Guest Reviews
- Jennie (8/5): - The room is Small ,The staff is Nice .
- Joseph (8/5): - Staff very accommodating. Bar and restaurant on site. Netflix in room. Nice pool.
- Dean088 (4/5): A bit drab! - The hotel rates itself far higher than it demonstrates. The front of house are very helpful and friendly. The room was a decent size but looks cheap and the finishing is poor. We asked for an additional bottle of water for the room the second day which unusually they charge for as well as for ice. Very noisy traffic outside. The windows need soundproofing. All in all a bit drab
- Nielioan (8/5): antipolo's fine hotel - it was surprisingly a pleasant overnight stay. we checked in after dinner and left after breakfast.
this 3-star hotel along a major highway in antipolo city boasts of speedy wifi connection so their smart TV is youtube ready. too bad the air conditioning unit's swing feature has a kinda limited range so the coldness of the whole room was uneven.
there was a tiny single soap waiting for two guests in the toilet . such a minimalist hotel. refrigerator is missing.
when we headed out our room to have breakfast, the odour from the dried fish being fried from the downstairs kitchen was so strong it drowned the fresh scent of our cologne. tough luck.
- Ignacio (10/5): - This was my second time and it’s my go to place
- joel (8/5): - I hope they will continue good service and cleanliness to the hotel
- Catherine (10/5): - Love this no
- pierrepY3134JV (2/5): Overprice Hotel - Vacation ❘ Family
The staff at the reception are really friendly and professional. However, the staff at the bistro should be more respectful. One waiter knocked on our room door at 12:30 a.m. because they had forgotten to make us sign a receipt for the food we had consumed earlier at the bistro.
We had to order room service for our dinner as the bistro had too long a waiting time before we could get a table. The food we ordered in our room could have been served on a plate instead of in takeout packaging.
We ordered a "Poutine," which is a traditional Canadian dish, but it didn’t taste like real "Poutine"—it was just fries, gravy, and cheese.
This hotel is not worth the price you pay. I'm not sure what other people find so special about this hotel.
Also the hotel is not sound proof as it's beside the road and you can hear everything from outside
- joanner380 (10/5): Always nice to be back for our 5 week yearly vacation!! - This hotel caters to top service and nothing else. Butlers on every floor, a concierge at your disposal. Communicate with watsup with them all day and night long. Good exceptional and 3rd floor Cavo Bar knows how to keep us dancing all night long!!
- Caesar (6/5): - need more maintenance
- Svein (6/5): - Behjelpelig og hyggelig personale i resepsjonen.
- joseph (10/5): - It was not what I expected but the hospitality was great
- Perry (4/5): - It may be the nicest hotel in the area, but that's not saying a lot. I payed about $130 US per night, but it is a $ 60 hotel.
- Hannah Mae (10/5): - The staff were very accommodating
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean place..comfy beds and pillows..big bathrooms. Great service.. felt welcome and at home. Thank you so much
- Elva (6/5): - I love the breakfast options. You have different items like meat, fish, eggs, sausage, bread, etc. That's only for breakfast. Their Bistro is always full with customers in line. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The room is not so big but clean.
- Norman (8/5): - This property is in Antipolo which is about a hour drive from Manila. The rating is based on the general area and what it has to offer.
Service was good and staff were nice.
Breakfast buffet was convenient and nice with offering like pizza, rice, noodles, chicken and beef, pancakes, french toast, fruits, baked goods, coffee and juice.
The rooms are on smaller side but air conditioner worked good and shower was nice with good water pressure. The bed was really comfortable with good sheets and blankets. The noise from the street is audible at least from the rooms facing that way. The tv doesn’t have local channels but they offer free nexflix.
Free wifi included.
The location is almost across the street from the mall but i took the tuk tuk (for 50 pesos) to the Robinson Place Mall. Try eating at Romeo’s at night they have a live band.
Night time the restaurant bar downstairs is bumping with live music, drinks and good food choices.
