• Tiburcio (3/5): Stressful communication and uncomfortable bed - I contacted LHP Suite multiple times requesting clarification and support, but they never replied. Instead, I kept receiving automatic messages unrelated to the issues I had raised. The overall experience created unnecessary uncertainty and stress. To be clear, the host himself was fine. The issue was the communication from LHP Suite. Apart from this, the bed was sagging and uncomfortable, and there was a noticeable stuffy smell in the apartment.

• Tiina (8/5): Rooma = rakastan tätä kaupunkia ! - Oikein hyvin saimme avaimet. Aamiainen ei sisältynyt hintaan, ei haittaa, tiesimme sen etukäteen ja saimme tarvittavat elintarvikkeet huoneeseen ja jääkaappiin vaivattomasti lähi kaupasta Roma termini juna-aseman kauppakeskuksesta ( saavuimme myöhään illalla) Jääkaappi on ehdoton huoneistossa! Suosittelen ottamaan mukaan/ ostamaan huoneistoon omia kertakäyttöastioita, sillä en luottanut huoneiston hygieeniaan liittyen astioihin ja aterimiin. HUOM ! tämä on minun oma arvio ja käytäntö. Muuten huoneisto oli siisti, puhdas. Ihana kun oli 2 x wc ja suihku. molemmille daamille omat pesutilat ja omat huoneet ! ( Minulla oli se huone joka oli ns olohuone ( sohva, tv, keittiö, keittiökalusteet.... ei haitannut kumpaakaan meistä. Nukuin makeasti levitettävällä sohvalla :) ) Huomioitavaa oli se että myös toisessa huoneessa on tv :) Lähtöpäivänä on liian aikainen huoneen luovutus klo 10. Tämä on LIIAN aikaista ! Olemme lyhyt lomalla ROOMAssa ja varmasi venyy viimeinen ilta, joten toivon ehdottomasti "late chec out " , eli noin lo 13.00 olisi hyvä. Ehditte siistiä huoneenne seuraaville jotka tulevat klo 15.00. Meillä oli jo seuraavat matkailijat / omistajan ehkä tuttavat odottamassa jo ovella lo klo 10 am !!! Ei hyvä. Miksi heille poikkeus tilanne. Meille oli katastrooffi , ei edes 15 minuuttia " armon aikaa " !
• Diana (10/5): - Heel goede ligging, alle comfort aanwezig (2 badkamers!, volledig uitgeruste keuken) Super goed, groot bed. Douches met goede waterkracht. Enige minpunt de deurbel die voor de 2 appartementen dient. Als de buren s nachts arriveren en de voordeur openen ben je wakker.. Mss in de instructie video vermelden dat de 3e sleutel voor de voordeur is, wij hebben het zelf moeten ontdekken.

• Orietta (9/5): Uno spazio per riposare - Vicino ma non troppo alla Stazione Termini, accanto all’Acquario Romano, semplice l’ingresso, ascensore disponibile anche se e’ al primo piano, in totale da strada all’appartamento solo un piccolo gradino nel corridoio. Molto silenzioso, pulito ben fornito ( attaccapanni, stenditoio e mollette, asse e ferro da stiro…) Starci solo per una notte
• jean- marc (10/5): De très bonnes vacances - Appartement très propre assez grand, 2 salles de bain, très grand, tout était nickel Mario qui gère l’appartement très sympathique si on a besoin une question, il répond assez vite logement à 5 minutes de la gare Termini petite vidéo que Mario envoie le jour même pour récupérer les clés très bien expliqué, je recommande si un jour je reviens à Rome, je reviendrai dans cet appartement avec toutes les commodités autour bus touristique (Rome est très joli )

• Albena (9/5): I would be back! My mother was fascinated by the beautiful building and lovely apparment - Great location! Perfect for the earliest bus to the airport! Just walk 3 mins and you're at the stop. The host was very reliable and answered all my questions. Strongly recommend him and the appartment!

• Ale05 (9/5): Muy buena opción en Roma - La ubicación a 120 metros de la terminal de tren Termini, fácil moverse para cualquier lado, cómodo, limpio y con dos baños completos, Mario un genio, pudimos ingresar bastante antes del horario del check in Podría tener un poco más de elementos como servilletas, pero solo es un detalle.

