- Alsaraf (9/5): - It’s difficult to fully express how wonderful my three-day stay at Sairme Resort was. The view and atmosphere were simply amazing — the resort is surrounded by beautiful nature and crossed by a river, creating a peaceful and refreshing feeling. There are many enjoyable activities, including walking, climbing, zip-lining, and shooting. Guests can also benefit from a free consultation with a therapist who advises which of the four types of mineral water to drink (although I personally wasn’t interested). The spa, located about 3 km from the resort, is easily accessible either by car or by the resort’s shuttle bus, which operates regularly during working hours. My reservation included full board, offering an acceptable variety of meals. For those who enjoy natural products, I highly recommend visiting Johnny — a local vendor near the hotel who sells excellent honey (1 kg for 25 GEL) and high-quality bee pollen, both of which are very beneficial for health. Overall, I highly recommend Sairme Resort to anyone seeking relaxation and a deep connection with nature — it’s truly an ideal destination for those who love tranquility and outdoor activities. - Oleg Gritskevich (8/5): A wonderful hotel to slow down and relax - The hotel staff is extremely polite and professional, with the exception of the security chief. The hotel is gorgeous. The location is amazing. The rooms are a delight. The spa is luxurious. The security chief must have missed his true calling – his attitude would be perfect for a nightclub bouncer, but it felt oddly misplaced in a hotel restaurant. During dinner, we bought a bottle of vintage wine from the restaurant to celebrate the end of a tough mountain bike route. Moments later, the same security chief appeared and sternly declared that opening and drinking wine in the restaurant was prohibited. The rule wasn’t written anywhere, and no one mentioned it when we bought the wine. Still, I accepted it without argument and simply asked where we could move to enjoy our meal and wine. Instead of assistance, we received only another cold “no.” So, we ended up quietly moving our plates and wine to a corner where we wouldn’t disturb the hotel’s sense of order. It was the only unpleasant moment of our stay – and quite a memorable one, for all the wrong reasons.

- Alexandra (8/5): It’s not a real SPA resort. - Nice river view from the balcony with a sound of river. Good food - tasty and variety too. Free mineral water for your health. You can’t really call it resort if you need to ride a bus to the SPA and pool. Plus pool and sauna is not free for the guests of the hotel. Sorry, but it’s not a “Resort”. I would not recommend hand massage of any kind there. It’s not really professional. SPA doesn’t look like a SPA. It’s like a USSR old style of healthcare place. Not all waiters at the restaurant are friendly.

False claims to have indoor swimming pool, sauna etc. they refer to a health centre an hour away where you can pay for these services. Many arrogant, surly staff, respond rudely whether addressed in Georgian, Russian or English. Disgrace of a hotel, not worth half the price. Desperately in need of new management.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable. Loved the wrap around balcony- and we could hear the river all the the time. Spacious bathroom as well! 1) need better communication in explaining the road closures. The whole road does NOT close. Only a portion does and this would be good information to know in order to better time driving. And hotel needs to respond in a timely manner to requests 2) the hotel needs to update its webpage/booking.com page to ACCURATELY reflect what activities it has and does NOT have. - They advertised live music - there was never on any night. - I didn't see any kids meals that were mentioned on the booking.com site. -They also claim : "There is billiards and table tennis at the Sairme Resort" - this does not exist (I asked at the front desk). - They also write: "enjoy the mountain air on a hike" - i asked about hiking trails or a map - and they said that there are none. (I walked around the area and finally found 1 trail that had a map board. But really - hotel staff should know what is within 200 m of their hotel. - we asked about horseback riding (again advertised by THEM) - and never heard back. Zip lining was set up only for people weighing more than 45kg. - they should have a spa menu available for guests at the the hotel. 3) sort out the heating in the rooms. Many others mentioned this. Fortunately - we had 1 radiator working out of 3. 4) I tried to go the the clinic which is advertised to be open 24/7 - it was not when I asked to speak to someone for advise about which mineral water to drink from the fountains nearby. I also asked for the spa menu at the clinic and they wouldn't give me a copy to show my husband- i was told i could only read the brochure at the front desk. 5) it was difficult to get service from the bar. We would ask for simple things - listed ON THEIR menu - and this was very difficult for them. Ie for a white wine from Imereti - and they would have to go searching around.