- J3817HNsalvatoref (8/5): Will stay again, good experience. - The staff is great, food is very good, location is accessible to everything in Antipolo. We will come back. In comparison, you may find even better places, more quiet, and/or cheaper further out of the city, but you'll need a car or driver anytime you leave that hotel to go anywhere. LeBlanc has a great advantage over those.
- Ignacio (10/5): Le Blanc Hotel stay - The hotel has a great feel inside, it is beautiful. The pool is wonderful plus gym. We ate at their restaurant “Bistro” and the food was delicious in the outside seating. I can’t say enough about. I had been wanting to stay there since 2022. As for the staff you just cannot beat the hospitality from every employee.
- Verified traveler (10/5): great food - The place is convenient
it has its own restaurant and the breakfast was very delicious
- Joel (10/5): - Great host. Excellent location. Make sure to take the day tour of the local sights.
- gracebM3716FZ (10/5): Superb experience - We stayed here last February 23-24 with my family. From the time of our arrival, we were welcomed warmly. From the guard, waiter, bellman, receptionist, chef, housekeeping, etc. in short, EVERYONE who works there mastered hospitality which some hotels lack so much even if they are in the hospitality management industry. Moving on to their accommodation, it is also so good given their price range. You will get what you paid for. Everything is very clean. When it comes to their food I am also in awe of how everything we tried on the menu is so so so good! The ambiance plus good food will make you go back especially to escape from stressful day-to-day life in the city. It is just a few hours away from the city so it's another plus point.
So if you are looking for a quick staycation to ease the stress, Le Blanc is the one for you!
- patrickmW2257DP (2/5): 3 nights of hell - I reviewed this hotel in other platform but was never posted. This is a wedding venue hotel although the actual celebration is done across the street. The hotel other property. The bad thing about it was the wedding entourage stayed in the hotel. After my wife and I traveled for 21 hours by plane we checked in to this hotel at around 5:00 PM. I booked the hotel through Agoda because of decent reviews and no other hotel to my liking based on booking and agoda reviews. I would say that was the biggest mistake in my part. Normally I weigh more of foreigners review's than local reviews (I am not saying that I don’t think the local reviews are not worth reading) however, what is good for the locals may not be good for the foreign tourists. I upgraded my room and paid around 174 USD in top of @ 160 USD that I paid in Agoda. The room was huge but dated. The tile floors were loose and there were no sound proofing at all. I can hear the sound of vehicles passing by. At around 11:30 PM my wife and I went to sleep but only to be awakened at 1:30 AM by the noise from the next room. Waited for 30 minutes before calling the front desk but the noise just got louder. I finally called the front desk and I was told that security would be there. Well after 10 minutes the noise went away however after 30 minutes there she goes again. At that point my wife and I couldn’t sleep anymore. I heard the conversation about the wedding, what make up was available, dress after the wedding and in top of it they were doing videos. The noise did not go away until 7:00 AM, the wedding entourage went down to the ceremony. I brought my complaint to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The second and third night were no relief , different inconsiderate wedding entourage and obnoxious people. The hotel has laundry lists of policy but not enforced at all including congregation and noise. I was relieved when I checked out. If there’s any other hotel close by, I would have checked out after the first night. To the hotel credit, breakfast was decent.
- Jocelyn (6/5): Charging a fee for extra towel and toilet paper! - Friendly staff and rooms were clean. Bathroom needs to be updated. They charge a fee to get an extra towel and toilet paper. They provided only 1 bath towel and a small roll of toilet paper. By morning we were out!
- Jocelyn (6/5): Disappointed in the Toiletries - Unit was clean but was charging a fee to get an extra towel and toilet paper. They only gave a bath towel...no hand or face towel. Toilet paper was a small roll so by the morning we didn't have any left and would charge us to get another roll. We had to request for hangers and a hair dryer. No stand for our luggage so we had to place it on the floor. Breakfast were almost the same for the 8 days I stayed. I gave it a 3 because the staff were friendly and the rooms are clean.
