• Verified traveler (8/5): - Burada dördüncü kalışım son kalışlarıma göre daha iyi bi hizmet aldım ancak otelin yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Maalesef su kaynaklı duvar ve kapılarda aşınma var. Klozette kireçten epey kirlenmiş. Bir de yaz akşamları aşağıdaki düğün salonundan çok ses geliyor.
• Irfan (4/5): - Hiç memnun kalmadık, hiç temiz değildi odanın her yeri toz içindeydi , banyo ve tuvalet kötüydü, yerde saçlar vardı. Kahvaltı fena değildi. Ulaşım için yeri iyiydi.
• Melek (2/5): Oda kokuyordu - Bütün oda kokuyordu. Kanalizasyon kokusuyla uyumaya çalıştık. İğrenç bir denetim sistemi. Odalarını kontrol etmiyorlar mı?

Alkol yok, dışarıdan da getiremediler. Sıfır memnuniyet anlayışı. Kapıların kilitleri asla güven oluşturmadı. Sifon da bir çalışıyor bir çalışmıyor vaziyette, kliması sorunlu. Özetle otel tam bir fiyaskoydu. Asla ödenen fiyatı haketmiyor, parayı sokağa atsam içim daha rahat olurdu. Tek iyi tarafı sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi.

• Mehmet (2/5): - Havlular perdeler herşey ile sigara kokusu sinmiş örtülerde sigara yanığı var kahvaltı dışında çok kötü bir deneyimdi parasını kesinlikle haketmiyor
• Tidesin (4/5): Not worth the Money - This hotel is not what you expect it is in the middle of an Industrial estate there is no where to walk to it comprises of a couple of floors which contain mediocre rooms which are very tired. & not particularly clean. The bathroom has bad plumbing problems with terrible smell coming from the toilet, no kettle in the room , no ironing facilities in the room, safe did not work room overlooking a wedding party area which had loud noise at night. Would not recommend.

• 561sel_uky (4/5): Sharing my experience with OstimPark - We had a guest visiting from another country, and while he was maybe happy with the hotel and its services, I, as the one arranging the accommodation, had some concerns. The payment method of the hotel left much to be desired. Normally, when you check in, you pay a small amount upfront and settle the rest upon checking out. However, the hotel staff insisted on multiple upfront payments, calling us each time to demand payment. This happened three or four times since our arrival, which was quite frustrating. One of his staying day , despite informing the resepsion in advance that our guest would being in late, I still received a call at 02.00 a.m (midnight) asking where our guest was staying. It seemed as though they suspected our guest had tried to escape or something. In my opinion, as a company representative working in the Ostim region, I cannot recommend this hotel. I cannot speak to the satisfaction of our guest, but based on my own experience, I would suggest considering other options.

I was not expecting much, but hotel was really smelly and carpets were dirty. Not terrible but it is better not to smell anything Staff was helpful one of the few hotel in the area, so you may not have chance to look for something better.

