• Sze Chin (7/5): Not bad choice - Good location, many places to shop nearby, although there are some dislikes below, they are not very important, some hotel staff are friendly and helpful, room is kept clean too There is a slight foul smell in the room, toilet bowl water spray does not work very well, breakfast should include tea and some cookies or cake and not only bread and coffee every day, pillow not sturdy enough

• Nicolas (8/5): Très bon hôtel proche de la station Hakata, au calme. - Proche de la station Hakata, très bien placé et tout à disposition, la chambre était un peu trop chaude pour nous mais à part ça, c'était un très bon lieu de repos après les journées de vadrouille. Le petit déjeuner était sous forme de buffet, avec du choix, l'endroit est chaleureux :)

• Desiree (10/5): Simple, clean and relaxing. - The Hotel is 4 minutes from the Train Station. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast is a simple affair, but it will set you up for the morning. I personally recommend the pottage soup. There is a small library where you can sit and read or just quietly relax. The staff is very professional and helpful.

They answered questions about the local attractions, cuisine, and businesses. They were also helpful when I needed another room at the last minute, and help me figure out a way to clean popcorn crumbs out of my suitcase after an attempted souvenir packaging failed Breakfast was a little unimpressive. I would have paid extra for a better selection. Beverage selection was good, but the food was bread only.

• MAEMOTO (9/5): ホテルの浴室で思った事 - 新幹線に近かった事 入浴の番号を忘れたらすぐ対応してもらった 携帯のコードが壊れて困っていたらすぐ貸してもらった 6時前チェックアウトでもパンを用意してもらった。 韓国の方はかけ湯無くいきなり浴槽にはマナーの違いに驚いた。 浴槽の湯の温度がぬるめで温まれなかった。