- duranjimmy933 (10/5): Unforgettable experience at Leblanc Hotel - Unforgettable experience, Foods are great, very generous servings. The staffs and Management are very helpful, that made our stay extra special. Rooms are clean and the air conditioning is very good. Yes, they have Netflix for more Movie options, the Internet connection is stable. My would give them a rate of 10/10.
- torreskim16 (10/5): Wonderful Experience at Leblanc Hotel and Resort - My first time to stay at the LeBlanc hotel, and definitely not the last. Planning to visit again this coming holy week. The rooms were great and super comfortable, I love that they have Netflix and high speed internet.
Had a great dinner at The Bistro by Leblanc, we ordered 3 cheese pizza and truffle mushroom pizza, brown butter salmon, balsamic pork belly adobo, roast chicken, roast beef and Leblanc Salad. They have wide variety of excellent and flavorful foods. The Live Acoustic performance made the night extra special.
Highly Recommended!!!
- rbardaje (10/5): Great place to stay - One of the best hotels near Metro Manila, the rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained with Netflix in the room and stable WIFI internet connection.
The foods at The Bistro by Leblanc are excellent specially the Pizzas, Bacon Slab, Roast Beef, Salmon and their special Sapin sapin. They also have wide selection of Breads and Pastries for your afternoon snacks. Kids enjoyed at the pool area. Our overall experience in Leblanc Hotel and Resort is very excellent, we will definitely recommend this place to our Friends and Relatives and for sure we will stay here again soon for another relaxing and enjoyable Foodtrip and Vacation.
- ameliabB3314RR (10/5): 50th Anniversary - Visited this resort to celebrate our 50th anniversary wedding with sister and her husband. What an experience. Myself and husband will never forget. Our butlers Francisca, Salvador and Monserrat made our stay unforgettable. They took care of all of our reservations and paid attention to every detail. Our room was turned into a wonderland with lots of rose petals, hot tub champagne, fruits and cheese platter.
Also the Blanc internalional resraurant staff was amazing.. Especially Dulce, Gilbero and captain Carlos. Also at the Sea food restaurant we encountered a great staff. They consisted of Anayeli Salazar and Eduardo Pimenta. They exemplify what great customer service is all about. The
entire staff from house keeping Yadi and everyone that we encountered made our visit extremely special. I will definitely return to this resort. I loved the food and drinks. Again thanks for a great experience.
- Ron (4/5): - Rooms very small. No refrigerator. One table and chair at pool very uninviting. Needed a “pool card” to use the pool get a towel. Needed a ticket for included breakfast. Everything was regimented. Not comfortable at all. Staff was great!
- FranzmanFLIM (8/5): If you / your wife's giving birth in Clinica Antipolo Hospital, then STAY HERE. - Yes, my wife was 40 weeks pregnant and we decided to stay here and wait since she was already showing signs of labor.
Hospital was just a few minutes car ride and would lessen my panic sessions significantly (we are from Manila and it could take us around 2 hours to beat the traffic).
The staff really took care of us and made sure the place was safe for me, my wife and unborn child (that time).
Such a waste for not being able to experience the full amenities but we will definitely be back someday.
- Ma Fatima (2/5): - It was worst! CR is so dirty and moldy. Hair everywhere in the room.
Front desk unfriendly
Price too expensive
Service is very poor
Staff will rush you to check out and will ring you very 15 mins
- purplepinay (4/5): Lots to be improved - I feel sorry for Antipolo if this is supposed to be the best hotel in the city. The location is convenient and easy to get to. It’s odd though that the front desk is in the geographic back of the hotel. Counter-instinctive. The front desk staff is on the new side—having a not-so-easy time explaining what they need to explain. There is a security deposit (expected), but they accept only cash. No credit card or e-wallet possible (what year is this—2003?)
We ordered coffee and pastries at the lobby cafe and had to pay cash after eating. We could not sign for it or charge it against the room. When all other hotels in the metro (a mere 30 minute drive away) accept cash, cards and e-payments, this felt so last century.