• Navini (9/5): Consigliato. - Rapporto tra prezzo e servizi ottimo, Mario è stato gentile ed ha esaudito le mie richieste. Essendo un condominio, purtroppo è un po' rumoroso di notte per vicini non proprio educati.
• Federico (8/5): Ottimo Appartamento, check-in in privato comodissimo, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. - Appartamento bilocale con due bagni, camera e cucina, tutto molto bello e di ottimo livello. Molto comodo alla stazione termini, ci si arriva in 10 minuti a piedi. Zona tranquilla e abbastanza servita di locali. Check-in privato in autonomia, molto comodo. Prezzo lievemente più alto della media della zona per il periodo, ma in ogni caso contenuto.

• Francesco (10/5): Sono stato con la mia ragazza e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. - Mi è piaciuto molto l’atmosfera accogliente della struttura, la cura dei dettagli e la disponibilità dello staff. Tutto era pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. Non ci sono particolari aspetti negativi da segnalare, solo qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile, ma nulla che abbia compromesso il soggiorno.

Atvykimo instrukcijos aiškios. Butas švarus, patogus. Prastai veikia Wifi ir šiaip ryšys bute prastas. Mažokai indų.

Dirty in the room, floor is dirty, bathroom 4. The host tried to intervene to the room to take city tax when we were inside sleeping, which is super creepy. He didn’t warn us what time he’d come. 5. The district is quite criminal

Мало мебели. Неудобные подушки. На диване на кухне неудобно спать. В душе жёлтый налет на стенах. Вид из окна на внутренний двор не очень хороший.

В целом впечатление от проживания положительное, и я могу рекомендовать это место. Расположения имеет как плюсы, так и минусы. С одной стороны, очень удобно: рядом находятся метро и вокзал, что облегчает передвижение по городу. С другой стороны, район не самый спокойный — иногда встречаются сомнительные люди и компании. Однако за всё время пребывания никаких проблем или агрессивного поведения с их стороны не было.
• Pamela (7/5): - La ubicación es buena, está a unas calles de la estación de tren termini, amplio y con todo lo necesario, cama cómoda y moderno La ubicación que ponen en Booking te dirige a otra parte de la ciudad, nos hemos confundido ya que Google maps nos decía que era en otro sitio,en la noche es un poco inseguro, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y las paredes un poco sucias o no se si era por la pintura.

• Claire (8/5): Great apartment with all you need for a comfortable stay in Rome. - The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Rome. Spacious room, lounge area with double sofa bed, washing machine. 2 separate bathrooms was great and everything was clean and in good condition. We had an issue with the iron not working, Mario was very responsive and had a new one out to us quickly. Very happy with the apartment. Location was quite confronting as it’s not the nicest part of town however it was only a few minutes walk from the main bus/train terminal which made everything really accessible. Apartment was secure though. Just the neighbourhood was a little on the rough side but we have found that in parts of most busy cities. We didn’t have any particular issues.

• Dreamy (7/5): Good - Spacious room with cloak room, 2 showers and the water are super slow in low water pressure that you should have mental preperation., Floor cleanliness~ you should bring your own slippers, and the water boiler will have residue if you boil tap water, better to bring your own bottled water..

• Leea (3/5): Overpriced and no one welcomed us - The apartment was within walking distance to Roma Termini. We never met the host, he was only communicating over WhatsApp a little bit shady, to be honest. I was not told about the city tax and I had to pay in cash the host entered the room to collect the money while we were not there. There was only 1 blanket that was not clean and 1 stained duvet with no cover. The neighborhood is dirty and a lot of homeless people at night.

We left shoes behind the door, but in a few minutes we had quite dirty socks, so the floor could be definitely cleaner. Also it stinks from the showers, nowhere to dry towels, hitting doesn’t work (for drying purposes, otherwise it is comfortable temperature in the apartment), hot water was so slow, so we couldn’t really take a shower. To wash hair - not possible. We stayed 4 nights, so already needed a proper shower.

• Ayaz (7/5): It was good - Nice location, 100 m from the shuttle bus ( airport - termini) , 2 rooms, 2 toilets- very convenient when you are with kids. Nice , clean, newly renovated! Has kitchen with all equipment, has a espresso maker, but you need to buy coffee yourself. Paolo, receptionist is very nice guy - met us at the property, helped with luggage, brought the tons of towels, once we asked for a new one. Please note , that there is no need to pay a city tax for children under 14 ( Paolo told us, and charged less). All was good! It is a bit far to walk to main attractions
