- Madidimalo (5/5): Convenient and clean - The property's location is great. Getting around was very easy. The room was also very clean. The property was okay. Only disappointed by the A/C being switched off at night and the morning. Phalaborwa is a hot place so that was disappointing. Also, there's also no way of showering without water splashing over the room. With the heavy rains and hailstorms, perhaps carports would help put guests at ease when it rains.

CU is close to a lot amenities The room was a bit cramped, especially with an after thought bathroom that is essentially in the room. There was no privacy. Never seen a shower inside the bedroom before. EVER in my 57 years of life. Should cater for loadshedding, it was frustrating not having hot water for tea. It was a coldish weekend. Dinner was okay, could have been better. The menu looks vast but most of the foods are not catered for. Disappointing.

Room was very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. The interior was so beautiful. The bathroom was so neat and tidy. Most friendly staff and a big thanks receptionist for her warm friendly and caring attitude towards us. Our stay was so pleasant, we felt very safe. Definitely a highly recommendation to all my friends and work colleagues.

- Thomas (8/5): Excellent room with no water. - The room was spacious, modern, well equipped, very comfortable and extremely clean. The bed was huge and our sleep was excellent. Safe parking. The stoppers in the basins were too small, and the basins could not be filled with water. There was no water in the taps to bath/shower/wash at night, and calls to the emergency telephone numbers went unanswered. Apparently the security guard `forgot` to switch over to the JoJo tanks. Quality of the coffee supplied is terrible (Ricoffy), and single-ply toilet paper was in the bathroom.