There is no complimentary water in the room. You have to call and ask them to give you water. You have to BUY plastic utensils if you want to eat anything in the room. 25 bucks per set of plastic fork-spoon-knife. There were 2 glasses in the room but zero glasses in the bathroom. There were only 2 bath towels and zero face towels or hand towels. The toilet paper is the cheapest that one can find in the city.
The staff, while very polite, are not very helpful. I did not have help loading and unloading things from the car. I suspect they will only help if your vehicle is right in front of the door. I was parked right across the front door and didn’t get any help. I’m strong enough to carry my own bags, but it would’ve been nice to get an offer for help.
The food is ok, not great…but filling. Coffee is so-so. They hide the Splenda. One should ask for it; it is not readily available.
Most of the hotel’s clients are wedding groups. Management should think of ways of making it better. It didn’t feel like the staff really cared about the clients…just as long as the clients paid. The only time I’ll stay here again is when I have no other choice.
- HOSHINO (4/5): - ホテル内のスリッパは無くエアコンも故障していた。
- Hideki (8/5): - NETFLIXが観れた、ロビンソンに近い。プールはしょぼい。悪い部屋では無いが、格に比べて料金が高く感じた
- Liza (8/5): - Only issue was it’s close enough to the road you hear all the vehicles passing by throughout the night!
- ManFromTheEast (6/5): Just an option - It could be one of the better hotels in the area but ... 1) the façade seems better than the interior; 2) soundproofing, or lack thereof, will make for a not so sound sleep; 3) bathroom missed out on some basics, like, hand towel, tissue paper holder must have been an afterthought given its imperfect spot, did I say no hair dryer; 4) elevator issues; and, 5) roaches at the dining area - on the side of the wall, corner table area.
The good and their saving grace: 1) breakfast buffet, even a la carte is good; 2) friendly and attentive staff; 3) reliability of internet; and, 4) pit stop for bikers
Some concerns can easily be rectified; however, the interior is another thing - shabby contractor/finishing. Modern gone wrong.
If you are looking for just a place to spend the night for an event, the place is still an option.
- Thenunags (10/5): Perfect place for Workation near Metro Manila with superb cuisine and pastries 🤎 - One of the best hotels with a great breakfast buffet. I like the paintings around the hotel. The hotel is also best for workation because of its high speed internet ( I love to work at the lobby). The Bistro by LeBlanc cuisine is superb especially the Bacon Slab. Bistro Cafe is an absolute pastry paradise.
- 807danilol (2/5): Stay Away from this Hotel - I would have given them a 0 if there is one. Staff are very courteous but that is the only good comment I can give. First let’s start with the room. We got a “Junior Suite” rm# 209. Why it was called a suite? Maybe because it was bigger than the shoe box that they call Deluxe room. No local channels and if you want to watch tv, you have to use your own account and log in on Netflix or youtube. No local channels available. Nest, don’t take a shower if you don’t want to suffer a slip and fall. The shower floor is very slippery and it floods! No its not because it’s clogged, I realized that the drain is higher than the rest of the shower floor so the water would overflow to the toilet area. And speaking of showering, don’t use their towels to wipe your face after washing because if God forbids you smear left over make up on the towel, they will tell you that they cannot use it anymore and so you’ll have to pay Php 800 for it! Your only consolation is, they will let you take home the old towel, of course they now have money to buy 2 new towels! The room walls are also paper thin that you can hear people talking outside your room, tricycles and other vehicular noise because it’s right next to a busy street and even the roosters crowing next door. Oh, I forgot to tell you that they will also move you to another room while you are away without informing you. Here’s what happened.our niece who was getting married, booked the hotel for us and apparently the “junior suite” was only available for 1 night and we have to transfer to another room the next day. That would have been alright if they have informed us when we checked in that we need to check out the next day and move to another room. They know fully well that it was not our niece who will be staying there yet they did not informed us about that information when we checked in. They claim that they called my niece when she was in the bridal car on the way to the wedding that they have to move us to another deluxe room. And of course what else could go wrong? They know fully well that there are 3 people who was staying in the previous room because they made us write down the names of the occupants, right? Guess what, they moved us to a room with only 1 (one) bed! They tried to remedy the situation by saying they will set up another bed but the room where they moved us to is so small that the only way they can set up another bed is if it is standing vertically. Has we known upon check in that we can only ise the room for 2 night, we would have moved to another hotel or at least got 2 deluxe rooms instead of 1. Oh BTW, they don’t have a night manager on duty, and if there is any problem, don’t worry the poor staff that the reception who will tell you “I am sorry” and the guard who will tell you to “please have a seat” are the only ones you will have to deal with.
