- John (8/5): Decent place, I'd return - Nice enough place, very good positioning, simple room, very nice reception staff, breakfast staff so-so - they don't seem to want you to stay beyond 30mins, breakfast was good though.
- So Yeon (10/5): Great location and staff! - We ended up staying here for a snowboarding trip and the customer service was welcoming and exceptionally helpful! A good location being a walk away from the main bus terminal and centre of the village. Our room was near the road so got a bit noisy with drunks at night/morning but the walk to the ski field was only 10 mins away so it was also very convenient. The hotel just requires a facelift...
- Verified traveler (8/5): Central Location in Nozawaonsen Village - Schi Heil is fairly basic standard small Japanese room. Uber clean and conveniently located but nothing special. English spoken and very helpful staff. Can book a taxi/tour bus in the lobby...in fact the Nozawa Liner bus is run out of this place.
