- Thomas (9/5): - The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of Seoul Station, with an easy check in at the nearby GS25. The single room on the 3rd floor has access to the rooftop. The stairs are a little steep, so take caution especially if going to the third floor.

In 5 Nächten Aufenthalt hatte ich wechselnde Nachbarn, manche waren bis 03:00 Uhr morgens aktiv und laut. Wegen der dünnen Wände habe ich wenig geschlafen.

- Alina (10/5): Отличное соотношение цена\качество, близко к вокзалу - Нам предоставили вместо двух номеров, 2 двухкомнатные квартиры (в каждой собственная кухня и 2 спальни с двухспальными кроватями). Кровати были очень удобные. На кухне была плита, чайник, микроволновка, холодильник и стиральная машина. В одной из квартир неприятно пахло канализацией, но когда начали пользоваться водой и проветрили, запах исчез. В здании с квартирами расположен продуктовый магазин, где надо регистрироваться при заезде у продавца. И основное здание и дополнительное находятся в 10 минутах пешком от вокзала Сеула, так что в отель очень удобно добираться. Вайфай работал хорошо. Ваная комната очень компактная с душем над раковиной, как часто бывает в Корее. Рядом с отелем есть несколько ресторанов.

Fontaine eau et plusieurs petits électroménagers à disposition. Système de changement de serviettes très bien. Peut-être proposer de la lessive ? Car difficile d'en trouver pour un lavage... Ou alors, c'est déjà possible et nous n'avons pas fait attention. Bouilloire cassée dans notre chambre mais c'est un détail. Toilettes salle de bain étroite mais ça va !

- Anais (8/5): - L'emplacement Nous n'avons pas eu le logement demandé (2 lits doubles et 2 lits simples). A la place nous avons eu 1 lit double et 3 lits simples. Nous étions 4, le 4e lit n'était pas fait. L'hôte m'a fait payer 60 euros pour les draps du 4e lit, en me disant que sinon on pouvait dormir à 2 dans le lit double. Juste une petite marmite 2 personnes et 1 poêle pour faire la cuisine. La porte d'entrée dans la résidence fait beaucoup de bruit.

- Janolla (7/5): Basic, simple guesthouse/hostel to stay in- easy access to Seoul Station. - Location of guesthouse was very good as we were needing easy access to AREX and ITX trains for journeys going beyond Seoul. Whilst it seemed to be located in an older area of Seoul, we did like the fact that it wasn't in a touristy area which we preferred. There is no reception at the hostel, rather you have to check in at the GS25 convenience store just around the corner of where the hostel is. Considering we stayed for probably way longer than the usual duration of other guests, we got a change of towels about 4 days into our stay which was a lovely gesture. Expected the bathroom to be small and the usual size for Korean standards, however it was awkward trying to wash your hair in such a small space. Being a guesthouse it is not a hotel, so if you are expecting hotel standard facilities then best to look elsewhere. However, if you are OK with guesthouse type facilities then this place is fine. We did stay on the ground floor with the room right next to the entrance door so it was abit noisy as other guests came and went during the night. Can't comment on the rooms in upper levels but the stairs we did see leading up were quite steep. Only one of the air con units in our room was working- the lack of instructions meant it was tricky to try and figure out how to use the sole functioning one, so having instructions for their use would have been more helpful.

Appartement équipé d’une machine à laver et d’un frigo Pour le personnel, je n’ai vu personne hormis le 1er jour au GS 25 ou l’on va s'inscrire et récupérer les documents. ATTENTION: Illusion est dit dans l'annonce *guesthousse en RDC" ERREUR, il y a 3 étages sans ascenseur. Si vous avez des grosses valises cela peut-être difficile de les monter. Moi j’ai galèrer.

- Kok Kiang (5/5): Frustrated check in - Very near to the Seoul station 1. Gave a wrong message for check in. As we are arriving late , owner asked not to worry, he will put up the check in instruction at the main door. But found out that he didn’t did this way . Message through Booking.com but no response. So frustrated at midnight. 2. Not accessible by phone, number is outdated 3. Owner mentioned that the wifi password is on the Tv area, but not found. End out found a number on another table , at another corner of the house, this number is without any indication. Found out to be the wifi password. 4. No check out instruction was given, have to ask .

- Maria (9/5): - Stayed in a double room for one night. The room is very clean and has all the necessities. The check in was very easy (we did after the check in time by taking the instructiona from the nearby GS25) and the communication with the host was very easy via booking. The matresses are really good. Our room was on the second floor (no alevator). The room was warm and enough space for small luggages. Very good quality for the value of money. I would stay again There is a short of smell in the room that comes from outside from the window of the toilet (kind of humid smell) but it doesn stay long - it was only when we entered the room, as the batchroom ventilation helped to take it out.

- Alexis (5/5): The locations is great however there was mold all over our shower, extra pillows cost 10,000 won. - The location was really great, it was within a 5-minute walk to Seoul Station. The stay was decently prices as well. Check in was at the GS25 gas station which was interesting. The bathrooms were covered in mold because there was no fan/vent for the shower steam to escape through. Also, I requested an additional pillow, and I would have had to pay 10,000 won per pillow. We could not find the AC remote, so the room became very stuffy, and my friend's sinuses were flaring, which we assume was due to the mold.

The absence/prohibition of using the heater makes the room really cold, especially in february. Also, the room (which was on the 3rd floor) had a really bad smell (it smelt like sewer drain) that did not disappear within the two days of staying in the guesthouse.

