9 puanı rahatlıkla hakediyor.