- Allan Frederick (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in Rizal. The pool is nice and the the entire property are very clean. The Bistro restaurant downstairs is fantastic. I especially liked the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely book this property for any future visits to Antipolo.
- christineangelao4 (2/5): Overpriced Hotel - Stayed here for a friend's wedding. To say that this hotel is a three star hotel is very misleading, accompanied by the room types listed. I would have expected that paying almost Php 6,000 per night for a 40 sqm "Junior Suite" would have atleast entailed the inclusion of basic amenities such as a mini fridge and blowdryer. We had two small bottles of complimentary water but was able to get additional ones upon request.
The room was very clean with basic furniture and fixtures. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets and pillowcases were crumpled, hopefully its because they just came out of the laundry. The sound proofing is the worst - you can literally hear the vehicles passing by and the people dining downstairs with clarity. Best to stay at the highest floor (hopefully that helps eliminate the noise a little bit).
The staff tries their best which is great.
I think over-all, its overpriced for the product. Best to set realistic expectations when booking.
- 743patd (6/5): Lunch - I ordered ice mocha latte and roast beef.
The roast beef had lots of whole peppercorns. The beef is tender but nothing special. Not sure who eats wholr peppercorns but I don't, so not sure why there's a lot on the plate. Iced mocha was good but not something I will crave and buy again. A little bit pricey for the taste of the food.
- nkosits (10/5): Another great visit - Just a quick note to recognize Alberto at Yama! He is truly the best! Every visit he goes above and beyond! He is a standout and makes us feel like we are coming home!
The food was amazing as always. Over order, it’s worth it!
- chloesV918DF (6/5): Stayed with my family - We stayed here for the wedding of my cousin. The place is nice and comfortable. They have a wide variety of food for the breakfast and the servers were so accommodating.
The only downside is that the room is a bit small and you can hear the male staffs exchanging curse words so I suggest you don't stay with your kids at the lobby.
Overall, we enjoy our stay and hope we can stay here again just to relax.
- PatEspiritu (8/5): Quite Amusing - The hotel is well-maintained, it’s clean and the rooms are spacious. The beddings are nice. We had food delivered so I’d say you don’t pay a fee to bring them in. The pool is of average size and it’s fine. The hotel is full of paintings so it’s quite amusing. Staff were courteous. Open-air parking space. We enjoyed staying here.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not bad; but not so good. - The room is so small. No space to move around. Very limited amenities. No place for photoshoot. I thought we could walk around the resort and take photos; sit down and enjoy scenery. But the resort is not connected to hotel.
Not reasonable for the price we paid.
- Jed Maynard (10/5): Superb Cleanliness - The Hotel and Frontdesk is superb but needs improvement on the service
- Gemma (8/5): - Good value of money. Location wasn’t that great but free wifi and neflix was a BIG plus!
- M (8/5): Family Wedding - Very pleasant hotel and friendly staff
- Mark (8/5): Antipolo accommodation - In an area where accommodation of any quality is hard to find the hotel was a pleasant find
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Convenient location the only thing I would change would be the hot water in the shower never got hot like most of the place
- Verified traveler (8/5): Short stay in fine. - We have only stayed for a day. Our room was on 2/F. It’s close to the main road. Noisy at night when cars/ motor cycles passed by. The food in the restaurant was nice though.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff are pleasant, quite, clean facility & most important the food talagang pinoy food sarap 😋😋😋it was a wonderful place to stay & God bless the facility...
