• MIKYONG (8/5): - 조식이 정말 맛있었고, 어른분들 모시고간 여행이라 레스토랑과 가장 가까운 위치에 숙소 정해주셔서 좋았습니다 찜질방 이용 시간에 대해 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 숙소 외에 다른곳 들렀다가 저녁식사까지 한 후 찜질방을 이용하기에는 9시 퇴실이 너무 촉박 했습니다. 그래서 찜질방 이용 포기를 하기도 했구요. 찜질방은 적어도 밤 12시까지는 오픈 해 주시는걸 한번 고려해 주세요

• 권식 (6/5): 시설, 가성비 만족 / 층간 소음 심각 - 가성비가 좋고 방 크기가 커서 가족이 묵기에는 좋았습니다. 취사를 하진 않았지만 다양하게 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 성화정 중식당 음식도 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장은 사우나 시설이 좀 노후 되고 위생상태가 만족스럽진 않았지만 수영장 자체는 수질 관리 등 만족 스러웠습니다. 연식이 좀 있다 보니 내부 가구 등이 좀 노후 된 면이 있지만 괜찮은 수준입니다. 다만 가장 큰 문제는 층간 소음입니다. 4박 5일동안 층간 소음에 시달렸습니다. 윗층에 투숙한 고객의 문제도 있겠지만 건물자체에 문제가 많아 보입니다. 윗층에서 걸어다니기만 해도 잠에서 깰 정도의 큰 소음이 유발되었고 안내데스크에 얘기 했지만 전혀 개선이 되지 않았습니다. 다른 부분이 아쉬운점이 없을 정도로 다 좋았지만 층간 소음 때문에 다시 선택하지는 않을것 같습니다. 탑층에 배정된다는 보장이 있으면 고려 할수는 있습니다.

• Hyunjin (3/5): 정말 다시는 오고싶지 않은 신화월드 - 패밀리 스위트 룸이라 방은 널찍하고 큰 편임. 리조트 내 건물이 엄청 많고 넓은 곳임. 레지던스형 빌라 건물이라 빌트인 드럼 세탁기가 있었는데 세탁기 배수가 안 되어서 많은 불편함이 있었다. 여행을 다녀오고 밤에 세탁기를 돌리기 탈수가 안 되어서 세탁기가 잠겨 안에 들어 있는 옷을 뺄 수가 없었다. 늦은 새벽에 수동으로 호스관에서 물을 빼고 나서야 잠금 기능이 풀리면서 옷을 뺄 수 있었다. 이런 점에 대해 미리 안내도 없었고 나중에 세탁기 때문에 굉장한 불편함을 겪었다고 이야기 했는데 죄송하다면서 과일을 보내주었다. 그런데 보내준 과일은 포도 한 알은 이미 상해서 흐물거린 것이었고, 애플망고는 익지도 않았고 씨가 너무 커서 우리가 먹을 수 있던 것은 껍질 밖에 없었다. 그리고 청사과는 엄청 셔서 먹을 수 없었다. 과일을 받은 것을 후회했다. 먹을 만한 것은 배 1개와 오렌지 1개 였다. 이런 상황에서 쥬스컵이 한 개 금이 가서 프론트 데스크에 알리니 우리에게 변상을 요구했다. 이렇게 큰 리조트에서, 4박이나 투숙을 했음에도 세탁기, 샤워실 배수구 상황이 문제가 있었음에도 우리에게 몇 천원도 안 하는 쥬스컵 변상을 요구했다는 점을 다른 여행객들이 참고하여 여행하시면 좋겠다.
• YOSHIHIRO (10/5): - ６年前に利用しており久しぶりに泊まりました。済州市から車で35分くらいの所にあり移動はもっぱらタクシーかレンタカーになります。近くに小規模の飲食店とコンビニがあります。この地区は神話ワールドで巨大なリゾートエリアになります。快適でした。

• Jusburger (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place for a vacation. Difficult to get buses, but I guess its a Seogwipo thing.
• Claudia (2/5): Very poor - The rooms were spacious. None of the bathrooms/kitchen sinks had any warm or hot water. They eventually sent an engineer to come and fix the situation but I’ve never had to request warm/hot water in a hotel and our plans were delayed because we could not wash up. The property is very large so everything is spread out. You need to drive to the pool, the front desk, the convenience store, any facility on the other hotels. They locked me out of my room prior to check out time. I typically am able to reach the front desk immediately but in this hotel, it can take up to 4-5 minutes of hold time to reach any staff on the phone. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for or expecting.