- Egor (10/5): Enjoyable stay in the mountains - It was snowing during our stay, so the whole area looked amazing. Our room had two independent bedrooms and a living area, we liked the layout. Even though the food choice wasn't overwhelming, we enjoyed the dishes, especially at the station where one of the employees was cooking daily dishes. We also had an opportunity to try the food in the restaurant on a first day, we also liked it and the prices were acceptable. SPA center was a nice addition, we've been visiting it daily and as the bus was stopping right at the entrance of both places, it was easy to reach. The massage at the SPA was good as well. The price is unbeatable considering the overall quality and amenities. Bathroom had everything you might need during the stay (dental kits, shaving kits, towels, etc.). Pillows! Really the main thing we didn't like was the pillows in the room, not sure what's wrong with them, but they were really uncomfortable. Mattresses were not perfect as well, but OK. Some hangers/hooks at the room entrance would be nice as we had the jackets and there was no place to hang them on. Initial doctor visit that was included in the stay felt like a commercial for the services provided, would be nice to have a shorter version just to get the dosage of mineral waters as it was mostly a waste of time (as we've already discovered all the available services by ourselves anyway).

Here is the most delicious buffet from all hotels we visited before. We will come back again for sure. Everything is good. But you have to know that this pace is for total relax only. Maybe would be nice to add more “activities”.

Right now I found overall lodging in this - It was 4th time in this hotel and year to year they are getting better and better but there is enough room for improvement. Overall we back here because it’s closest location to mineral water, to Spa takes 5-7 min on free shuttle. This time we have been impressed how food was tasty, we gained couple kg definitely. In generally staff was nice, but disorganized at all. I’ve been waiting 4 days to know regarding table reservations for New Year party. It was so strange to sell NY night without dinner for all guests. However first message from hotel on booking were saying dinner included, second couple hours later that dinner excluded. Because we have not been in that VIP list we couldn’t even buy that main dinner because no space in big event hall and finally we reserved table in lobby (130 lari per person) which was great! It was a lot of delicious. Another moment need to keep in mind that there are some rooms with weak warning. We had to change room for kids because it was too cold there. All previous visits all guests did not pay for swimming pool, this time they ask 10 lari per person and additional 10 lari for sauna. Water in swimming pool is not so warm and they didn’t change it every day as it was when we been last time in 2020. Overall sauna and swimming pool doesn’t look clean enough, therefore I preferred to take baths for additional money.

- Julieta (1/5): Not worth of money plus i got sick - Nothing 1) Heating problem 2) It’s just a hotel, not resort, so don’t be cheated 3) Spa and all wellness is 3 km far away from place, not comfortable, risks of getting sick, especially when room temperature is 16 degrees 4) Parking problem, 10 min walk away from hotel, totally iced way 5) Except of price of staying in “hotel resort” you have to pay for entrance fees in real wellness centers, which is 3 km far away and totally independent place (not owned by hotel) so why they call themselves as a spa and resort hotel?! 6) Portions of food was so small 7) Rooms were extra small, wasn’t place for opening luggage 8) Disrespectful receptionist: when we call then to fix heating system, they ignored, and after 3 hours when we call again, she start to laugh on us, that we was trying to get warm with using blowdry machine)))))))))))))) 9) And for all of this we payed 300$ for 2 days and plus other charges 10) Because of all this discomfort and sickness, we checked out after first day, we turned just back with temperature, coughing and bad mood

Thermal water SPA procedures at very reasonable prices, super warm, cozy and uncrowded indoor pool No outdoor pool during winter time, which I was expected and no one told us that :) Could be more local, georgian style dishes in restaurant. And there could be more wine selection at restaurant, which is what we expect in wine country

- Evelyne (9/5): A lovely break in the Georgian Mountains - The location is superb, in the middle of the forest/mountain, with thermal waters right in front of the building. The room was spacious, with a large balcony, nice bathroom. We also enjoyed the meals that were included with the room, and the short distance to the spa was nice (they provide free shuttle services every hours) It would be nice for clients to also have the possibility to book the room without the 3 meals, just in case you want to eat outside or skip a meal. Now, being the resort hotel in charge of the spa, and having just a 10 GEL discount on the main pool is insufficient. There should be a general discount to all treatments, else the hotel should not call itself Resort.
