• Alojz (10/5): Nice and convinient located app near ski lifts - Very clean, perfectly located near Mottolino cable car. Well equipped for self catering. Great ski depo with heated ski boots holders, accesible by elevator. Check.in procedure should be more convenient (need to drive for it to other location).

• Alex (7/5): - The property is in a prime location, right next to Mottolino, a bus stop, and a bakery/restaurant. There’s also a nice ski room. The apartment is spacious as well. There’s no parking available on the property; you’ll need to park at the public lot. Additionally, the utilities should be replaced. The teflon pans are severely scratched! The apartment is also very dry and dark (not much natural light)

• Andrew (9/5): Great location for exploring the MTB trails of Livigno. - Ideal location near the centre of town, close to lifts and restaurants. Secure garage for bike parking. Good amount of space for family of 5 or 6. No view from the apartment and whilst we were lucky to get a parking space outside - this isn't always guaranteed.

• Branislav (3/5): Disappointing and highly recommended to avoid this rental. Livigno is perfect place for a holiday. - It is at good location, not far drom Mottolino gondola. There is no room service, no towel replacement, the bedsheets are replacable at 50 eur cost. Furniture is very old, the holes on the walls are hiddend under the cheap paintings, the bed in the living room is dirty as a hell, the curtaines have not been washed since the day one, very poor or no heating, the floor is covered by tiles that are cold, no simple glass for tooth brash in the bathroom, no soap available, the pillows are hard as a stone. Many times asked to turn on heating that has not happened. Thermoregulator located in the bathroom is out of function and the owner is controlling temp from some other place. One morning, tap water in the bathroom was brown for a long time. They are taking a deposit of 150 euros to civer damage, the question is what can get broken in this old apartment. The space is dark during daytime and the lighting is very poor. Only one wardrobe available, another one in the bedroom was packed with extra pillows and blankets. A lot of black swithes for lights provided around, but they are filled with covers,i.e. maska for not used spots, very unconvinient. There was no parking place available as provided in description for this rental. In general, we had no choice for renting in short term and paid a lot of money for nothing. Very dissapointing and not recommended even the place is at excellent location. My recommendation is to avoid this place untill the owner improves the quality.
• Itsgabyagius (7/5): Good - The location was quite good, close to Mottolino chairlift but about 10-15 minutes away from the village. One of the two apartments we booked was comfortable and spacious. The second apartment was so small, not renovated in the same way and so much smaller than it looked in the photos. The accommodation was the first I stayed at that did not provide any body wash/soap, so when we arrived at 10pm after a long day of travelling we could not even shower. We also did not appreciate that we had to check in at a hotel over a km away and then walk to the apartment. A lady waited for us there and I still do not understand why we could not check in with her and we're made to walk around at night
• Jolene (7/5): Messy check in. Bad staff, but great location - Location was great right beside the mottolino lift and a bus stop close by. Apartment was clean, big enough for 5 people and maybe one on the couch if needed, warm, rooms are dark but the living room/ kitchen has a proper window. The staff were not great at all, first they make you check in online with passport and everything of all guests detail, then you go half an hour walk or have to get a bus to check in at a different hotel (to show them your passport) so the online thing is pointless. Then back up to the actual place but the lady who gives you the keys complains if you take too long getting back to the apartment, (2 buses didn’t show up) and even though she left us waiting outside knocking for 20 minutes. Then when we got in one of the rooms was not made up because she presumed we wouldn’t need a room each so didn’t bother making the bed. (We booked for 5 people, they thought we only booked for 3 even tho we confirmed by email for 5) she gave me spare sheets and we made the bed ourselves. This was all very annoying how unnecessary and unorganised!. but once we got sorted it was okay. Then the day we checked out the cleaner tried to come in at 8.30am while we were getting ready to leave. She then knocked at 8.45am asking how long we would take to leave (check out wasn’t until 9am) I told her in 10 or 15 minutes and she sighed at me and gave me an annoyed look. Any interaction with the staff just left a sour taste in our mouths they were so rude and unbothered. They say double beds (they are just singles pushed together) and they could do with leaving stuff in the apartment like olive oil or spices to cook with the place is swept clean I’d say the cleaner takes home whatever guests leave behind. If I went again I’d probably look for another apartment in the same area.

• Zuzana (10/5): Perfect place just a few steps from slopes! - Lovely apartment with perfect location just a few steps from Mottolino gondola. Many restaurant and cafe options near by. Overall very good deal for the price. Definitelly one of the best places to stay in Livigno! The equipment of the apartment is a little bit dated but still in a good condition. Pillows are quite hard so not suitable for everybody. There is no soap or detergent, but we come here repeatedly so it is not a problem for us as we bring our own.
• Edward (7/5): Generally, a comfortable stopover for 2 nights once the check-in issues were sorted - One of our flats was extra spacious; the cycle parking space was excellent, the bedrooms were comfortable as were the sitting areas; really handy for daily fresh bread and a friendly pizzeria across the road. No bread board in one of the flats, rooms not cleaned until 6.30 pm so unable to enter premises until done; hotel i/c the chalet was up a long hill - made us cycle up after a long day to show them all our passports before they gave us the keys when we could have done this by vehicle with a bit of planning.