- DESMOND (6/5): Le Blanc hotel and very white hotel - There were good things and bad.
The hotel facilities were clean and the security excellent.
Le Blanc, everything was white and it felt very sterile like staying in a hospital.
The pool area was clean.
The big downside for me was the noise my wife a local was fine with it but if you are a country boy like me and western take some ear plugs.
The breakfast was ok but it did not start till 6.30 not six.
I had to turn the shower heater up but that wasn’t a problem.
The room safe was a joke as it wasn’t bolted down which was a concern.
The room was small but fit for purpose.
You can walk to Robinson’s Mal which is less than ten minutes away.
Would I stay there again, yes but only for a night or two.
It is ideal if staying for a wedding in the cathedral and for a couple of nights
- Verified traveler (8/5): Housekeeping - Hotel was nice. Near robinsons mall. The staff failed to clean my room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Flott hotell med glimrende service - Bra rom og bad. Glimrende service.
Bra svømmebasseng for voksne og barn.
Nytt og renslig.
- Melvyn Thobias (4/5): A hotel to forget - The bad feeling I got after I booked this hotel started when I called the Gold Rewards team to request an early check-in with the hotel. They were told in no uncertain terms that check-in is only allowed from 2pm onwards. When I reached the property at 12.30pm, I again asked if I could check-in early as I made a request. The answer was again no. I asked if there were rooms available but the standard answer was “check-in only after 2pm”. There was no sitting area or waiting area as the hotel was undergoing major renovation & the lobby was closed off with screens. No welcome drink, no cold towel & no coincearge to keep my bags.
The Junior Suite room was spacious & in an all white colour scheme...actually the entire hotel is in all white. It has a strange set-up in a sense the telephone is not next to the bed but rather beside the television. There is no mini bar nor coffee or tea provided. The room safe is not secured to the wall, it can be carried out easily.
After taking a short shower the entire bathroom was flooded. And the sound of drilling & hammering was non-stop. We called for the manager who apologized but offered us a room two doors away. In the morning we went down for breakfast & ordered from the very limited menu selection. It’s 5 local food with some fruits. And on 2 of the 5 mornings half of the breakfast items were not available.
It’s a nice hotel but don’t expect much service or speed. Also they only have 1 iron & 1 ironing board in the hotel.
- Darius (8/5): Clean and very good location as shops nearby. - Located close by to Robinson's Shopping Centre and the Antipolo Public Market. But it is also not easy to find as it is off the Sumulong Highway in a small off street. Hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. It took me awhile to find it after asking locals there on a taxi. Staff are very nice and helpful too. Checking in was fast and efficient too. And I think a Room Service Food Menu will be good too. As this hotel does not have one.
- Krish (8/5): Nice hotel near Robinsons Antipolo. - I like the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Some rooms have problems with the piping systems in the comfort rooms. Our room's electronic door lock was in low battery mode so we had to ask the front desk to open up the door for us every time we want to come in and out of our room.
- jaya (10/5): Super nöjd - Supertrevliga personal som uppgraderade rummet. Kall mat på frukost buffén men vi fick varm mat på engång när vi klagade.
Jätte trevlig receptionist. Bra läge.
- Krish (8/5): Nice Hotel near Robinson's Antipolo - The hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Fast service.
- neil (2/5): Hotel at the back of a public market - My stay at Le Blanc hotel in antipolo is a bad experience for me. You will have a hard time looking for it coz its at the back of the public market. The hotel parking is for small vehicles only coz when parking is full, you will have a hard time parking. You cannot bring food inside the hotel, especially those that smells so you have to dine with them or just go out. When going to the mall, you have pass by the market to get to Robinsons. At night, you need to bring your car to the mall coz its too dark to pass at the public market.
No cable in the room, only local channels. Front office staff doesn't know what to tell to guest. They said they can issue an OR for a specific transaction, when i check out, they said the can't.
