Marc (8/5): A great place to stay. - The location is superb; close to the centre but very quiet. The staff were superb and very responsive. We felt it needed a little more TLC. The main light was hanging down and the shower leaked onto the floor unless used with great care.

Monika (9/5): - Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren sehr gut. zzgl war Gastgeber äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer da wann man ihn brauchte. Etwas wofür der Gastgeber nur bedingt etwas kann. Die Gäste von Saalbach im allgemeinen sind Partygäste, denen das Apres Ski wichtiger ist als das Skifahren. Alkohol führt leider zu sehr lauten und rücksichtslosen Zimmernachbarn. Das Bett hätte etwas weicher sein können.

Breakfast was very good, including nice fruit salad, some vegetables, good eggs, ... Location was perfect, staff very helpful, sauna was very welcome. The lighting at the kitchen was not sufficient. The price including different fees was much higher than advertised on Booking.com.

Carsten (8/5): Preis-/Leistung sehr gut, unzufrieden mit Umgang in der Zentrale zur Parkplatz-Thematik. - Das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl direkt am Eingang. Das hängt aber auch davon ab, wie lautstark die Gäste sind. Das Frühstück war gut und umfänglich. Der Manager vor Ort, Constantin, ist sehr freundlich und liebt es, Gästen einen guten Service anzubieten! Es wurde ein Parkplatz berechnet (EUR 20,- pro Tag), obwohl ich keinen Parkplatz benötigt habe. Dies sollte vorab mit Hotel geklärt werden!

Petra (4/5): Immer wieder gerne nach Hinterglemm, aber nie wieder im Hotel Valeria. 😔 - Zentrale Lage Sehr hellhörig! Man hört jeden Schritt von oberem Nachbarn und wenn jemand auf dem Holzbalkon spaziert, kracht alles! Besonders in der Nacht ist es sehr störend. Letzter Abend war unvergesslich! Laut Rezeptionist, arabische Gäste sind angereist. Spät am Abend haben sie das ganze Zimmer umgeräumt, über eine Stunde Stühle und Möbeln herumgeschoben. Am nächsten Tag von 5:00 bis 6:00 Uhr laut gesungen (Gebet), bei offenem Fenster, dann bis 7:00 Uhr wieder Stühle und Möbeln herumgeschoben. Der Rezeptionist hat auch alles mitbekommen, aber nichts gemacht. (Er nächtigt im Erdgeschoss) Unausgeschlafen sollten wir nach Hause fahren.

We also received a Joker Card, which was valid in many places. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and everything prepared for making tea. We would definitely come back again! :) There was nothing we didn’t like, everything was great.

Ruud (7/5): Oud appartement, maar vriendelijk personeel en geweldige locatie. - Locatie is super. Naast speeltuin met midgetgolfbaan en ca. 100 mtr van de gondel. Het appartement is oud. De keuken is aan vervanging, met o.a. een vaatwasser, waarbij het rubber los is en de deur niet goed sluit. De etensresten zaten nog aan het bestek en op de badkamer hing een erg smerige geur.

Rolf Engelmann (9/5): Ich komme gerne und auf jeden Fall wieder, man fühlt sich dort einfach willkommen und wohl. - Die Lage, nur 100m bis zum ersten Lift an dem man schon zwei tolle MTB Trails findet und zum Abendessen ins Dorf max. 5 min zu Fuß. Aber das i-Tüpfelchen ist der ultrafreundliche, bulgarische Hotelmanager. Nichts gegen das Frühstück an sich, es war alles da, was man sich wünscht oder zumindest für ein Frühstück braucht. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war heiß und lecker, alles fein soweit... aber 20€ ?!?!?
Jonas (8/5): - Great location, only a few minutes walk to main street and the gondola. The hotel was really nice, spacious room that was clean and tidy. Special storage room for your bike. Personnel was very welcoming and helpful. Joker card was a big bonus. Highly recommended!

Michelle (2/5): Schlaflos im Urlaub – Lärm und unbequeme Betten aber keinerlei Kulanz. - Lediglich die Lage und die freundlichen (jedoch handlungsunfähigen) Mitarbeiter. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht wieder ausgecheckt. Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen und auf den Handtüchern waren Flecken. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig und aufgrund von vielen schreienden Kindern war es unmöglich einen erholsamen Schlaf zu finden. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, der Geschäftsführer jedoch verweigerte jegliches Entgegenkommen. Wir mussten den Gesamtpreis bezahlen obwohl laut Booking lediglich eine 50% Storno Gebühr fällig wird.
Chris (9/5): Fantastic mountain bike holiday in a beautiful location. - Great location being so close to the town centre and the ski/mountain bike trails. Had a lovely friendly atmosphere, great breakfast selection and the staff were more than helpful.

Christina (8/5): Prima Lage zum Roßkogellift, gutes Frühstück, Unterkunft nicht neu aber ok, Betten bequem, Personal sehr freundlich und - Lage, Preis, Sauna, Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit. Dünne Bettdecken, aber auf Nachfrage eine zweite erhalten.
Maurice (10/5): Super! - op 150 meter van de Reiterkogelbahn en 150 meter van de hoofdstraat van Hinterglemm. Met eigen parkeerplaatsen.
kirsten (10/5): kunne godt finde på at overnat på dette hotel igen. - overnatning stedet var fint, ikke langt fra lift. vi have selv morgen mad med sove sofa i stue, var ikke så god at sove i.