Bir tek dusakabinde koselerin temizligine biraz daha dikkat edilebilir ve de gece dibindeki pavyonlardan cok ses geliyor ki bu da binanin camlarinin ne kadar ince oldugunu gosteriyor bence. Yalitima biraz daha onem verilirse, cok daha iyi olur kanaatindeyim.
• Kerem (8/5): Dinlenmek ve rahat etmek çok zor... - Otel guzel, ancak Ostim Yönetim binası tarafındaki odalara hemen yan binadaki ucuzdu bir lokantadan aşırı yüksek seviyede müzik sesi geliyor, çok rahatsız edici, gece yarısına kadar da sürüyor, dinlenmek ve rahat etmek çok zor... Ayrıca otelde oda servisi de mevcut degil, bu da eksi puan bence...
• evrenname (6/5): Average hotel, needs to be managed - First of all I looked at people who ranked this hotel excellent at TripAdvisor. If I read comments I really care which seniority the reviewer has. All of them who ranked the hotel excellent or very good are new reviewers with 1 reviews. Senior or top contributors ranked it poor or average. I just spent 2 nights and it was not a nightmare but it was a bad hotel experience. The Hotel is on the 6th floor of a business plaza building, difficult to find it. Guys at reception are not professionals but are helpful. Rooms are OK but many things to criticise. The shower, sometimes very hot water, sometimes nearly cold. The heating in the room, the thermostat was not working and the room got hotter and hotter, overnight it was a nightmare and no way to turn it off, and you cannot open windows. Bed was comfortable and large. No alcohol at the hotel at all, even in minibars. If this hotel is a business hotel as management you have to mind it. After 9 pm, it's difficult to find anyone on streets or a decent pub nearby. It's a suburb of Ankara. The hotel is located at an industrial estate there is not too much choice of where to stay, eat, or drink. Unfortunately the hotel is not providing this as well. Breakfast was just OK, not so fresh or special but it's average and you can eat comfortably. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, but if you're busy or anything to do with Ostim or companies nearby you have to stay at this one or you have to face the rush hour traffic.

Fine bathroom Comfort: Comfortable, properly designed, newly furnished rooms without noise and disturbance Wi-fi: Functional, responds the need Check-in and personnel: Satisfactory Hotel is positioned on two floors of a business center. Might be challenging to find the location first time. Overall, advised for solo travellers for business trips.
• Rayoz (4/5): Glad it was only a week - I spent 5 nights here on business, booked by my Company in room 611. Saw the website and was duly impressed. No signs telling you the Hotel is on the 6th floor, but eventually found it. Check in was uneventful. Having travelled from 6am to around 9pm I thought a beer was a good idea, but no bar at the Hotel. The Receptionist, when asked, didn't know of a local Restaurant or Bar. There is a Restaurant 5 mins walk from the Hotel, its OK but be prepared to get ripped off. The mini bar in the room is full of non alcoholic drinks and expensive crisps and chocolate. The safe in the wardrobe was locked and took 4 days before I was able to use it, despite asking every morning if it could be unlocked. The shower, in the evening has very hot water, but by 6.30am it was a nearly warm shower or nothing. The heating in the room was on, the thermostat was not working and the room got hotter by the day, overnight the temperature was around 28 degrees and no way to turn it off, and not a window to open. Breakfast was OK, the orange juice is like orange coloured sugar water. A selection of meats and cheeses etc, but no fresh fruit. The room was clean always serviced nicely although not particularly well appointed The bathroom lighting is very poor, difficult to shave by, and I would imagine impossible for a woman to use to put on makeup [although I don't use it myself !] There is a 15 minute policy in place, whereby they guarantee if there is anything wrong with the room or breakfast it will be corrected in 15 minutes. It took 4 days to fix the wardrobe safe, the heating was never fixed and the warm shower was never fixed. So I see this as the 15 minute guarantee was a waste of printed paper. A colleague on the other side of the Hotel complained that the heating in his room wasn't working and it was unbelievably cold, this was not fixed in 6 days we were there. It should be a reasonable hotel, but they really haven't got it together. Located on an industrial estate there is no too much choice of where to eat, and anything, other than the one restaurant, is a taxi ride away, that's assuming you know where you are going and you speak enough Turkish for the taxi driver to understand you. Not really a place I would recommend staying at, and hopefully I will not have to stay there again.
• Sestehnj (4/5): Need for running-in - I spent 3 nights in this brand new hotel situated in the 6th and 7th floor of the building. It was not easy to find the reception. You have to know where the elevators in the house are and then go to the 6th floor. It is still not finished, for example there is no fitness center despite signs in the elevator Rooms are very good but there is only one English TV-channel No juices served at breakfast only coffee and tea. No brown bread seved only white or sweet. As far as I saw there was not any bar or food available in the evenings, I had to go across the street for dinner which, by the way, was ok. As an European visitor I also noticed the absent of wine and beer in the minibar