- Patricia (8/5): Muy recomendable - Ubicación super cercana a la estación de tren donde se pueden coger metro, buses o trenes a otras ciudades , también se puede ir dando un agradable paseo a Myendong, el check in es super cómodo las camas muy cómodas y el apartamento correcto con microondas, lavadora... El precio fue muy bueno para ser Seúl como 65 eur la triple así que no podemos pedir más Es pequeñito y que no haya ducha separada aunque creo que esto es algo general en Corea .

- Leah (4/5): Not what was advertised - Close to Seoul station This property is advertised online as a 3-star hotel, but in reality it feels much closer to a hostel or budget guesthouse. The photos and description did not accurately represent the accommodations or overall experience. The rooms and common areas are very basic, with minimal amenities and little attention to comfort or upkeep. The layout, noise levels, and overall atmosphere are more consistent with shared or transient lodging rather than a hotel stay. If you are expecting standard hotel services, privacy, or comfort, you may be disappointed. This place may work for travelers looking for the cheapest possible option and who don’t mind hostel-like conditions, but it should be marketed honestly so guests can make informed decisions. Transparency would go a long way in setting appropriate expectations.
- Pearce (9/5): Nice place to stay for a few nights, that is extremely close to the train station. - The lady who runs the place is really friendly. For the size of the space, it comfortably hosts a large number of people, and the kitchenette is an added bonus of being able to store, prepare and reheat food. The accommodation is very close to the train station. We took a taxi upon arrival, and the taxi obviously takes a slighter longer route, however on foot, the accommodation is less than 5 minutes away from the station. If you exit the station, not from the main entrance, but from the level just one floor from there, it puts you at the back entrance of the station, and from there you only have to cross the road to get to the R Guesthouse. I would definitely book again to stay.

- LINSIN (6/5): - 對於一早要搭KTX來說，地點很方便。房間打開2個28吋行李箱是沒問題的，也有洗衣機、餐具可以使用，水壓也很夠。 房間密碼函是直接釘在大門外的板子上，隨便一個路人進去都可以拿到，安全性堪憂… 浴室很小；我們有填寫衛生紙與毛巾需求，但完全沒有被處理，也找不到staff可以領取 可以接受垃圾要自己分類，但請提供新的垃圾袋吧!!!

- KAYO (8/5): 都心空港ターミナル利用者におすすめ - ソウル駅都心空港ターミナルを利用するため1番近い15番出口の近くこの宿を利用しました。 少し細い道には入りますが、駅から近くこの価格は助かります。 室内に日本でいう1人暮らし用くらいの冷蔵庫があるので、冷凍のものも入ります。 キッチンは都内の一人暮らしのキッチンより立派なものがついています。 シャワーはトイレと併設なのでそこだけは難点。1泊くらいな我慢できるけど。
- Chong-Yu (10/5): 地點超方便趕車 - 離首爾站非常近，超方便趕去機場。 床鋪也很好睡，很舒適。 房間大小至少可以打開一個完整行李箱，以利整理行李。 浴室太小，洗澡很容易把衛生紙沖到還有垃圾桶，可能要先拿起來比較好。

- NSNAL (9/5): Guesthouse située à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Séoul. Parfait pour une étape. - L'emplacement est idéal si vous avez un KTX ou l'AREX à prendre de bonne heure ! Facile à trouver, accès autonome si vous arrivez tard. Les instructions (avec photos) étaient claires. La chambre avec espace cuisine indépendant et salle de bain privative correspondaient à ce dont nous avions besoin pour une nuit (de passage). Les lits étaient confortables. Des superettes à proximité. Des restaurants également. Rien à signaler. Tout était très bien.

- KYOKO (8/5): リーズナブルなお値段で便利な場所でした - ソウル駅から近く、バス停もかなり近い 使わなかったがキッチンや洗濯機も完備 空きコンセントがたくさんある お湯がたっぷり出る フロントでの貴重品預かりがあるとこのサイトに書いてあるのに、現地では無いと言われたのが1番困った 2階の部屋への階段が急で狭いので、重いスーツケースを持っての上がり下りはかなり危険 205はトイレとシャワーが非常に近く、気をつけないと水浸しになるが、使い終わったバスタオルで拭くしか手段がなく衛生的に問題 203は離れているので大丈夫そうだった

- SHINOBU (7/5): トランジットには最適です！ - トランジットで利用。出発が朝だったので空港鉄道に近い場所を選び正解でした。今回は1泊でしたが、部屋も広く、キッチン、洗濯機もあり連泊もOKと感じました。希望していたシングルベッド2つの部屋もアレンジしてもらいゆっくり寝ることが出来ました。 シャワーとトイレの区分けが無いためシャワー使うとびしゃびしゃになります。
- Xiaocheng (1/5): - Nothing, integrity is the first quality of a good hotel/guesthouse - getting what's expected. Was very surprised to hear that the owner would randomly assign rooms without any guarantee for number of beds. Came expecting what's offered in the pictures, and only got 1 bed for 2 guests. Hotel number was not even reachable during check-in hours (before 10 PM). When they replied the next day, they simply said, "Hello, the description refers to the room, which could be 2 twin beds, 1 full bed, or a bunk bed! If not specified, then we will assign the room upon availability" This is my first time going to great lengths to write a review, just to let people know how terrible this arrangement is. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
- Meow Eng (8/5): Convenient location - Have booked 2 different unit, one has kitchen with dining table which is very convenient for small group and family. The other unit although also has two bedroom, it has no door, it does caused inconvenient The other unit has only a small basin, forget about cooking, not practical. Utensil provided are very limited, enjoy holidays, don’t cook.
