- Verified traveler (6/5): Not getting what you paid for - They never posted my first review guess I was keeping it to real .”ANYWAY”I loved the view it was nice we Were able to watch the sunset and rise cool . What I wasn’t satisfied with is the filthiness of the condo it was a bag of tampons underneath the bathroom sink. The AC didn’t work so we were left hot and sticky a very uncomfortable feeling when it’s over 90 degrees outside called and complain they told us to use the box fan they had sitting in the closet the fan was dirty ,black dirt was blowing out and that ain’t do the job we were miserable all night it was unbelievable . The head board was dirty dresser falling apart none of the 3 TV’s worked so the kids were left to stare at the walls curtains in the living room cut as if someone took scissors and went across it. The peak hole had tissue stuck in it. It was handprints on the wall. The couch cushion has stains on it. The kitchen chair was on their last leg we sat on the patio Chairs just to be safe .the sliding patio doors in living room don’t open so you have to walk into the master bedroom just to go onto the patio. The carpet needed to be replaced had rips the lil hardwood floor that they did t have was sticking up out the floor we had to make sure when we walking on that part that we were very careful . The bedding / covers had burned holes and the condo Reek of cigarettes smoke as if somebody just sit there and smoke all day. Overall, being in Myrtle Beach was awesome are stay wasn’t so Pleasant . - Heather (6/5): - Fridge & freezer didn’t work our entire stay! I called a tech to come out part won’t be in til Monday! Told me to get ice and they would reimburse me for what I spent on ice- & they said they had no where else to put me! CRAZY TO ME!! Found a roach crawling across the floor! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING‼️ There was old popcorn under the bed and a Gatorade bottle under the bed. This place was never cleaned!! Sheets had brown on them! Like they were used and never changed! The drains to the tub don’t drain well at all!! Ohhh and cable that’s a joke all you get is the news channel!! And the wifi that sucks too! Dont expect to get your work done if your trying to work because you’ll just get kicked out and lose connection!! It also had a weird smell to it I had to buy aerosol! Water was also coming out of the AC vent and dripping on us when we walked under it!! My family has allergies really bad we couldn’t breathe in here! There must be mold in here! Probably in the ac unit idk! We are also allergic to roaches- do your research- you can be allergic to roaches- we have gotten allergy tested!

Black mold in the on all ceiling. The central air wasn’t working. And running water because water would not turned off completely. Moved to another property at night.It was a little better. TV didn’t work. No came to fix the tv issue. customers service manager had no people skills. Very rude. I would never stay at the property ever again and will tell my friends and family.

When we got to the condo the keys that were given to us in the envelope did not work, 3 different people tried. We were then sent to another condo in a different location, not to my taste. The gentleman who handled me was not the kindest and a little rude.

The front desk people were terrible always said they call back and never did. I was told I would get compensated and never did not a call about it. I would not recommend that place at all!

- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid if you can - The condo was cramped, dirty, and rundown and had malfunctioning TV remotes and excessively loud HVAC units. (We had to turn them off to sleep.) The front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful. (The girl did not know where the property was and did not advise about the overfill parking lot.) I felt unwelcome by the Beach Vacations management company - the only thing they seem to want was more money. (They charged additional fees once we arrived - the Hotels.com fee was not sufficient.) The location on the beach was the only positive about this experience.

To top it off the bathroom had pee all over the floor. My son slipped and fell in it. Unacceptable I do not feel that I should have to pay full price for rental.

The extra fee to use the pool which is listed as an included amenities, the security deposit was not listed before hand which should be when paying, leaving the cleaning of the room up to the guest is tacky, unprofessional and unclean.

A underwear under the bed. Ctackers behind the recliner. Also did not like that when we were out someone enter to the property and leave sheets and towel on the table. Overal was ok.

Upon entering, the room still had dirty bed, used towels strown about, no TP, discusting toilet, used dishes. Front desk had already closed for the night. Absolutely, unprofessional experience.

- Casey R. (2/5): - This property was highly disappointing. It was Very outdated with wood panels coming off the walls and a mold smell all around the place. The kitchen was so disgusting with top rusted stove hot plates, broken beds and gross comforter and mattresses. There’s plenty more and I have pictures to support this. The AC unit vents in each room looked like they have never been dusted as you can see dust and black mold particles blowing out of it. I brought my 4 month old and all he did was cough the entire time we were there. We honestly wanted to stay outside of the place majority of the time because of this and all the other gross elements of the place. I hope the owners get to read this and help with improvements as I would hate for another family to go through this, paying premium rates too. Our entire family got sick on this trip, we assume it’s from the mold coming through the AC. I personally would be embarrassed if I was the owners of this property.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - This particular property is located right on the beach. You walk out the back and you are at the beach. You do have a view of the beach. The cons are that this property is advertised as handicapped accessible which it is not. There is no elevator. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had three flights of steps. The condo was advertised to have 3 beds which it did not. It is a two bedroom with 2 beds and no pull out couches, etc.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great Location, quiet. Not much help from the property itself - all of the units are privately owned so it's more of a community where people live full time as opposed to a vacation resort. With that being said, as long as you know that upfront the stay is excellent.

When booking there were specific bed configurations (1 king, 2 twins, 1 fold-out queen or 2 doubles, 2 twins, 1 fold out). They were completely separate options. We did not get what we chose. Master had 2 doubles. Not super comfy for 2 adults who usually sleep on a king. Husband and I ended up sleeping separately our whole trip. Double checked the amenities, said there would be a blow dryer, didn't bring mine there wasn't one. Judging from list of amenities thought there would be in unit laundry. Nope. Never actually found the laundry room. The blinds were absolute crap, missing tons of blinds, if you enjoy only changing in the bathroom and waking up with the sun no problem. If you usually change clothes in your bedroom and like to sleep past 6:30 AM it is not ideal. The beds were very saggy and uncomfortable. There was a lot of random art, junk, a lamp under beds and in drawers. There was a horder closet with stuff piled like 5 feet high. Gave me the creeps. There was some useful stuff like beach chairs and boogy boards. There was a small pantry in the kitchen very helpful for a family of 5 on a 7 day trip. But there was some food in it when we arrived and the shelves were sticky. We still enjoyed our trip, but will not book this place again. Our room was at the Brigadune.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Oceanfront screened in balcony was beautiful. The condo is olde with outdated furnishings. It was dusty, muggy and uncomfortable. Kitchen has updated refrigerator but all ither appliances are older. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets were dirty. Showers need updates. Only 2 TVs for a 3 bedroom condo. Not satisfied.

- Chris (8/5): Not as Advertised, Super Customer Service - This is a rental company with units at various properties. I called the office 3X before my arrival date attempting to verify the location of my rental and only received the general location on the 3rd attempt. Check in is at their main office on N. Kings Hwy and Joey was very helpful in this process. Upon arrival at our rental, we quickly determined it was not as advertised on Hotels.com (no ocean view , no W/D). Very disappointing. We returned to the company office and, thankfully, Joey was extremely accommodating under the circumstances and upgraded my family to an O.F. unit at another location. I was very impressed with his Customer Services skills and authentic concern for our satisfaction. He went above and beyond in a manner that doesn't occur often anymore. Thanks to Joey we had a wonderful stay in the O. F. unit. Other rental companies should recruit him as he possesses the desire and willingness to serve his customers in the correct manner. I probably would not rent through this company again due to the improperly advertised unit, but thanks to Joey what began as a disappointment had a very pleasant ending.
