Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): Misleading Description - I have stayed in other facilities in the area which were very good, so I was disappointed in Miyashitaya. I was under the impression that the price included breakfast but it did not. There were no full sized bath towels provided, just the little Japanese onsen towel which is difficult to dry off with. There was no hair dryer in the public area to use.The room heaters are kerosene so you can't sleep with them on. In the cold months the rooms get extremely cold at night. It is close to the ski resort but we weren't there to ski so that was not a benefit to us.

- Lindell (10/5): Great Japanes Hospitality - Such a lovely family run hostel. Right by the ski lifts andso helpful. I wanted the japanese experience and this was totally it!! The bed fixed my back and sleeping issues. The point and speak book was super helpful as I had no Japanese language, and their English is limited. Despite the language barriers, we had great laughs and good relationship. So helpful going above and beyond expectations to help me. Fabulous.
