- Karl (6/5): - Das Bad war nicht ok. Zuerst brauchte es drei Versuche, den verstopften Abfluß am Handwaschbecken zu beheben. Das ausgetretene Schmutzwasser aus dem Abflußrohr wurde nicht aufgewischt. Wäre ein Gummiabzieher im Bad gewesen, hätte man es selbst abziehen können, aber der fehlte, Der Boden im Bad war nicht sauber und voller weißer Schlieren von Seifenrückständen. Das Personal war freundlich, aber mit der Behebung überfordert. Schade

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good value hotel - Our booking through Expedia turned out to be for two people when there was actually 2adults plus a child age 14. Mix up by Expedia. At check in we were allocated a room with facilities for disabled people to give us more space. The person on check in brought us a mattress and bedding for our grandson to sleep on. Not brilliant but the best solution in the circumstances as the hotel was full and no triple rooms available. The room backed on to the Chinese restaurant. Late at night the staff congregated at the back of the restaurant which was noisy. At 2:20am , 4am and 6:20am trolleys were heard trundling across the car park to dispose of rubbish in the bins or possibly people leaving the hotel to continue their journey. This disturbed us. Better sound insulation in the windows would be a great help. Breakfast was busy and ran out of spoons, plates and orange juice. Scrambled eggs cold. Good selection of fruit and yoghurts and pastries. Car parking good. Would stay again but ask for a quieter room. Good value hotel.

- Wolfgang (8/5): - Als Übernachtungshotel für die Reise und für den Preis sehr in Ordnung. Im Umfeld gibt es Restaurants, Bäckerei und Metzgerei.Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für Menschen mit Behinderung. Daher viel sowohl Zimmer als auch Bad für den Preis recht groß aus. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug.

Next door had a dog that barked sometimes but was hardly noticable. Breakfast was very acceptable and plenty of space. Overall was very happy with the hotel, will stay there again when needed.

Petit déjeuner dans la moyenne haute des 3 étoiles, c'est bien. On est dans une zone industrielle sans charme, mais on peut y manger et il y a des bornes électriques non loin.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very good - Second time we are staying here , just one night on the way to the south of France. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and quite. The gated car park is good. Breakfast is expensive for the selection you get so recommend to go to the bakery next door for fresh croissant and breads. Not much around for dining but as we arrived late this was not an issue for us. Highly recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Impec' - Les ACE Hôtels font visiblement partie d'une nouvelle chaîne d'Établissements installée en périphérie de grandes villes. Pour peu qu'il soit installé à côté d'un périph, la circulation est parfois dense mais ça n'empêche pas de bénéficier d'un calme parfait grâce à une isolation et un double vitrage impeccables. La literie est également très confortable et rien que pour ces deux critères, cet hôtel a répondu à mes exigences premières (calme et confort du dos). Un grand bureau permet également de travailler tranquillement. Mes collègues qui "petit-déjeunent" ont été apparemment satisfaits de ce côté-là. (Seul petit bémol : si vous n'avez pas eu le temps de dîner et que vous ne pouvez vous rendre en ville, les plats proposés vendus "à emporter" sont de qualité moyenne et ne peuvent pas se manger dans la salle de restauration mais en chambre. Si vous voulez éviter que votre chambre empeste le hachis parmentier, vous pouvez toujours rapatrier sur la boulangerie juste en face puisque cet hôtel se situe dans une zone commerciale ;-))

Rooms are spacious and recently renovated, shower spacious too which is rare in hotels, sound isolation seemed to be excellent as well as I didn't hear anything from other rooms. Staff friendly and accomodating. Bed a little bit soft to my taste but that's very personal.

However we would not have stayed a second night as because a nearby watchdog barked all night I had only one or two hours sleep . Not good before along drive the next day. the dog eventually stopped about 6.a.m. Such a shame to spoil the good staff efforts.

I never seen one like it but was very handy! We were walking distance to restaurants and felt safe walking down the street to them. I recommend O'Relais a very clean all you can eat buffet

It's situated outside of town, but has a couple of dining options within walking distance. Best to have a car. Staff at reception were very friendly and came to the room with a cot for our daughter within minutes. Very convenient hotel for our needs.
- Fleur (8/5): Returning guests.. says it all - We've stayed there before and thought it was excellent. We returned a week later, and really that says it all. The only negative is that you have to leave the hotel to find a restaurant for dinner. The Boucherie is quite close however it does not have a wide menu that caters for non meat-eaters. The single fish dish on the menu was not available and we had to leave to find somewhere else! It was the only negative aspect of our stay.
- Fleur (10/5): A great place to stay or break journey - Good sized room with sufficient space to put away clothes for the traveller who stays for more than a couple of days. Everything was clean. Staff were lovely, especially the young lady who checked us out. Had a small issue with the shower which became a bit slippery when wet. Hubby slipped and hurt himself a bit prompting me to not use the shower at all as I have a back injury. Would also have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room for an early cuppa before heading out. Liked it so much that we're staying again on our return journey!

- Andre (10/5): - the hotel is what you need when you need to rest on a long car journey, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and access to a strong free wifi. And in addition a person at the reception welcoming you with a large smile. My expectations were fulfilled!

The bed was comfortable, the room clean and the Wifi connection was reliable. The breakfast buffet at € 7.50 contained a limited choice of basic breakfast items. The hotel is situated outside of town. There was no source of noise, so the environment was quiet. Behind the hotel is a Chinese buffet restaurant of with a large choice of dishes of unimpressive quality. Other restaurants are in walking distance.

- Andy (10/5): Brilliant stopover - Welcoming staff, very comfortable bed, plenty of parking, air con (very necessary when the outdoor temperature is 42 degrees!) and reasonable price. Just bring a travel kettle if you want a hot drink in your room. Would certainly recommend!

Following a hot sleepless night find out there is air con but only switched on at the managers whim. What way is that to run a hotel? Where is the customer service? Very very disappointed. Otherwise hotel was good and staff were pleasant and helpful but if thats how the manager likes to look after guests won't be staying again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to crash and spacious enough for 2.5 - Arrived around 1130 at night and have a bright eyed and very helpful hostess in the lobby. The room is ready, clean and very comfortable. It was relatively spacious and fit the three of us well. It’s conveniently off the freeway so it’s a good place to stop when you’re on your way somewhere else. The morning breakfast was reasonable too, with all the usual things he would expect, chocolate bread, coffee, tasty juice from concentrate and a boil your own egg station.

Receptionist Emma just a lovely person with a great sense of humour. She made our stay. Ate one night at the Chinese Restaurant next door, buffet food with plenty of choices, my only niggle was that the food was in baine maries, and not really hot, just warm. Aldi within walking distance, beware they close earlier in France 1930 hours.

Better accommodation yet cheaper than similar hotels nearby so excellent value. Also it has 24 hour reception with friendly and helpful staff. There is locked parking and video surveillance system so it feels secure. There are family rooms available. A very nice and reasonable buffet breakfast is an option. Highly recommended.
