- Priscilla (10/5): A gem of a place, next time I’m back, I’ll stay here again for sure! - Lovely place, I actually extended my stay from 3 days to 10 days. it is just on the beach so you get to hear and see the sea all day and night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is gorgeous and I actually have a hard time leaving the property is as it just feels so perfect. I was there with my dog and he was as welcomed. Perfect stay, what a gem! the mosquitos but that’s nobody’s fault!

- Vesela (8/5): Nice little bungalow on the beach - The beachfront location is unbeatable. The little garden just in front is very nice. Walking distance to few beautiful beaches. Great view from the veranda The size of the room / bungalow was very small . The nearby village has almost no shops / restaurants. Not. problem of the property but to be taken into consideration if you do not have a car. Car definately needed

- Alexandre (9/5): Un séjour magnifique dans un hôtel de très bonne qualité ! - Le confort des chambres, le service petit déjeuner, la literie était incroyable, le staff de l’hôtel très aimable Le seul bémol c’est les chambres qui manquent un peu d’insonorisation et donc on entend fort les bruits venant de l’extérieur.

Le confort des locations est parfait, il ne manque rien et c'est très propre. Petit complexe de 13 locations seulement à taille humaine ou règne la discrétion Le personnel est adorable et disponible. Bravo Absolument rien!

La plage à quelques pas, avec accès à un sentier de 4km qui mène à plusieurs autres plages tout aussi belles. Accueil fantastique avec suivi personnalisé tout au long du séjour. Et la propreté est 100%!!! Nous recommanderons sans hésiter à tout le monde qui désire aller en Martinique. Merci à Charlotte, Carine et Colette pour un séjour Magnifique!!!

We would advise other people to stay here especially for the closeness to the beach, facilities, to dining options. Do bring mosquito repellant because the entire island is full of them. The entire property is gorgeous with amazing gardens full of tropical plants and flowers.

- Amy (10/5): - Brise Marine was perfectly located in the southern part of Martinique, where the snorkeling is amazing. The bungalos was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were delicious and caringly delivered to our front porch, which had a view of the water. We swam and snorkeled right from the beach at Brise Marine. The people who work there were very helpful. It's an easy walk into the charming town of St Luce, where there was live music by the pier. We would definitely stay again.

Aménagement intérieur sympatique Par contre pas de contrôle du bruit le soir donc certains voisins peuvent déranger très tard...

It’s a small property and they walk around a lot to mingle with guests and mak - it is located a 5-minute walk from Sainte Luce and has a beach directly in front. It’s very clean and well-maintained. Maintenance was there every day checking things. The staff were wonderful from check-in to check-out. Providing soap and shampoo would be helpful but otherwise no complaints. We knew ahead of time and brought our own.

- Mayla (8/5): Cozy and comfortable stay in a wonderful island, amazing for nature lovers! - The location is just perfect for who likes to chill! A very quiet area; the apartment faces a nicely maintained garden, which is right in front of a small and cozy beach facing a rather flat ocean, wonderful for swimming. The apartment has all one needs for a couple of weeks, the mattress was quite comfortable, the pillows were ok. Towels and bedsheet were provided and changed regularly, which was super nice, except they were often stained and/or slightly torn/flawed. The space inside is limited but it would have been nice to have a small sitting area as sitting is only possible outside in the smaller apartment, which is inconvenient when one wants to stay away from heavy rain (there is a roof, but it does not help enough when it gets windy), heat, or mosquitoes.

- David (8/5): Un petit coin paradisiaque - Un cadre magnifique clôturé avec la plage à 10 secondes. La résidence propose des masques, tubas, palmes, kayak. Le village est à 5 minutes à pieds avec une ribambelle de restaurants les pieds dans le sable. Je recommande le lieu.
- Samir (9/5): A rustic, beachy residence with really friendly staff and perfectly located. A great place to stay. - Location is fantastic in terms of being literally next to the sea and also in terms of where it is positioned on the island. If you have a car it's easy to get anywhere on the island within 0.5-1.5 hours. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only thing was that our apartment was next to the road which did get a little loud at times in the morning. It wasn't really a huge issue, but was a bit if you were looking for a significant lie in ! Also, although the apartment was perfectly comfortable, it's a rustic place next to the sea so don't expect super high end finish inside! Having said that, for us, that was definitely part of the charm.

- Stephen (8/5): - Fantastic location and such friendly staff, really a great place to stay. Near enough to town whilst being beachside, quite unique!! Our only real issue was that on the website and booking form it states “daily housekeeping” which initially did not happen until we had questioned several times. At one point we were told that only one toilet roll would be supplied for a seven day stay and that rooms were normally only serviced every eight days? I should add that this was resolved but only after showing the details on the hotel website. There is also a service offered for “free shopping delivery” which is also unavailable, so maybe should not be on the website? Please do not let my comments though put you off staying here as it really is a splendid local hotel close to a great beach and character small town!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec la plage, le cadre. Par contre, la climatisation coupée la journée, c est un peu moyen et le dernier jour nous n avons pas été informé qu il y avait pour cause de travaux coupure d eau et d électricité!

- Jeannine (6/5): Pas très cher pour la situation mais... - Bungalow bien placé sur une plage de sable, belle vue, accueil agréable. Intérieur du bungalow vétuste, douche étroite gros ventre s’abstenir lavabos fendu, porte serviettes brinquebalant, ameublement vieillot et sans charme, les petites décos au mur ne rattrapent ces lacunes.

- Michel (10/5): Accueillant - Pour les amoureux de la nature. (la ballade pedestre le long de la cote est charmante de crique en crique) Ambiance familiale discrète et particulièrement accueillante. Un bon niveau de confort et d'équipements. On aurait aimé un lit en 160. Si vous craignez la chaleur, il est préférable de bien vérifier les conditions d'utilisation de la climatisation.

- Christine (10/5): Excellent séjour d'une semaine en famille - Bel endroit où tout est fait pour faciliter la vie des vacanciers. Petite marche le soir pour ralier de bons restaurants locaux (Pura Vida et Casa Coco).

- Ken (10/5): Great location and sea view. Felt really welcome - From arrival amd the rest of our stay, the owner Christophe and his wife Karine make you feel really welcome. They are proud of their hotel and we understand why. Great sea view, cosy studio (number 10 is great) and nice location with only 5 min. walk to the small local town. They were always helpfull. Thanks to their recommendations we saw fantastic places on the island. Especially you should go to Asne Dufour to see and swim with the turtles. Also the beach “Les Asnes-d’Arlet” is great for snorkling (swim to the small rocks om the right side of the famous bridge and you will see many different fish)

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit (mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge). Empfehlung: Kleines Mietauto für Exkursionen zu wundervollen Stränden; Wanderungen; etc..
