• Alyssa (4/5): Disappointed that advertised amenities were unavailable - The suite was a good size for our family. The breakfast is great. The pool was closed. The only reason we booked this stay was for the pool, we could have driven home or we could have gotten a cheaper hotel without a pool. We were told it would open in the morning and then it didn't and our stay was over. The room we were given had quite a bit of damage to the walls and carpet. We were worried the whole time we'd be blamed for the damage. (We took pictures upon arrival) The bed was pretty broken in feeling.

• Elizabeth (1/5): Our stay was very disappointing from start to finish. After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel and received no greeti - Our stay was very disappointing from start to finish. After a long drive, we arrived at the hotel and received no greeting from staff. The lobby was extremely dark, which made the first impression even worse. When we got to our room, it was far too small—there was barely any space to move around. We then discovered the microwave wasn’t working. After calling the front desk, we were told there was no maintenance available, so we had to pack up again and move to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own issues. The phone and coffee maker were both not working, and the front desk staff said there was nothing they could do at that moment. The bathtub also had no anti-slip mat, which is a basic safety feature. When I requested one, I was initially told they don’t provide them, but after insisting, the staff eventually brought one. The next day, we requested the phone be repaired, as we are visiting from Canada without roaming, and having a working room phone is important in case of emergencies. A maintenance staff member came but said he couldn’t fix it—there was no follow-up or apology from management. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining area was too small for the number of guests, resulting in long lines, and the food (especially the eggs) was soggy and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the carpets throughout the hotel smelled strongly of smoke, which made the overall environment very unpleasant. Overall, the lack of maintenance, poor customer service, and cleanliness issues made this a very frustrating stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

• Maria (10/5): A surprisingly excellent beginning to our cruise Vacation. - The shuttle from SeaTac and to surroundings was a definite plus. The drivers and the front desk employees were personable and helpful. The room was comfortable for 5 adults and the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options.

• Cheryl (5/5): I just expected a whole lot more for $350 a night. This is a very basic hotel but very clean. - It was very clean, and most of the staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was also the dining room and while trying to enjoy some quiet morning coffee, they were cleaning that area. We were not able to use the swimming pool because it was incredibly cold and small children were doing exactly as the signs said not to do. One of the breakfast ladies was pretty consistently unapproachable. Everything was nice and clean, but it was just not worth $350 a night.

• Maria Ria (6/5): Everything good except the elevator will take you 48k years for going up 5F and confusing. - out of all the hundreds of hotel and even Holiday Inn properties I have stayed at around the world. This elevator is the slowest and the most confusing slowest kind of irritating experience. I know your customers say that too and the right elevator does not work it with my key cards while the left is the elevator that brings us up but it would be faster to use the stairs than this turtle slow elevator not for business and not for people who are not feeling good. Terrible really. I will not return if this is the elevator experience all the others bed, toilet bath water pressure, space and buffet breakfast coffee are great except for the elevator. Kindly change as you will lose clients like us. Thanks so much! elevator so so so slow. Terrible pls change it.
• Rip (2/5): - They canceled my prepaid reservation as a no show. I had contacted them from my cruise ship earlier in the week why I purchased 2 nights but would only be staying for one night. I was told by their front desk person that it would not be a problem. When I arrived it was a problem. The general manager insisted she did nothing wrong.

After checking out, I noticed that I had left something behind, so I called them and asked them to keep it, but they readily agreed, and I was able to receive it from a different staff. There is nothing special, but if you want to raise it, it is a location. It would have been helpful if it was a little closer to the restaurant.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Modern, well equipped hotel near SeaTac airport - The location was convenient to the SeaTac airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. It included an in-room Keurig with Starbucks coffee. The free breakfast was also quite good. The hotel was right next to a river trail for jogging/walking/etc. It was also a short walk to a shopping mall with a food court, which was very handy for dinner. The elevator required the room key to go upstairs. Also the lights inside the hotel room needed the hotel key card to be inserted to work. I wondered about the safety of the surrounding area since the elevator wouldn't leave the ground level without key card access.

There is nothing more disgusting than accumulated debris under a nightstand or near the bed or in the bathroom behind the toilet— This place was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yay!
