В отеле бассейны с мощнейшей целебной водой, есть классный русскоязычный массажист. Вполне умеренные цены в ресторане и магазинах внутри. Очень рекомендую! Пара человек с неискренним сервисом. Но это мелочи.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Umarım geri gelmem - Öncelikle ailemi evlilik yıldönümleri için gönderdim sağolsunlar ilettiğim notu dikkate almışlar. Fakat konamaklamayla ilgili tek iyi şey odanın temizliği ve manzarası oldu. Geri kalan hizmet, kahvaltı, akşam yemeği çok kötü seviyede. Kahvaltı için bir çay bardağı bile yok porselen fincanlarda servis ediyorlar(Çayın memleketi Rizede). Termal havuzun su sıcaklığı düşüktü insanlar normal havuz gibi içerisinde yüzüyorlardı. Özet geçmek gerekirse gecelik ücreti bu kadar yüksek olan bir yerden daha kaliteli bir hizmet beklerdim. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyorum ve önermiyorum. Ek olarak Türkçe konuşan çalışanı resepsiyon dışında bulmanız zor :)

Room furniture is very old and the bed pillows are not comfortable. No iron for clothes is available even upon request. They don’t provide paper tissues in the room like clinex. The hot spring pool not clean.

The most supportive thing is that there is alot of staff understanding arabic which is the perfect communication. In addition, the catering is below the expectation and options are limited. Any beverages other than water needs payment including fresh juices and drinks.

- Mustafa (3/5): Overpriced - Swimming pool Few choices of food in the buffet in the breakfast and dinner, room doesnt have AC/heating vent, my room was hot so i had to open the balcony window which was LOUD from water flow sound. Overall its overpriced for nothing, it should be no more than $100 at the peak time of the year.

The staff is friendly, the sulfuric pool is unforgettable, and the magical view of the river and green mountains, I recommend this beautiful resort for all. The variety of food, most of the dishes are repeated every day for breakfast and dinner, however, the taste is good.