I don't understand this since they will clean the room anyway after we leave so why do we need to do this? There is no garbage chute within the apartment so we had to get out into the trash area. The apartment has no safe. Some of the dishes including the soups at the breakfast buffet was not kept warm/hot.

• KYUNGSUN (2/5): 청결상태직원대응 매우 불쾌함 - 체크인할때부터 만족하지못했는데 숙소 배정받은것또한 정말최악이었는데 기분좋은가족여행이라 참고 숙소에들어가서짐을풀고 가족들과 저녁식사후 돌아와 마스터룸에 티비를켜고 이불을덮으려한순간 중간시트부분에 정체모를 축축함과 차가운이물질.으~~세상천지.. 바로 전화하니까3명이와서는 시트를바꾸려고하자 나는 이곳에서 묵을수없다해서 방배정을 윗층으로받았는데..ㅋㅋ 이곳역시 시트에 그으름 참어이가없어서 또전화함 내몸이 여행중이어서 피곤해서 시트만바꾸고.잠을자고 담날여행. 다시숙소 들어와서 식탁위에 참~~와인과 과일이 올려져있었는데. 참기분더러웠다.과일또한 어디서 먹다남은과일을가져왔는지 싱싱함은간데없고 에휴~~ 다시는 여기 신화 서머셋은이용하지않음 또 신화월드자체을 이용하지않을거임 최악중에 최악숙소

• Sonia (10/5): - We enjoyed our family vacation very much. Our Villa accommodated the family of 5 very well with three rooms two baths that gave us the privacy among family members. It was easy access to local beaches and many museums. My daughter felt very safe running around the compounds and have beautiful landscapes. We would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and we would love to come back to same Villa.

• Moon (8/5): - 온돌방 침구는 매우 별로였음. 요가 너무 얇아서 바닥에 눕는것과 별반 다르지 않음. 침구 추가를 1박당 돈 받는 것도 별로임. 베겟잇이 지저분하게 얼룩이 있었는데 뒷면이라 하루 지나서 발견함. 그 외에는... 3가족이 적당히 취사하면서 함께 지낼 수 있는 숙소로는 괜츈한듯. 정말 주변에 뭐가 없어 신화월드를 열심히 이용하고 즐기지 않으면 숙박비가 아쉬울듯 함.(우리 가족이 그러했.... 그치만 리조트 시설을 잘 즐긴다면 2박정도 괜찮을 듯 함)

Found the lobby to be very crowded, when I got in the very long check in line, one of the staff member ask for my information, than entered into their info terminal, he stated I could choose to wait in line which was over a half hour to 40 minute wait, or return in an hour when the lines won’t be as bad. I chose to return in an hour, but my family wanted to wait indoors, so we returned to the lobby, we were allowed to check in at 4:00pm. I have never in all my travels around the world, have to wait over an hour to check in to my Hotel. The Hotel staff was pleasant, in most cases. Our room was very nice and clean, but we had a Substantial leak from the main rooms AC overflow. The Hotel wanted to relocate us, we decided to stay since we had already unpacked our clothes and stocked the kitchen. The leak was contained by the Hotel staff with buckets and towels. It was an acceptable compromise since the area involved was behind the living room furniture. The property had a lot of restaurants, with good accessibility, a convenience store close to our room. There was no contactless checkout, I had to go to the lobby to checkout, I needed to present my credit card so they could refund my deposit, a deposit I wasn’t expecting when checking in. We’re glad to move on to the next property,

• SANGEUN (10/5): 반려견과 가족과 함께 객실 이용 - 반려견과 함께 가족 여행을 왔는데, 전반적으로 반려견 어메니티에 많은 신경을 쓴 점과 강아지와 가족에 대한 환대가 인상적이었습니다. 다만 기본적인 커피 머신이나 녹차 티백과 같은 어메니티가 없어 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 또한, 반려견 전용 객실이 호텔 리셉션과 거리가 멀어 다소 불편했습니다.

• Siew Hoong (10/5): - The room was very new, spacious and comfortable for family of 6. Short walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and theme park. Many nearby attractions within short driving distance. Perfect for family with kids. Parking space beside the apartment is very limited after evening time, so may need to park at further parking lots when necessary. There may be some inconvenience as there is no specific space for loading and unloading of luggages when car park is full.
