- Juliana (8/5): Precisa melhorar - O dono e os funcionários são bastante legais, porém tive problema devido à desorganização. Um dia fiquei sem café da manhã, pois Carlos Eduardo (dono) avisou a sua funcionária para não fazer café, imaginando que eu e meu esposo iríamos embora bem cedo, porém nossas diárias eram de sábado a terça, e esse fato ocorreu na segunda, nao havia motivo para ir embora. Então tivemos que pagar um café da manhã em outro local, o que foi muito chato, principalmente porque ele nem nos comunicou para se desculpar ou oferecer outra alternativa para nós. Além disso, no dia da saída, precisamos sair da pousada um pouco antes das 7h da manhã, devido nosso voo no Aeroporto de Natal, mas nos deparamos com a pousada trancada e sem ninguém para abrir e encerrar nossa estadia. Por acaso, no momento em que pensávamos em pular o muro, vimos umas chaves em.um armador e uma delas abria um dos portões, o que foi nosso alívio. Outro pequeno problema foi a tv a cabo que estava com um problema causado por um imprevisto no dia anterior a nossa chegada, o que nao me incomodou muito, mas não foi consertado até o dia de irmos embora. No mais, se organizassem melhor essa parte do atendimento, a pousada seria ótima. Muito bem localizada. O café da manhã (quando nos foi servido) era bom, o preço é adequado ao que oferece no quarto e teria sido melhor se o dono estivesse mais presente para resolver esses problemas na hora.
