• Frank (8/5): Ein gelungener Urlaub in Italien mit herrlichem Ambiente - Die Anlage war sehr sauber und die Außenanlagen gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig. Die Aussichten in die Berge sehr schön. Die Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet. Wenn man vorhat, eher Essen zu gehen als selbst zu kochen ist dies voll in Ordnung. Wer mit einem Gasherd keine Erfahrungen hat wird sich etwas schwer tun.

Tolle Liegewiese im Olivenhain mit Pool und Whirlpool, Aussengrill, vielen Sonnenliegen. Garagenstellplatz im Preis inbegriffen. Wohnung mit Küche, hell, sauber und Blick in die Berge. Brötchen können bestellt werden. Getränke, Eis, u stehen zur Verfügung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Nichts.
• Marinela Nicoleta (9/5): Personal muy amable, espero poder volver - Personal muy amable,se nota que hacen todo con cariño. Nos explicaron todo muy bien, nos ayudaron en todo lo posible. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. La zona de la piscina es preciosa, tienen una zona de merendero y barbacoa estupenda. El apartamento estaba un poco anticuado por dentro y la tapicería del sofá cama necesita un repaso. Aún así todo es perfectamente funcional y no duermes encima de la tapicería sino en el colchón debajo del sofá que estaba ok.

• Manuel (7/5): Preis Leistung ist gut. Abzüge für Ausstattung. - Pool, Garten und Jacuzzi sind sehr schön. Wir hatten Apartment Nr.4, ist für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (7 und 3) ausreichend groß. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Schlafsofa muss täglich aufgeklappt umd wieder weggeräumt werden, damit genug Platz für den Tisch bleibt.

• Max (10/5): Schöne Anlage mit Garten und Pool - Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen Garten- und Poolbereich, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Das Personal ist super nett. Man kann die schönen Ecken des Gardasees sehr schnell erreichen. Unsere Wohnung war etwas spärlich eingerichtet. Eine Kommode mehr, hätte uns etwas mehr Raum für Ordnung gegeben. Leider sind die Wohnungen sehr hellhörig.

After not finding the remote and going to the desk , I realised it costs 10€ to use the aircon . Never heard of such thing before … The bedroom had no tv which is basic.

Easy to reach by car, close to lake and in general very nice location on the lake Garda to go visit nearby towns and villages. In close proximity a lot of shops including supermarket, restaurants and cafes. The stuff is very nice. The apartment complex is very authentic. Price/quality very good. Cool playground for kids and picnic area. Some things in our apartment were a bit too old and need to be replaced in my opinion. The water regulation in the shower wasn't very good, some sockets weren't working properly. We didn't get any soap, only a small dishwashing liquid and shower gel. Also not enough toilet paper and the towels weren't changed the whole stay (we were told we only get them for the whole stay).

• Anastasia (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, about 10 minutes to walk to the lake, there are some restaurants and wineries nearby. The gardenyard is very nice, we enjoyed the swimpool . The apartament is for 2 or maximum 3 persons. We were 4 (2 children) and it was small for us, the second bed was in the kitchen and very uncomfortable.

• Dikla (4/5): not good - Terrible service and beyond with a receptionist who knows how to smile but not beyond. We paid for heating €10 per day. The heating did not work the first night. After checking we found out that it was on 19.5 the whole first day we were there. (The receptionist charged money for it) The water in the hot tub was cold. During the technician's examination, he refused to put his hand in the water. and relied on what he saw on the screen that read 29 degrees. We asked to vacate the day before and get a refund. But the clerk only proved us and even insulted us. that we are the only guests who complain ): It was difficult to pass the hours after a difficult conversation with the woman from the reception Of course we left the day before, without looking back.
