- Ross (6/5): Elderly beware! - No elevator! We had to carry our suitcases up a rather steep staircase. Fortunately, one of the maintenance crew volunteered to help. While ironing a pair of white pants, black residue from previous usage of the iron stained the material. Ruined!

Had request for service on the door and no one showed up. Another day the house keeper emptied the waste basket and laid some towels on the sink. Then left. No cleaning.

However, it had an "old hotel" odor that was very noticable, especially in my room. This was a big turn off. No continental breakfast, but you do get a five dollar coupon that can be used at the restaurant in the facility. Otherwise, it was nice.

Coffee was ready in the morning when I was heading out the door. The sweet waitress even went and got real cream for my coffee. Which I truly appreciated!!!
